Self Made PW has reported that Gabe Kidd is backstage at AEW Dynamite tonight. Fightful has confirmed that Gabe Kidd still has significant time left on his New Japan Pro Wrestling contract.
We're told that this is the first time there have been union protests at 2300 Arena for wrestling shows despite hundreds taking place prior.
Fightful was supposed to be in contact with Rikishi and/or Knokx Pro Wrestling reps yesterday, but that didn't end up happening.
We've been told that the issue a number of talent had with this weekend's They Live Wrestling in Chicago has largely been rectified. Some talent were told they'd have to get themselves to Chicago and get paid off the house a few days prior to the show.
There are a number of WWE talent that weren't brought overseas for this European tour, and won't be featured on TV whatsoever. There were others that filmed vignettes to air along the way.

Fightful Select reported that Orange Cassidy is likely on his way back to AEW soon, with BodySlam.net indicating that he's cleared. He's been backstage a number of times lately.

Fightful spoke to Powerhouse Hobbs recently.
He said that in filling in for Hook, he’s learned that he has to be prepared at the drop of a dime. He said he wasn’t originally slated for that role, but was happy to fill in for hook.
He recovered from injury ahead of schedule, after he was supposed to be out for 8 to 12 months. He said that he’s a freak, and a different beast. When he went to AEW’s doctor, the doctor was shocked at how quick he was able to stand.
He spoke about his relationship with Jon Moxley and said it’s like a little brother/big brother relationship, but they have unfinished business in the ring. There were things that were supposed to happen earlier in his career with Moxley and they didn’t happen because of COVID.
