Chapter 139 Deadpool And Allens

In the center of Stark Tower’s cutting-edge technology lab, Allens was carefully installing a cube module onto a steel battle suit.

Crackling—

As the loading progress increased, arcs of electricity danced across the armor’s surface. The entire steel suit shimmered with lightning, looking almost like Thor himself.

“The power control module still needs fine-tuning. The output is too weak. I need to increase the electromagnetic coil’s capacity and add a directional stabilizer to... hmm... maybe make it hammer-compatible? Thor’s cat-hammer style, meow~.”

Allens muttered to himself while sketching designs. This was his second super steel battle suit, equipped with a new power control module that was still under production.

“J.A.R.V.I.S, generate a standalone data model. Shape it like a hammer.”

Allens’ eyes gleamed with excitement. What he was building now was a new armor — Steel Battle Suit: Thor II.

“Understood, sir,” J.A.R.V.I.S responded.

Moments later, a holographic model resembling Mjolnir appeared before him. J.A.R.V.I.S, as always, proved to be an exceptionally competent AI — capable of saving Allens plenty of unnecessary effort while flawlessly executing his every command.

“Sir, an unexpected situation has been detected.”

Just as Allens was about to continue his work, J.A.R.V.I.S’s voice interrupted him — which immediately made him frown.

“What is it?”

Normally, J.A.R.V.I.S would never disrupt his research unless the data revealed something truly out of the ordinary.

Swish—

At his command, a holographic screen lit up beside him. On it, a red-suited figure carrying two swords was seen — killing Allens’ target, Ivan Vanko.

At the end of the footage, even after being shot several times, the red figure was still alive, energetic, and even dancing next to Justin Hammer. This was something J.A.R.V.I.S couldn’t logically process.

“Deadpool? But there’s no Deadpool in the MCU movie timeline — at least, not yet.”

J.A.R.V.I.S might not have understood, but Allens did. The crude, fast-talking man in red was unmistakably Wade Wilson — Deadpool.

“Interesting,” Allens murmured with a smile. “Looks like I’ll have to pay Mr. Wade Wilson a visit myself.”

It was still the year 2008 — long before Deadpool would ever appear in this universe. Allens’ curiosity was piqued.

“Sir, are you going there personally?” J.A.R.V.I.S asked, with a faint trace of curiosity in its tone. Though artificial, its emotional simulation core — designed by Tony Stark — gave it a surprisingly human touch.

Click-clack.

Mechanical arms unfolded from the floor. Allens extended his arms outward as the armor components automatically assembled around him, encasing his body in a gleaming red-and-gold steel suit, accented with faint blue energy lines.

“J.A.R.V.I.S, activate the Quantum Bridge teleportation.”

At his command, the blue energy surrounding him pulsed brightly — and in an instant, Allens vanished.

In front of the Hammer Industries building in New York, Deadpool was dancing wildly, humming offbeat rap lyrics.

In front of him stood Justin Hammer, president of Hammer Industries — staring in disbelief at the broken pistol in his hand, panic spreading across his face.

“Hey, audience! You see this? The massacre Deadpool loves best is about to begin again!” Deadpool announced to no one in particular. “Take a guess — how long will it take before I wipe out this fragile MCU universe?”

“Oh wait, hold up... The Deadpool movie’s already been filmed? Nice! But hang on — has Thanos shown up yet in this timeline? Oh my God, that purple potato-head who stole my girl…”

“The Marvel multiverse is such a headache. Still, the MCU feels a lot more... peaceful. Not like the comic universe — now that’s a train wreck.”

“I wonder if my favorite little bug’s been born yet. Damn, I’d love to see the look on Spider-Man’s face when he meets me… oh, wait, right — he’s not even around yet!”

Deadpool kept talking endlessly, his words spilling faster than bullets.

Swish—

While he was ranting, a blue energy halo appeared behind him. A metallic arm shot out from the portal and yanked him through.

On a deserted island somewhere in the Atlantic, Deadpool blinked in confusion as the world shifted around him. The skyscrapers of New York were gone, replaced by endless sand and blue ocean.

“Oh, great. Did one of those Kamar-Taj magicians open a random portal again? Or maybe the Ancient One got tired of my mouth and tossed me out of the MCU?”

He spun around — and froze.

“Holy shit... a shiny red-and-gold suit with blue highlights? Wait — Tony Stark?”

Startled, Deadpool jumped back several steps, pointing accusingly.

“Hold on! Stark’s classic armor color is red and gold! Who added the blue? Is this the discount version?”

“Deadpool, you should know who I am,” said the armored figure, stepping forward. The helmet opened — revealing the face of Allens, who bore a strong resemblance to Tony Stark.

“Of course! You’re the legendary playboy himself — Tony Big Shit! Second richest man on Earth! Oh, wait, you probably don’t care who’s first, huh?” Deadpool spun around him with mock admiration. “Hint — it’s that kitty cat from Wakanda. The real billionaire — King T’Challa!”

Deadpool’s voice buzzed endlessly like an annoying fly, clearly testing Allens’ patience.

“It seems,” Allens said calmly, “that if I don’t take action, you’ll never stop talking.”

He raised his right hand. A small neural control dart shot out from his palm, piercing Deadpool’s neck. In an instant, a wave of neural energy flooded Deadpool’s brain.

“W-whoa!” Deadpool gasped, clutching his mouth as if he’d been muted.

“Now,” Allens said with a cold smile, “be quiet.”

And for the first time in his life, Deadpool obeyed.

Chapter 1044 You Have Surpassed Yourself, I Am Proud Of You

Emily sat in the stands, her eyes fixed on the man she loved deeply as he commanded the pitch.

Her gaze was full of pride and admiration. She was extremely proud that she had chosen a boyfriend who was not only capable but also responsible.

Time flew by. Under Su Luo’s leadership, Dortmund played better and better.

Their attacks grew sharper, and their defense became increasingly solid.

Su Luo led his teammates with true authority. On the field, he had become a figure everyone respected — and opponents feared.

He wasn’t just a player anymore; he was a leader.

Su Luo seized a loose ball just outside the penalty area. His eyes gleamed with confidence and determination.

Now was his moment — a chance to showcase his vision and masterful passing skills.

He quickly scanned the pitch, searching for the best possible target.

Suddenly, he spotted Robert making a run on the left side of the box, ready to receive the ball.

Without hesitation, Su Luo sent a precise pass straight to Robert’s feet.

Robert controlled the ball, turned toward the goal, and fired a shot amid roaring cheers.

