Update on details behind a WWE extension from this year.

Recently, Fightful Select reported that Chelsea Green had signed a new WWE contract. We’ve learned additional details on how long the deal is and when it got done. Fightful had started inquiring about her status, as originally, Chelsea had signed a three-year deal in late 2022 that would have been up in late 2025.
However, WWE approached Green well before the contract expired and the two sides worked out a new deal in January. WWE sources confirmed that the new contract is for five years, extending her deal all the way up to 2030.
Green had been a fixture in the United States Title division after winning the championship, but also has been working on the NXT brand.

2025-10-28 23:24:29 +0000 UTCI’ll give Chelsea Green a lot of credit she’s somebody that when she got rehired I didn’t have high hopes for her & just saw her as someone making up the numbers. But to her credit she’s been fantastic & I think she’s really become an important piece of the mid card in the women division
