Hey there!

After holidays, new year, sweat, crashes and sickness, finally an update.

Don't worry, after that one, we are returning to a normal schedule of 2 weeks max for an update. This was a rough patch, but we only got stronger!

Three new events, 2 main events, one longer, important meeting and [REDACTED] and second one with Rai and Ame. Third is a random nsfw event that can be seen from the start.

Secret Care Cafe release notes ver 0.8.46: 

- added 3 new events, 2 new main events (one with Aria and second with RaixAme), 1 random event (Cynthia nsfw)

- limited Goth Client skill activation rate to 4 times max per client

- fixed goth client crashing game in specific situation

- fixed some portraits positioning

- fixed a couple of other minor bugs

- hopefully fixed Goth Dude messing up other clients positioning through his skill (to observe)

- fixed AV clients messing with clients positioning

- fixed wrong character talking in few events

- corrected couple of typos

Download instructions:

• For those using the segmented downloads, you need to download all files ending with Patreon.7z. In this case, part 1, part 2, part 3 and part 4. Extract all files in one folder then you can play the game by double-clicking the .exe file.

• Other external links (Google Drive, Mega, etc) have the game  in one package file. Use any Zip program (7zip or WinRAR) to extract the files then you  can play the game by double-clicking the .exe file.

• If you have the previous version, you can download JUST the update file. Just extract or copy-paste the files of the update   into the game folder with the previous version. Remember to click "yes" when asked to replace files with the same name. Also, please double check your game's version number and update version file. Otherwise, you will have visual bugs and will have to redownload the game completely.

• If you are having graphical issues or some scenes don't load, download the full version of the game and not the update alone.