Time seemed to freeze for a heartbeat as everyone watched his strike.

Then—boom!

Robert’s beautiful shot hit the back of the net, and the stadium erupted in thunderous applause.

Dortmund had scored a crucial goal!

Overcome with emotion, Su Luo sprinted toward Robert and embraced him tightly, tears welling in his eyes.

He gripped Robert’s hand and exclaimed with joy, “That was incredible, Robert! What a brilliant shot!”

Robert grinned and replied, “It’s all thanks to you, Su Luo! That pass was perfect.”

Just then, Hagen and the rest of the team rushed over. They all hugged and celebrated together, their joy infectious.

The fans cheered wildly, showering the team with applause.

They had just witnessed flawless teamwork between Su Luo and his teammates — proof of how much the entire squad had improved.

After the match, Su Luo stood on the Victory Stadium pitch, surrounded by the sounds of triumph.

He was drenched in sweat, but a satisfied, proud smile lit up his face.

At that moment, he knew — he had risen again and become the center of attention.

Coach Harrison approached and shook Su Luo’s hand warmly.

After waiting for the cheers to die down, he said, “Su Luo, your performance today was outstanding. You showed true leadership and proved you’re the core of this team.”

Su Luo lowered his head humbly and replied, “Thank you, coach. I’m really proud of what we accomplished.”

Just then, an energetic figure rushed down from the stands.

It was Emily. She threw herself into Su Luo’s arms, laughing and crying with excitement.

“My hero!” she said joyfully.

Su Luo hugged her tightly and whispered in her ear, “I couldn’t have done any of this without you. Your support and encouragement are my greatest motivation.”

Emily gently wiped the sweat from his face and looked into his eyes lovingly.

“You’ve surpassed yourself,” she said softly. “I’m so proud of you.”

Chapter 1043: Returning To A More Familiar Position

Su Luo stood in the middle of the pitch as Coach Harrison watched carefully from the sidelines, analyzing every movement.

The tempo of the match changed rapidly, and Bayern’s increasing defensive pressure forced Dortmund into a more passive position.

Taking a deep breath, Su Luo glanced at his teammates, determination flashing in his eyes.

Suddenly, Harrison’s commanding voice echoed across the pitch:

“Su Luo! I’ve decided to move you back to the center of the attack! Show them your true strength!”

Hearing those words, Su Luo’s eyes lit up with surprise and renewed hope.

He instantly understood the coach’s intention — to restore him to his natural position and help him rediscover his rhythm and confidence.

Reignited with motivation and passion, Su Luo quickly adjusted his movement and tactical mindset.

He sprinted forward, linking up seamlessly with Reus, Hagen, and the rest of the team.

In the stands, Emily watched the match nervously. She had worried about Su Luo’s earlier struggles on the left flank, uncertain if he could adapt after being moved from his usual central role.

But as soon as she saw him return to the middle and regain his natural rhythm, she breathed a sigh of relief.

She knew Su Luo’s true strength — his vision, control, and leadership — would shine brightest when he commanded the center of the attack.

With the ball at his feet, Su Luo dictated the tempo, moving with fluid precision.

His chemistry with his teammates was impeccable, every pass and breakthrough slicing through Bayern’s formation.

The crowd was mesmerized by his performance — they were witnessing the reawakening of a true leader.

Coach Harrison’s expression finally softened. His bold tactical adjustment had proven to be the right call.

Su Luo’s influence grew stronger with every minute. He regained his confidence, his courage, and his authority on the pitch. Under his command, Dortmund’s play became sharper, faster, and more dangerous.

Emily’s heart swelled with pride as she watched from the stands, occasionally exchanging words of excitement with nearby fans. She couldn’t help but feel overjoyed — Su Luo was once again leading the team like the decisive player she believed in.

Receiving instructions from Harrison, Su Luo anchored himself firmly in the central attacking position. He could feel a familiar fire burning within him — this was his territory, the place where he could truly shine.

He quickly readjusted his tactics and settled into rhythm.

Reus and Hagen immediately sensed the difference. Su Luo’s return to form revitalized the entire team — his leadership was the glue that held their offense together.

Reus called out with a grin, “Su Luo, welcome back! We need your vision and leadership to break down their defense!”

Hagen added firmly, “Let’s tighten our coordination — keep the passes sharp and the runs synchronized!”

Su Luo nodded, eyes blazing with focus. The three of them huddled briefly near midfield, discussing their strategy in detail. They needed perfect understanding and flawless execution — fast.

The crowd at Signal Iduna Park could feel the momentum shift. The trio’s cooperation was electric, their chemistry palpable.

A breathtaking sequence of play unfolded — Reus and Hagen made agile runs to create space, while Su Luo orchestrated the attack with pinpoint passes and visionary through balls.

The spectators’ initial tension turned into wild cheers. They were witnessing the rebirth of a commander on the field — a player who led not just with skill, but with heart.

From the touchline, Harrison finally exhaled, his furrowed brow relaxing.

His tactical gamble had paid off. Under Su Luo’s leadership, Dortmund had rediscovered their rhythm and seized control of the match.

Victory now felt closer than ever.

Chapter 72 Is Luo Sha Brain Twitching?

Naruto watched the battles from the high platform: “…”

Looking at Haruno Sakura’s performance, he couldn’t help but think: Did I underestimate little Sakura a bit too much?

He had never paid much attention to her fighting ability, so now she was easily outmaneuvered by Hinata.

If this were in the original story, although she might have lost to Hinata, she wouldn’t have been defeated so quickly.

The first match ended swiftly.

Kankuro looked at Sakura descending from the stage and shook his head slightly.
“As her teammate, her strength isn’t very impressive.”

Sakura heard this and felt a pang in her heart.

She knew she had been slacking off lately, but she hadn’t expected the gap with Hinata to be so large.

The second match began quickly.

Kankuro vs. Uchiha Sasuke.

Because of Sakura’s earlier loss, Kankuro mistakenly assumed that the rest of Naruto’s team was weak.

Underestimating his opponent, Kankuro was captured by Sasuke almost immediately, losing the match.

The games continued one after another and ended very quickly.

Kakashi appeared briefly, holding a scroll in his hand.

He handed it to Naruto and disappeared.

Naruto received Senju Hashirama’s ninjutsu scroll and felt a surge of excitement.

Now that his teammates had all finished their matches, Naruto had no reason to stay at the arena.

He hid in a corner, unrolled the scroll, and began studying it.

