Hey Sean! Recently, Arez went down at an indie show with a foot injury. Has that changed any of his upcoming AEW creative, or was his debut pushed back by the upcoming PPV anyway?
Yeah, the teases ended up stopping as it relates to that. This gimmick was already seeming snakebitten. They trademarked El Clon last year, and then I believe it ended up being delayed. Now this injury happened. I think there was a Hologram injury in there as well. However, they started them back up last night, so hopefully no more pauses!!
How much, if any, do you think the ESPN partnership will affect WWE 2K games going forward?
It won't affect that at all. ESPN is just a PPV distributor for WWE at this stage. The video game division is completely different. That 2K relationship is too lucrative for WWE to allow other partnerships to greatly affect it.
Are penelope and Kip still a couple in kayfabe?
Yes. They're just doing their own thing. They never had a split on television or anything of that sort.
