Hey Sean! What the current state of the WWE Wellness Policy? How strict is it? Is marijuana allowed? Are talent told in advance that they’re going to be tested on a certain date? I had a diehard UFC fan try to tell me how WWE must not have anything in place anymore because “no one ever fails anymore”. Thanks!
I haven't heard of a policy violation since "Two Dimes" in 2022, which led to his release. In fact, that one wasn't even announced by the company. Then Matt Riddle admitted he had one. So in over five years, they've never announced a policy violation. Either way, you have to be doing some pretty ridiculous stuff to not pass their thresholds, but they don't announce them publicly anymore. Same with releases. Matt Riddle revealed that he tested positive for cocaine in 2023. Marijuana is allowed.
hey Sean! what is the process like for how it’s decided what producer/agent covers a match or segment in WWE, AEW or anywhere else? is there a structure to it or is it more random?
There are some producers that are specific to certain acts. Molly Holly and TJ Wilson produce women's matches. Shane Helms for Logan Paul. Michael Hayes produces the majority of Bloodline related stuff. Christopher Daniels for Young Bucks, Dustin Rhodes for Swerve. There are a lot of producers who specialize on certain talent or styles.
I saw the Las Toxicas/La hiedra are WWE bound is that true.
I don't know about "WWE bound," but they're likely under AAA/WWE contract with WWE's ability to use them. I just think that's WWE covering their contractual bases.

2025-08-03 16:49:29 +0000 UTCVaquer has a restraining order against la hiedra in Mexico, this is all related to her ex bf that tried to strangle her. El cuatrero (vaquers ex) has a ton of support from several members of the AAA roster (even konnnan himself tried to bury it under the rug as meaningless) and la hiedra had antagonized Vaquer to drop the charges against her abusive ex because they felt like she was going to ruin his career, el cuatrero was released from prison not long ago but he's apparently been banned from wrestling in Mexico however he still has a brother and a cousin on the AAA roster as well as support from la hiedra & los hermanos dinamita,it's a big reason why she wanted to get out of Mexico and away from AAA but I don't think she could have ever predicted WWE buying out AAA,for her sake I hope WWE protects her and keeps her away from all that drama because after the way she dipped out on CMLL/ NJPW I doubt they'd want anything to do with her if wwe ever released her