The scroll was divided into several broad categories:

  • Taijutsu

  • Ninjutsu

  • Genjutsu

  • Senjutsu

The content was extremely detailed, containing all the ninjutsu techniques used by Hashirama, including Wood Style, the Kekkei Genkai.

Naruto immediately began thinking about practicing.

After all, as the protagonist, he naturally possessed some talent in the story.

He planned to learn the Wood Style on his own.

By this time, the Chūnin Exams had concluded.

Naruto didn’t watch any other matches; many participants had already left the field.

Those who remained were the winners.

Then Sarutobi Hiruzen and Rasa announced the promotion list.

The newly promoted Chūnin looked slightly relieved.

After all, all the effort had been for the title of Chūnin.

After the announcements, Hiruzen cleared his throat dryly:
“Since everyone is here today, I have another announcement.”

Everyone was puzzled. The exams were over—what could be left to announce?

Hiruzen continued:
“This matter has been concealed for over ten years due to special circumstances. Now that the child has grown, it no longer needs to be hidden.”

Naruto, hiding in a corner, felt a wave of anxiety.

He put away the scroll and looked up at Hiruzen, thinking: This old man… he’s going to cause trouble.

Hiruzen announced to the crowd:
“Over ten years ago, the Fourth Hokage of Konoha sealed the Nine-Tails demon fox inside a newborn child.

And that child is the flesh and blood of the Fourth Hokage!”

Naruto’s eyes widened in disbelief:
“Why… why bring this up now???”

The announcement caused an immediate stir.

Many civilians had spent over ten years ostracizing this child.

And now, their beloved Third Hokage was publicly revealing the truth?

So it was true.

Uzumaki Naruto is the son of the Fourth Hokage.

The villagers were shocked.

How could someone be cruel enough to seal a tailed beast inside a newborn?

Yet it had worked.

But thinking carefully, some noticed the details: Naruto’s blond hair matched the Fourth Hokage’s, and his surname matched that of his mother.

Previously, many had suspected Naruto’s identity, but it hadn’t been confirmed.

Now, the Third Hokage had said it himself.

The villagers’ shame and guilt surged.

Naruto, in the corner, felt despair.

He could feel countless eyes on him, making him deeply uncomfortable.

An indescribable embarrassment settled over him.

He frowned and left the Chūnin exam site.

He hated being noticed—especially like this.

His life had been going smoothly, and he had been content with the peace in Konoha.

Now, with his identity revealed, every trip outside might result in dozens of strangers greeting him.

For someone who preferred peace and quiet, this was far from ideal.

Naruto went to a more remote part of the Forest of Death.

It was time to practice Wood Style.

Meanwhile, the Chūnin exam site buzzed with discussions about the big revelation by Sarutobi Hiruzen.

On the high platform, Rasa’s expression was one of confusion.

He watched the villagers talking about Naruto and felt something stir in his heart.

Naruto, like Gaara, was a Jinchūriki and the son of a Kage.

His identity had been hidden, and his life had been difficult.

Now, with the announcement of his lineage, the villagers’ hatred seemed to soften, and many even felt remorse.

But what about Gaara?

His identity had never been hidden, and he had faced constant ostracism.

Was the difference caused by the villagers?

No, it must be something else—maybe Gaara himself, maybe… Rasa.

Hiruzen, having finished the announcement, felt relieved at the scene’s reaction.

A burden of more than ten years had finally been lifted.

Even if Hiruzen died now, he could face the Fourth Hokage with some pride.

Unaware of the trouble he had caused Naruto, Hiruzen stepped back.

Seeing the commotion, Rasa decided to intervene.

He stood and coughed to draw attention.

“That’s the Kazekage, right?” someone whispered.

“Yes, it’s Master Rasa,” another replied.

Hiruzen stepped aside, allowing Rasa to speak.

Considering the close ties between Konoha and Sunagakure, Rasa announced:
“After discussions with the Hokage, and considering that Temari and Uzumaki Naruto are in love, I hereby declare that the Sand Village will officially allow the marriage of Temari and Naruto.”

Hiruzen’s eyes widened in shock.

Marriage?

Why hadn’t he been informed?

What is he announcing?

In the audience:

Hiashi Hyuga: “What happened? Someone kidnapped my son-in-law?”

Hinata: “…”

Haruno Sakura: “Damn it, when did this happen? Who’s Temari? Is he a thief?”

Chapter 71 First Generation Ninjutsu Scroll

There was no need for Sarutobi Hiruzen to hide anything.

He directly told the story of how he had tried to recruit Uzumaki Xiangling but failed.

In short: he had been scared off by her!

Naruto was speechless upon hearing this and complained,
“Third Hokage-sama, if you think about it from my perspective, do you think you would dare to stay in Konoha?”

Sarutobi Hiruzen was momentarily stunned.

Putting yourself in someone else’s shoes…

This really fit the Will of Fire perfectly.

He considered things from Xiangling’s perspective and suddenly understood.

No wonder!

No wonder she had been in such a hurry to leave.

As a child forced to leave her homeland because of the war, Xiangling had wandered the ninja world with her mother.

After finally joining a small ninja village, she had paid an enormous price.

And now?

She was being invited to the Chūnin Exam by the Kage of Konoha, with promises of benefits: a place to live, living expenses, and other perks.

Any reasonable person would have been suspicious.

Sarutobi Hiruzen’s biggest mistake was not revealing his true purpose, which naturally made Xiangling wary.

As a woman of sense, she couldn’t help but wonder: what could the Great Ninja Village want from her?

She wasn’t particularly strong—so what was the goal?

Anyone could guess: once she agreed to stay, they’d probably want her to bear children and take care of the village!

Sarutobi Hiruzen exhaled and puffed on his cigarette.
“Oh, it’s not enough that people are dissatisfied,” he muttered.

The Kazekage Rasa noticed Hiruzen’s embarrassment and quickly changed the subject.
“So this is Konoha’s genius Jinchūriki? I’ve heard of you. On behalf of Sunagakure, I thank you for sealing Shukaku.”

Naruto looked at him.

In the original story, this Kazekage had been killed by Orochimaru.
He was an older man with a square face and short brown hair, rumored to be able to manipulate gold and had repeatedly subdued Shukaku in a berserk state.

His strength was at elite Kage level, fitting for a leader of a major village.

Rasa’s words of gratitude prompted Naruto to respond casually:
“I’m just trying to protect the people I want to protect.”

It felt strange…
All he had been doing was completing system tasks and testing ninjutsu. Otherwise, wouldn’t it have been easier for Naruto to simply take Sasuke and the others away?

