Was it always the intention to eventually bring The Acclaimed back together, or has their been a change in plans for some reason?

It was definitely not the plan. I also don't think there was an expectation that the Max Caster challenge would get over like that. The plan was a singles thing for both of them. Billy Gunn was also effectively written off of television and the decision to put them back together with a different dynamic was made.

Any news on the status of Adam Cole?

Nowhere near returning the last time I checked. I don't want to get into his private health stuff, but he knew he was going to face issues dealing with this concussion, and he has. I haven't heard of him doing coaching or anything like that, as I don't think traveling would help him recover. Tony Khan is fiercely loyal to Adam Cole.

Have you heard anything about Stone Cold Steve Austin working a match at the upcoming Wrestlemania in Vegas next year?

I've not, and usually in the months leading to WrestleMania, I've heard if something is pitched his way. We heard ahead of his Kevin Owens return, and when the Roman Reigns pitch was made, but I haven't heard about 2026 as of yet. He did tell people at WrestleMania 41 he might have one left in him.
