[Quick Poll] Payment Method
Added 2024-09-07 04:42:18 +0000 UTCThe most frustrating part of this transition period is payment processing by far. The popular payment processors don't service adult industry. Even those that service adult website are mostly focused on live models. Then what's left charge high fees. (20-40% of the credit card sales goes to the platform/processor)
I found two methods with reasonable fees:
1. eCheck: You provide bank information (Acct & Routing Number) to the processor for a direct bank transfer. I, of course, don't see your bank information.
2. Crypto: You set up a crypto wallet and convert your local currency to crypto and send it to the processor. Most popular apps like PayPal, Cash App and Venmo can already create crypto account for you.
Please indicate if either of these options are acceptable method of payment for you. This is quite important to me.

If anyone's still wondering about this, the poll clearly convinced me to not using either of these methods. I'll process payment on my new website manually first, while I look for other payment processors.