Seeing Naruto evade the topic, Sarutobi Hiruzen said,
“Little Naruto, after our decision, we’ll promote you directly to Chūnin. You won’t need to participate in the competition.”

“Yeah,” Naruto hummed, saying no more.

Sarutobi Hiruzen sensed that Naruto had emotional struggles, so he added,
“Little Naruto, in light of your outstanding performance in the Chūnin Exam, the village has decided to reward you. What would you like?”

Naruto immediately perked up.
“I want the First Hokage’s ninjutsu scroll. Is that okay?”

Hiruzen’s eyes widened.
“Little Naruto, why do you want that?”

The First Hokage’s ninjutsu had been recorded on that scroll, but most of Hashirama’s techniques were senjutsu and Wood Style.

Naruto didn’t have a summoning contract, so he couldn’t use senjutsu.
Without it, he couldn’t practice Wood Style.

Did Naruto already have it?

He didn’t explain, just raised his palm.

Kakakka~

As chakra condensed, tiny branches sprouted from his hand.

Hiruzen jumped up in excitement.
“Is this…?”

Wood Style!

Naruto actually knew Wood Style?
Was it something he developed himself?

Hiruzen quickly composed himself and glanced at Rasa, who was equally surprised.
“Lord Kazekage, please keep this a secret for Konoha. Is that acceptable?”

Rasa nodded silently, a glimmer in his eyes betraying his thoughts.

Hiruzen turned to Naruto:
“The First Hokage’s ninjutsu scroll is yours if you want it.

But there’s one condition: you must hide your Wood Style ability for three years.

It’s too ostentatious, and showing it now would make others jealous.

In three years, with your talent, you’ll be able to fully learn the First Hokage’s ninjutsu.”

Naruto didn’t hesitate.
“Okay, I agree. I’ll hide it.”

Satisfied with Naruto’s compliance, Hiruzen nodded.
“Kakashi.”

In the next moment, a one-eyed, white-haired ninja appeared.

Hiruzen instructed him,
“Kakashi, go to Anbu and tell the minister to make a copy of the First Hokage’s ninjutsu scroll, then deliver the original to Naruto.”

“Yes, Hokage-sama.” Kakashi nodded, slightly confused, but went straight to work.

Naruto, a little excited, stayed to watch the upcoming matches.

After all, this was not the original story.
More participants were present, and with Rasa alive, Konoha’s collapse plan was likely gone.

The first match began sooner than Naruto expected.

Haruno Sakura vs. Hinata Hyuga.

At the competition venue, Sakura glared at Hinata.
“Even if I can’t defeat you, the thought of you taking down Naruto first makes me angry!”

Hinata blushed, looking at her former classmate shyly.
“I… I didn’t mean to, Sakura-chan. I’m sorry.”

Clearly, Hinata didn’t intend sarcasm, but to Sakura, it sounded like:
“Hmph~ I’m just a humble loser. I did it on purpose. What can you do about it?!”

Impulsive as always, Sakura rushed toward Hinata seriously.

Hinata’s expression showed confusion.

Ten seconds later, Sakura was pushed to the ground by Hinata, muttering,
“Damn it… I lost!”

In terms of both strength and development, Hinata had clearly surpassed her.

Sakura turned her head, staring at Hinata’s rapid growth, feeling her heart ache.

Hateful!

Why did everyone else grow so strong so quickly?

Chapter 138 Deadpool Massacres All Marvel

While Allens was busy designing his next-generation armor inside Stark Tower, a sudden flash of light streaked across the skies above New York. A figure wearing a red bodysuit and carrying two katanas on his back appeared out of thin air.

“Oh, shit! Something definitely went wrong with that time jump.”

A loud, sarcastic voice rang out as the red figure plummeted through the clouds, heading straight toward the city below at an insane speed.

“Wait, wait—don’t tell me this is how I die this time. Seriously? People out there are gonna laugh their asses off. They’ll say, ‘Hey, look! Deadpool’s so dumb he fell to his death!’ Classic me.”

Even as he fell, the red-suited man with black eye patches kept muttering nonstop to himself.

BOOM!

A sickening crash echoed through the streets. Like an egg smashed on a rock, the figure hit the ground and turned into a bloody, broken mess.

“F***! Congrats, folks — your handsome little bastard Deadpool is now officially a puddle of meat again!”

A few seconds later, the mangled corpse twitched.

“Okay, so this is the MCU, huh? Gotta say, compared to the comics, this place feels... weaker. But whatever — I love it here.”

Deadpool — the merc with a mouth, blessed (or cursed) with a Regenerative Healing Factor and an extremely broken brain — was no stranger to bizarre situations. His mind operated differently, allowing him to break the fourth wall and perceive the truth of multiple realities.

And this wasn’t his first jump across universes. For reasons even he couldn’t remember, Deadpool had decided to massacre every version of the Marvel Universe he could find. Before arriving in this one, he’d already slaughtered countless others.

“Now, where the hell did I land this time? What year is it again?”

The puddle of flesh on the ground started squirming. Within an hour, Deadpool’s body completely regenerated. He stood up in an empty alley somewhere in Manhattan, brushed the dust off his suit, and looked around.

“Yo, handsome! What year are we in?”

Deadpool strutted out of the alley and spotted a tall, muscular man walking by. He patted the man’s stomach and grinned beneath his mask.

“It’s 2008, you cross-dressing freak,” the man growled, scowling down at him.

“Cross-dresser? No, no, no — the name’s Deadpool. Wade Wilson. The sexiest, funniest, most violent guy in X-Men— oh wait, that’s right. Copyright issues. I forgot the MCU doesn’t have the X-Men yet. My bad.”

He shrugged dramatically. “Anyway, doesn’t matter. MCU heroes are nerfed as hell. Even the Hulk got downgraded.”

Deadpool tilted his head. “Hey, stud, I didn’t get your name!”

The man frowned deeper. “You’re annoying, little freak.”

It was Ivan Vanko — the Russian mechanical engineer who would one day become Whiplash. He was currently working for Hammer Industries, maintaining his rough, Soviet-era look — bulky, grim, and perpetually irritated.

Today was supposed to be his delivery day — bringing the mechanical armor he’d built for Hammer Industries. The last thing he wanted was to deal with some loudmouth idiot in red spandex.

“Hey, you’re not the first one to say I’m annoying,” Deadpool said cheerfully, tapping his chin. “Wait a minute... I know that face! Damn, it’s on the tip of my tongue… Oh! You’re that guy with the electric whips! Iron Man’s second villain! Whiplash!

