CotTW Books 1, 2 & 3

This is the entirety of books 1, 2 & 3 in ebook and raw (markdown) formats. It is the same as the culmination of the posts, nothing is changed (or nothing should be changed). Let me know if there are any issues with the files I generated, they should be fine but it's always possible I miss something.

For those of you unaware, I changed my release schedule from 2500 words every weekday as a chapter into 2500 every weekday but not necessarily on the weekdays in particular. They are now posted in larger chunks that form more logical chapters. This means there is not a chapter every weekday but a chapter every few days but on average, the same number of words per day.

At some point, I will go back and fix the chapter numbers for both books 1 and 2 but for now, the longer more logical chapters start with book 2 chapter 84.
