Is there a reason that very little is being done with Giulia lately? She's not in a real feud, is saddled with Kiana James, etc. Comparing her to what WWE is doing with Stephanie Vacquer and even Asuka/Kairi is kind of sad.

The reality is that WWE has never had a plan nor really cared about the United States Title. It was a hastily made decision after Chelsea Green and Michin had a banger of a feud without a title, and there were no world title programs for either woman. So in addition to adding an IC Title that Becky Lynch willed into relevance, they added the US Title with no significant creative plans or real time that they planned on giving it.

Have you heard anything about another possible AEW video game?

I wouldn't expect that to happen any time soon, but I know they learned some major lessons from it. They probably won't announce it anywhere near as far out as they did the first game, because it just built expectations. I know they also retained the rights to the game engine in case they want to make a new one. If I were them, I would do a collaboration with Fire Pro Wrestling producers and re-skin that game in the mean time.

Are there any updates on Saraya/Paige and potential WWE Talks

I've not heard of any communication between the two sides, but I'll continue to ask. I know that she's remained open to rejoining the company, but a major hurdle would be seeing if they would let her wrestle, because she wasn't cleared when she left. However, she went her AEW run without any issues. I know Triple H wanted her to stay when she left and dangled that carrot in front of her.