Ivan just muttered under his breath, “Crazy bastard,” and walked off toward the Hammer Industries building.

At the main entrance, Justin Hammer, the smug CEO of Hammer Industries, greeted him with his usual fake smile.

“Ah, Mr. Ivan Vanko! Right on time! You know, I’m about to hold a press conference. Couldn’t have you show up late, could we?”

His voice carried both excitement and a hint of complaint.

Meanwhile, Deadpool stood in the distance, his eyes gleaming behind his mask.

“Ohhh, right. Ivan Vanko. Whiplash. One of Tony Stark’s early villains.”

He pulled out his Adamantium katanas with a wicked grin. “Guess I’ll start my MCU massacre with you, Mr. Whiplash.”

Justin Hammer suddenly noticed Deadpool approaching and yelled, “Hey! You in the red pajamas! Get the hell outta here before I make you regret it!”

SHNK!

Before Hammer could even finish his sentence, Deadpool plunged both blades straight through Ivan Vanko’s chest.

Ivan gasped, eyes wide. “You… you bastard… why?”

Deadpool leaned in close, his tone cheerful. “Oh, come on, Mr. Whiplash. Don’t look at me like that. You’re the first on my MCU hit list — but not the last. Consider it my way of saying thanks. I’ll even kill Tony Stark for you later so you’re not lonely in hell. How’s that for generosity?”

He yanked the blades free, letting Ivan collapse to the ground, lifeless.

“F***! What the hell are you doing, you lunatic?!” Justin Hammer roared, pulling a pistol from his coat and firing wildly.

BANG! BANG! BANG!

Bullets tore through Deadpool’s torso, spraying blood everywhere. Deadpool looked down at the holes in his chest, sighed, and wiped his blades clean.

“Sir, you really need to work on your aim,” he said mockingly. “It’s like watching a stormtrooper audition.”

Unbeknownst to either of them, high above the Hammer Industries building, a cloaked Iron Man armor hovered silently. Its stealth systems recorded everything.

Back in the Stark Tower lab, J.A.R.V.I.S.’s calm voice echoed through the speakers.

“Sir, something unexpected has occurred.”

Chapter 137 Mark·Super Type 1 Steel Battle Suit

In the center of New York, inside the cutting-edge technology lab of Stark Tower, Allens’ laboratory was completely sealed off. Dressed in a sharp suit, Allens stood before a 3D printer, both hands moving swiftly as he constructed a complex data model in midair.

After easily defeating the Abomination, Allens — the new Iron Man — had become even more famous. Even S.H.I.E.L.D. had begun extending olive branches toward him, but he rejected them outright.

At that moment, Allens had already been inside the advanced laboratory for three straight days. During this time, the light of wisdom in his mind surged wildly. He finally understood why Thanos once said Tony Stark was “cursed with knowledge.”

The brilliance of Stark’s mind allowed him to constantly generate new ideas. Tony Stark had created the Iron Man armor after analyzing just 30% of the data he needed — a testament to the terrifying power of his intellect.

But Allens was even more terrifying. After inheriting Tony’s light of wisdom and all his knowledge, he received an additional 1000% intelligence boost from Dr. Samuel Sterns’ brain. At this point, Allens’ mind was more powerful than a quantum supercomputer.

“J.A.R.V.I.S., integrate the Quantum Bridge formula into the armor’s module,” Allens commanded.

Before him, the 3D printer projected a three-dimensional Iron Man armor model. Beside it, a tiny, radiant module began forming — glowing faintly with blue energy.

“The Quantum Bridge formula has been integrated… Integration complete, sir. The Quantum Bridge Shuttle Module is ready. Shall I install it into the suit?” J.A.R.V.I.S.’s voice carried a note of awe as he followed Allens’ instructions to the letter.

“Let’s see the results, J.A.R.V.I.S.,” Allens said with a confident smile, a stylus clenched between his teeth.

Click.

Following his command, the module was inserted into the armor’s core. A burst of blue light flared, then stabilized — the Quantum Bridge Shuttle was complete.

This was one of Allens’ personal inventions, based on quantum bridge teleportation technology he retained from his previous timeline. Back then, he had wielded countless superpowers — this quantum bridge ability was merely one of them.

“J.A.R.V.I.S., construct the Teleportation Module.”

Allens studied the data model calmly. He wasn’t surprised — his mind had already simulated countless possible outcomes, each more precise than the last.

The 3D printer whirred to life once more, and moments later, it produced a cubic metal module glowing faintly with blue light. Allens picked it up, smiling faintly.

“J.A.R.V.I.S., set the South Pole as the Quantum Bridge coordinate point.”

“As you command, sir,” J.A.R.V.I.S. replied, though his tone carried a trace of unease. “Sir, this module has not been tested yet. Are you sure—”

Before J.A.R.V.I.S. could finish, Allens twisted his wrist and activated the module. His entire body was enveloped in a soft blue light.

“J.A.R.V.I.S.,” he said calmly, “sometimes you have to learn to run before you can walk.”

In an instant, Allens vanished from the Stark Tower.

In the icy wilderness of Antarctica, a blue shimmer appeared — and from it stepped Allens. The brutal polar wind had no effect on him. His Psychokinesis shield kept him perfectly insulated.

“Not bad,” Allens murmured. “J.A.R.V.I.S., initiate return.”

The smart glasses on his face streamed real-time data, linked directly to J.A.R.V.I.S. through satellite. The blue energy flickered again, and Allens disappeared from Antarctica — reappearing moments later in his lab.

He set down the teleportation module and immediately began designing another component.

Allens had gained numerous superpowers in his last timeline — some usable, others not. Metal manipulation, electrical control, vibration, intangibility, super strength, freezing, energy absorption, illusion, and even life drain — all were being integrated into his next armor design.

With his intellect enhanced by 1000%, Allens’ mind could instantly recall complex neural pathways. Converting those mental structures into circuitry took time, but it was far from impossible.

In just three days, Allens had mastered the principles of quantum mechanics. The light of wisdom within him constantly spawned new ideas, laying the groundwork for his teleportation module.

“J.A.R.V.I.S., begin construction of the Mark Super-Type I armor.”

While Allens continued designing, he issued another command. J.A.R.V.I.S. immediately began controlling the lab’s automated equipment, assembling the armor piece by piece.

Thanks to the vast resources of Stark Industries, Allens had access to any material he needed — even Vibranium. But this time, he chose not to use it. Instead, he constructed the armor from a specialized titanium alloy.

