"The Immortal" Hulk Hogan has passed away.
But his terrible acting will live forever.

And so, to honor the "complicated" man he truly was, we will honestly assess his unique contributions to the industry--the Awful Family Action-Comedy Industry.

We think The Hulkster would have wanted it that way.

SUBURBAN COMMANDO holds the honor of being the best of these Awful Family Action-Comedies that Hogan did, mostly because of the supporting cast, including Larry Miller, Shelley Duvall, and the legendary Christopher Lloyd.

But while it is technically the "Best", that does not mean it isn't also "Awful."

An intergalactic super soldier's spacecraft is damaged, and he has to make an emergency landing on Earth for repairs. He tries to blend in with the locals, and moves into a garage apartment owned by Charlie Wilcox and his wife Jenny. Fish-Out-Of-Water Hilarity ensues!

I'm sorry, did I say "Hilarity"? I meant "Awfulness."

So yes, it may be "Awful," but IS. IT. CINEMA???
