I mean, Cricket chose to go after him so he wouldn’t have solid ground to stand on, but ultimately Noah and the circus are intrinsically linked in his story, and that Noah hasn’t noticed that and doesn’t think THAT’S what’s going on means he’s got a lottttt of character growth and reflection to do (I love him so much btw, he’s so dear to my heart lol. He’s just emotionally stunted)