Because of the new super module, the entire suit shimmered with a deep blue glow.

“Sir, the Super-Type I armor has been completed,” J.A.R.V.I.S. announced.

Allens didn’t even need to look back; he could feel the hum of power behind him.

“Excellent,” he said, lips curling into a faint, knowing smile. “Let’s test its combat performance.”

Although Obadiah Stane was dead, Tony Stark still had many enemies — including Ivan Vanko, the future Whiplash.

But Allens, who had completely replaced Tony Stark, had no interest in racing — so Ivan never got the chance to ambush him at a racetrack.

Instead, the cunning Vanko used his father’s Arc Reactor blueprints and his own knowledge of Stark’s technology to infiltrate Hammer Industries, becoming Justin Hammer’s top mechanical engineer.

Even though Ivan Vanko posed no immediate threat, it was still 2008 — the age before most superheroes and supervillains had emerged. So, with nothing else to occupy his genius mind...

Allens decided to kill Ivan Vanko.

Just to pass the time.

Chapter 1042: Switching Attack Positions

Su Luo received a pass from his teammate and advanced toward the penalty area without hesitation.

The opposing defenders immediately recognized the danger he posed and quickly closed in to surround him.

But Su Luo didn’t back down.

He suddenly accelerated, slicing through the defense like a bolt of lightning. Using his superb technique and explosive dribbling ability, he charged straight toward the goal.

He could feel the power surging through his body — this was the moment to create a miracle in the final sprint.

Inside the packed Signal Iduna Park, the tension was palpable. The entire stadium fell silent as thousands of eyes fixed on Su Luo, filled with both hope and anxiety.

On the pitch, Bayern’s defenders kept their eyes locked on him, ready to pounce at any second.

But in that instant, Su Luo seemed to transform into a fearless swordsman, finding a narrow yet perfect route through their formation.

His movements were quick yet composed — steady, agile, and full of confidence as he approached the goal.

When the last defender lunged in, Su Luo executed a flawless feint — one of his signature moves — sending his opponent the wrong way before calmly slotting the ball into the net with his left foot.

The entire stadium erupted in an instant. Cheers, chants, and shouts of joy thundered through the night sky.

Dortmund’s players rushed toward Su Luo, celebrating passionately.

Captain Hagen grabbed his arm with excitement. “That’s incredible, Su Luo! You’re the soul of this team! This is your moment!”

Reus joined in, shouting, “You’re the best, Su Luo! We’ll keep fighting with you until the end!”

In the stands, Emily’s heart swelled with pride and admiration as she watched the scene unfold. She knew how much pressure Su Luo had been under — yet his determination and belief had carried him through.

The moment Su Luo scored, Dortmund’s morale soared. The stadium was alive with energy as fans cheered and applauded his stunning goal.

But just as the celebration continued, Coach Harrison’s voice cut through the noise from the touchline:

“Su Luo! I have a new task for you!”

Su Luo stopped in his tracks, looking toward the bench.

Facing his stern but composed coach, he could feel both exhaustion and curiosity.

“I’ve decided to move you to the left wing,” Harrison said firmly. “I want you to exploit more scoring opportunities from that side.”

Su Luo was slightly taken aback by the instruction.

He had always been the core playmaker in the middle — the heart of Dortmund’s attack. The thought of moving wide brought pressure and uncertainty.

Still, after a brief pause, he took a deep breath and nodded. “Understood, coach.”

When play resumed, Su Luo threw himself into his new role on the left.

Though it wasn’t as comfortable as his central position, he made sure every touch, every pass, every movement proved his value to the team.

Gradually, he adapted to the new position, linking up smoothly with his teammates and continuing to trouble Bayern’s defense with his runs and passes.

Even though he didn’t score again, his influence on the game remained undeniable.

However, not everyone in the stands or the media agreed with Harrison’s tactical adjustment.

“Why move Su Luo to the left? He’s clearly more dominant in the center!” a fan shouted from the stands.

Reporters exchanged glances and murmured among themselves.

“Yeah, Su Luo controls the rhythm when he’s in the middle,” one journalist said. “Shifting him wide doesn’t make sense.”

Chapter 1041 The Helpless Goalkeeper

Reus was also full of fighting spirit. Under Su Luo’s leadership, they cooperated seamlessly, constantly creating problems for Bayern in key areas.

Whenever Reus received the ball, he quickly scanned the field, looking for opportunities to pass to Su Luo or another teammate to threaten Bayern’s penalty area.

Dortmund’s defense was rock solid, and Bayern couldn’t find a way through.

Goalkeeper Hagen lived up to his role as captain, making several crucial saves whenever the opposition attacked.

As the game entered its final ten minutes, Dortmund faced their last big opportunity — and their toughest challenge.

Su Luo led his teammates in a relentless sprint forward, searching for that one chance to seal the victory.

The atmosphere was electric. The crowd held its breath, every eye fixed on the pitch.

Dortmund fans sang their hearts out, their voices filling the stadium with passion and faith.

Suddenly, a counterattack gave Dortmund their chance.

Su Luo received the ball and surged forward with speed and determination, cutting through Bayern’s defense down the wing.

He stopped abruptly and whipped the ball toward Reus, who was waiting inside the penalty area.

Reus outmaneuvered his defender and sent a sharp cross back into the box.

At that exact moment, Su Luo appeared in front of goal like lightning.

He leapt into the air and connected with a stunning volley!

No one could stop him now — this was the moment he had been waiting for!

The ball arced beautifully through the air. Bayern’s goalkeeper jumped desperately, but Su Luo’s strike curved perfectly into the net!

For a heartbeat, time seemed to stand still. The entire stadium froze — then erupted in an explosion of sound.

The ball flashed through the night sky like a comet, slicing past the goalkeeper’s outstretched fingertips before slamming into the goal!

The Bayern keeper stood rooted to the spot, helpless. All he could do was pray the shot would miss — but fate had already decided otherwise.

The ball dove under the bar and nestled into the back of the net.

In an instant, the Signal Iduna Park erupted in thunderous cheers, drowning out everything else.

“It’s in! Su Luo scores again!” the commentator roared as Dortmund’s players rushed toward him, jumping and high-fiving in celebration.

That goal reignited Dortmund’s hope and confidence.

Hagen sprinted forward from his box and threw his arms around Su Luo, patting him excitedly on the back.

“Well done, Su Luo! You’re truly the heart of this team!” Hagen shouted with pride. “This goal belongs not just to you, but to everyone who fought together for it!”

