Suppose you could fill them in by wearing multiple socks... anyways, just stay as dry as possible. Cross country skiing I always bring a spare shirt so stopping at a lake for lunch I peel off all tops and let the cold breeze dry me off for a couple of minutes... then put the new dry shirt on. Sounds crazy but keeps me warmer during lunch and frees up blood to go to the extremities. I gotta stop with these long posts lol
