What's Brian Cage doing these days?
Unfortunately, Brian Cage was sidelined with a torn quad muscle earlier this year. He's been out of action ever since, and still has some time before coming back. I'd really love to see them revive that Big Bill team with him eventually. I can't believe that didn't get more traction. People loved them together. I think he's technically still in the Don Callis Family. He's keeping his return date very quiet.
Did Booker T get any heat from his "pop my dick" line on commentary
No. None at all. People that I heard from in the company knew he meant to say "pop my neck," and thought it was a funny slip. Unless it's something very intentionally out of line, there doesn't seem to be much issue with it. You can think what you want of Booker T's commentary, but I don't think he would intentionally say something like that on NXT.
Still want to know if Meiko Satomura still has trainer/producer contract with WWE/NXT
If she does have a contract there, she's not being used. I asked people at the Performance Center, and they said that she is never there. One even asked if she still worked with WWE. But as far as actively training or producing for WWE, she's not training or coaching people, and isn't producing on NXT.
Comments
Meiko seems fully committed to running and expanding Sendai Girls. They're running bigger shows and are up on Wrestle Universe now. I can't see her splitting her time unless something big changes.
