(Possibly even more, given the "necklace" embedded in her chest, as well as the one in her navel. Demons aren't required to conform to purely human standards of organ placement, former humans or not – the way that all three "gems" have those small, vaguely pupil-like dots at their centers, any of them could very well be lidless eyes.)

Or are those just vestigial-slash-decorative, and her vision originates solely from the red "gemstone" in the middle of her forehead?

How about... - Absolution? - Transubstantiation? - some word I can't think of right now about Aria confronting her shadow self?
