Details On Future of WWE Unreal

WWE Unreal is coming back.

What was assumed has now been confirmed by Fightful Select. WWE Unreal is in the works for a second season. Upon Fightful interviewing the director of season 1, Chris Weaver, he claimed that they weren’t sure if there would be a second season. However, within a few days, the director was at WWE Summerslam filming Seth Rollins’ cash in.

We’re told that the season 2 filming is underway, with Seth Rollins among the subjects. WWE, Netflix and NFL films have already started production, and a season is expected in 2026. We're told that Weaver has been at multiple events to film for the show, and the wheels are already in motion for what music gets used on the show.

In an update, we've learned it is tentatively slated for a January release.

POST Wrestling had revealed some details of the upcoming WWE Unreal in previous months and Wrestling Republic spoke to Chris Weaver who confirmed filming had begun by Money in the Bank.