Su Luo smiled, feeling the deep trust and unity between him and his teammates.

Looking up into the stands, he spotted Emily waving a giant Dortmund flag, her face glowing with excitement. She was his greatest source of strength.

He smiled back at her — because he knew this goal wasn’t only for himself or the team, but also for her.

When play resumed, Dortmund kept the pressure on, refusing to let up.

Reus received another pass from Hagen, slipped past a Bayern defender near the box, and found himself facing the goalkeeper.

Without hesitation, he sent a sharp pass to a teammate in an even better position.

Dortmund launched a brilliant sequence of one-touch passes, their teamwork flowing like music — a perfect symphony of coordination and rhythm.

Chapter 70 A Healthy Ferret? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ?

Is this the Nine-Tails Chakra Mode from the original story?

Naruto felt the power coursing through him and couldn’t help but nod in approval.

This strength was truly remarkable.

Kurama, who had been watching from the side, had intended to just observe—but seeing this, his jaw dropped.

The other two Nine-Tails crouched on Kurama’s shoulders, also staring in shock.

All three Tailed Beasts were stunned.

“Naruto? How could you…”

Kurama looked at Naruto, disbelief in his eyes.
“Why aren’t you affected by the malice?”

Naruto explained calmly:
“Kurama, you said that to resist the evil thoughts in Tailed Beast chakra, one must recognize their true heart.

And to truly understand your nature, you must go to the Falls of Truth.

But if… if I simply live according to my heart, then wouldn’t that mean I don’t need to go to the Falls?”

Kurama’s eyes widened.
“There are still people who can do something like that??”

“No…” Kurama continued, stunned.
“If you live by your heart, yet you were rejected by the villagers as a child, why don’t you harbor any hatred? That’s… impossible!”

Of course, it wasn’t normal—but Naruto had a simple explanation:
“Kurama, remember when Sarutobi Hiruzen hit you with a ninja tool? Do you hate the tool… or do you hate Hiruzen?”

Kurama was speechless.
“This isn’t a concept I can easily explain,” he said, rubbing his temples.
“The ninja tool has no life, but the villagers who rejected you… they do.”

Naruto shook his head.
“It doesn’t matter. I just need to settle accounts with Danzo and that guy.”

Kurama fell silent for a moment, then felt a twinge of fear.

This Naruto…
too rational.

Meanwhile, Orochimaru had planted the curse seal on Sasuke.

Later, he witnessed the battle between Naruto and Shukaku.

For the first time, Orochimaru realized that his plan to collapse Konoha could not succeed.

At this time, Konoha’s combat power was comparable to Super Kage-level.

In Orochimaru’s eyes, Naruto was someone completely devoted to the Will of Fire.
He would fight to protect the Third Hokage without hesitation.

Thus, Orochimaru abandoned his plan to destroy Konoha.

Sasuke remained in Konoha, staying close to Naruto.

At the same time, Orochimaru noticed that the curse seal he had placed on Sasuke had been sealed by another force.

His plan to seduce Sasuke with his power and gain his body was clearly no longer feasible.

Yet Orochimaru’s desire for Uchiha bodies remained.

Since Sasuke was unavailable, Orochimaru adjusted his plan.
Through his intelligence network, he found Uchiha Itachi and arranged a meeting in the desert.

A figure appeared before Kisame and Itachi.

“Yo?” Kisame casually reached for Samehada, smirking.
“Didn’t expect to meet an old acquaintance~”

Orochimaru ignored Kisame, fixing his snake-like gaze on Itachi.
“Do you really think your plan will succeed?”

Itachi frowned.
“What are you talking about?”

Orochimaru chuckled.
“You know, Itachi, the true leader of the Akatsuki isn’t the so-called Rinnegan at all.

As the owner of the Mangekyō, you understand that, don’t you?”

Itachi said nothing—but Orochimaru was right.

Kisame’s expression turned serious.

Orochimaru continued,
“I know your plan, Itachi.

But it will face resistance… and that resistance is someone even stronger than the Rinnegan.

If you want to pave the way for your brother, you must eliminate that person. Otherwise, even if Sasuke grows stronger, he won’t be able to defeat him.”

Itachi replied coldly:
“This has nothing to do with you.”

He had his own plan.

Orochimaru’s expression, however, revealed a knowing look.
“Itachi, you also know there’s a chance your plan might fail.

You don’t want to see your brother killed and his eyes gouged out, do you?”

At the mention of Sasuke, Itachi’s eyes darkened with murderous intent.

Seeing him about to explode, Orochimaru quickly interjected:
“Itachi, I have a proposal that benefits both of us. What do you think?”

Kisame hesitated.
“Uh… guys, maybe we shouldn’t be discussing this in front of me?”

Before he could finish, he saw a blood-red moon… and lost consciousness.

Orochimaru laughed.
“Itachi cast an illusion on him. Now we can talk freely.”

“What kind of proposal?” Itachi asked, straight to the point.

Orochimaru wasted no time.
“I can help you recover your body and restore your strength to its peak… in exchange for some of your flesh and blood.

Don’t worry, it’s not for evil purposes, just to create perfect Uchiha clones.”

The Third Chūnin Exam began.

Since Orochimaru had abandoned the plan to destroy Konoha, the Fourth Kazekage Rasa remained alive and had lost contact with Orochimaru.

Rasa contacted Baki, who reported that the plan had been abandoned.

Rasa then traveled to Konoha to observe the Chūnin Exams.

However, there were minor incidents at the exam site.

Some candidates protested loudly:

“Why do we have to compete with him?!”
“Can’t we just let him advance?”
“A ninja of his level shouldn’t even be taking the Chūnin Exam!”
“Konoha wants to kill us all?”

All of these complaints were directed at Naruto, standing in the middle of the group.

Not long ago, this blond ninja had fought a Tailed Beast.
And now… he was taking the Chūnin Exam with them?

The examiners were at a loss, so they turned to Sarutobi Hiruzen and Rasa for guidance.

In the end, both Kage agreed: Naruto would automatically be promoted to Chūnin.

Naruto had completed the systematic task of taking the Chūnin Exam, saving himself time.
He had no intention of playing “ninja games” with the others.

Later, Naruto lingered at the exam site, watching the excitement build.

Suddenly, an Anbu appeared, saying that Sarutobi Hiruzen and Rasa wished to see him.

Naruto had questions for the Third Hokage, so he followed without hesitation.

Before the Kage could speak, Naruto asked first:
“Third Hokage-sama, have you ever heard of Uzumaki Karin?”

