The Usos, IYO SKY, Stephanie Vaquer Speak To Fightful And SRS

Fightful Select's Sean Ross Sapp spoke to a number of WWE talent at a local media day for this weekend's WWE WrestlePalooza

IYO SKY

• She's hopeful that Asuka will stay out of her match this weekend, and feels bad Kairi Sane is stuck in the middle.

• She's very proud of her year and winning at WrestleMania after being considered an afterthought.

• She said that the trash can spot was her idea, because she's crazy.

• She hasn't named her emote yet, but said we could. That's a bad idea!

• IYO did all of the interviews in English with no help and no translator.

Stephanie Vaquer

• She admitted that moving to America was very scary and daunting, and she's very fortunate that people in WWE have helped her along the way.

• We asked her who hit her the hardest for our supercut of that question, but she didn't quite have an answer.

• She said there is no song -- even a licensed one -- that she would prefer being her theme over what she has now. She thinks it's perfect for her.

• She loves that other wrestlers want to do the Devil's Kiss along side her, and it's flattering to her.

• Stephanie called this year a whirlwind and feels like it's happened so fast.

The Usos

• A very proud Jimmy Uso called Naomi's 2025 bittersweet. He's so happy to be having a child with her, and happy she got to accomplish so much in such a short period of time, and is sad she has to take time off. He noted the changes they're experiencing. This was one of the best answers we've had in an interview.

• We asked the Usos about Zilla talking about the family's musical talent, and Jey said that he plays piano, guitar, and drums.

• Jey was so proud of the Slim Jim sponsorship, which Jimmy Uso is trying to cut in on with the "BIG JIM" moniker. Jey was trying to get the "snap into it line" and was jokingly getting mad that they gave it to LA Knight.

• Jimmy said by far the hardest they've hit each other was when Jey accidentally hit him with a kendo stick in a Hell in a Cell match with New Day

• They shouted out the Briscoes during our interview.
