Dentist Arc

I went to the dentist because i firmly believed the wisdom tooth was the issue - i sit down on the chair while shitting my pants, i explain to him everything - mind you the dentist is real good, he did my mom's full mouth of teeth - he does some small x-rays of the area where i was swollen, and shows me the screen with my xray:
Him: So? What's the issue?
Me: Wym? My wisdom tooth obviously. I wanted to get it out. It's impacted isn't it? Where is it? I can't see it
Him: Here.- points at the screen
Me: THIS? this is my wisdom tooth?
Him: Yeah. It's growing perfectly fine, I don't even understand what you're doing here. looks at me totally confused
Me: But, but i thought I had to get it out?? isn't this the reason i've been swollen??
Him: Why do you wanna get it out? It isn't causing any issues and grows perfectly straight, it's not affecting anything. Your swelling was definitely not caused by your teeth.
Then obviously he said it might be salivary gland issues (something i guessed day 1 when i was swollen but no doctor wanted to hear me out on this one). He's sending me to do a full mouth x-ray cause he wants to get rid of my micro cavities but other than that i shat my pants just to get sent back home bruh
imagine going to the dentist just to get sent back home
anyways imma post some nsfvv today :D sorry for those doctors arcs, im as confused as u are
