EDIT (1/2/2023): It has been brought to my attention that variety in the outcome of the polls is important to you - and so, I will implement a new rule:
A character cannot win twice in a row. (i.e. Did Kyoko win January's character poll? If she did, then she will be unable to participate in February.)
I understand that I can't backpedal on this poll's outcome since it's already live- so for this occasion, there will be 2 winners (1st & 2nd place).
I'll remind you of this change once again in the character suggestions post for February.
