i'm no longer giving refunds because the amount of scammers trying to get free content. each time someone asks for a refund, it takes me a long time to search up the names and check the logs, then ask questions to see if the story adds up about dates, etc. but now people have even found a way to get around this and make it look like a different situation happened. it's just a lot of time and i have other work i need to do. I've been going through some depression (don't worry. just off my meds currently because of some changes with my psychologist. i'll be fine soon) so i don't have a ton of energy each day to spend on work.

I'm sorry and I hope this doesn't come off as rude or scummy. All the refund DM requests i've gotten were because financial situations changing, and the majority were scammers. Because of that, I simply can't refund anymore. I'm thankful that no refunds were from people disliking my content, though. I'm happy people like it and are supporting me :) it means a lot <3

I understand mistakes happen and situations change, but my DMs have been filled with people wanting me to refund memberships because some people either forgot to cancel their memberships, their financial situation was too tight (please do not give me money if you can't afford it. i've made statements about this), or they were trying to scam to get my content for free. And as my patron count grows (which i'm incredibly grateful for), the number of DMs asking for this rises.

Before you choose to purchase my content or anyone else's content, or literally just any form of entertainment, PLEASE make sure that it won't put you in a tight spot. Please also make sure you understand how payment works (such as how it's paid at the start of each month), because I really can't keep going through DMs to do this. I have to ask a lot of questions about when things were cancelled, when they were placed, and i have to check to see if everything matches with patreon's logs to make sure its not a scam, etc etc etc. it's very time consuming. I want to fix any issues people are having, but a lot of the issues can be fixed by people double checking payment rules.