Chapter 69: Phosphorus: Slipped Away

The conditions given by Sarutobi Hiruzen were quite good.

But after hearing them, Karin felt an increasing sense of fear.

Years of wandering and the ideas drilled into her by her mother made her far more aware of the world than most girls her age.

In some ways, Karin was more mature than her peers.

She knew very well—
there is no such thing as a free lunch in this world.

If Sarutobi Hiruzen was being this generous, he definitely had ulterior motives.

As for what exactly he wanted, Karin couldn’t quite figure it out yet.
The only possibility she could think of was… that he wanted to use her as a breeding tool to restore the Uzumaki Clan in Konoha.

That was exactly what her mother had once warned her about:
“Don’t ever reveal your surname unless you completely trust the person you’re with.”

And now, Sarutobi Hiruzen knew her identity—
and he was trying to lure her to stay with promises and benefits.

Who knew what he would do next?

Karin hesitated for a moment, then abruptly stood up and walked out.

But Anbu operatives blocked her path.

“Let me go! I want to leave!” Karin shouted in panic, pushing the Anbu away and bolting for the door.

The Anbu were about to chase after her,
but Sarutobi Hiruzen raised a hand.
“No need.”

What Naruto didn’t expect was that Karin, who hadn’t wanted to leave before, had now disappeared without a word.

He didn’t know why, but he didn’t care too much either.

After all, during this time in the original story, Karin was still safe.
So there was no need to worry.

As for learning the Uzumaki clan’s secret techniques, it could wait.

Before the start of the Third Chūnin Exam,
Naruto returned alone to the Forest of Death, which had been almost completely destroyed.

Using the same technique as last time, Naruto released the full Nine Tails sealed inside his backpack and resealed it within himself.

Inside the sealed space,
Naruto confronted the restrained Nine Tails once again.

The giant fox roared in confusion and anger.
“Who are you?! Why am I here again?!”

They had just been fighting a big blond monster—
and now, a small blond brat had suddenly appeared?

“I’ll kill you!”

But Naruto didn’t leave immediately. Instead, he stared at his Kurama curiously.

Kurama, ready to attack, frowned when he noticed Naruto still standing there.
“Naruto, why aren’t you leaving?”

“I’m just curious,” Naruto said calmly. “How exactly do you absorb chakra?”

Kurama raised an eyebrow and smirked slyly.
“Well~ that’s a secret, alright?”

Naruto clicked his tongue, suppressing his curiosity.

After he left the sealed space,
the air was filled with Kurama’s furious howls.

A few hours later, Naruto returned to the sealed space.

The newly sealed Nine Tails had now shrunk down to a mere thirty centimeters in height.

It sat on the ground, fur in disarray, hugging its knees with its claws, muttering weakly:
“You two monsters… you’re both monsters!!”

Meanwhile, Naruto’s own Kurama’s chakra levels had skyrocketed—
a thousand times stronger than before!

Seeing Naruto return, Kurama grinned.
“Naruto, looks like it’s time I tell you something important.”

“Oh?” Naruto raised an eyebrow. “You’ve got something to say?”

Kurama nodded.
“Naruto, you already know that the chakra of us Tailed Beasts is full of malice, right?”

Scarlet chakra began to leak from Kurama’s body, radiating evil and fury.

Naruto nodded. “Yeah, I know.”

Kurama continued,
“If a Jinchūriki truly wants to wield our chakra, they must use their own willpower to resist its negative effects.”

“Even we Tailed Beasts can’t erase that malice ourselves.”

“So, if you really want to use my power, you must first confront your own heart—
understand your true self and strengthen your resistance to the hatred in our chakra.”

“Strengthen my immunity to the tailed beast’s malice?” Naruto thought for a moment, recalling a certain part of the original story.

To truly understand oneself… one must go to the Falls of Truth, right?

Kurama nodded.
“That’s right. Only when you can withstand my chakra completely will you be able to control it freely. Otherwise, the more power I give you, the more you’ll be consumed by it. Understand?”

Naruto rubbed his chin.
“So… wait a second. Does that mean all the chakra you gave me before was controlled by you?”

Kurama chuckled.
“Of course! If I didn’t suppress it myself, you’d have been swallowed whole by its hatred.”

“Only by confronting your heart can you truly avoid that. I’ve lived for countless ages and traveled the entire world…”

“And there’s only one place where you can truly face yourself—
the Falls of Truth.”

“If you want to master my power, you’ll need to go there.”

“Otherwise, even if I hand you chakra, you won’t be able to bear the malice it carries.”

Naruto was pleasantly surprised that Kurama was voluntarily teaching him the method to unlock Kurama Mode from the original story.

But then, he grinned mischievously.
“How about you just give me your chakra right now and let’s see?”

Kurama froze. “What? You little brat—do you even know what you’re asking for?”

Naruto smirked. “Of course I do.”

Kurama narrowed his eyes. “Then you also know what happens if you fail?”

Naruto replied calmly,
“If I fail, my mind will be consumed by your chakra. But don’t worry—
I won’t fail.”

“Hahaha! Confident, aren’t you?” Kurama bared his fangs in a grin.
“Fine! I’ll give you chakra right now and remove all control. Let’s see if you can handle it!”

And with that, Kurama released his chakra into Naruto.

A layer of red Nine Tails chakra surrounded Naruto’s body.

Kurama warned him, “It’s starting.”

Naruto nodded. “Yeah.”

The next instant, Kurama withdrew his control—
and the chakra instantly went berserk.

It tore through Naruto’s spirit, flooding his mind with all the pain, loneliness, and hatred he’d ever experienced.

Countless dark thoughts whispered in his head.

But…

Naruto’s breathing stayed calm.
His expression didn’t waver at all.

Within moments, Kurama’s chakra completely merged with him.

A faint golden light shimmered over Naruto’s body—
growing brighter and brighter, until his red cloak of chakra turned into dazzling gold.

Naruto looked down at his palm,
a smile tugging at his lips as the radiant light gleamed across his skin.

Chapter 136 Psychokinesis Amplification Module Increased By 1000%

Boom!

On the streets of New York, two towering monsters were locked in a brutal brawl.
The surrounding buildings crumbled like tofu, and the ground beneath them shattered from the force of their blows.

The gray, rock-like giant — muscles bulging, bone spurs jutting from his back — grinned ferociously as he swung a massive fist toward his opponent. The impact sent the big green man crashing into a building, shattering steel and concrete alike.

These two titans were the Abomination and the Hulk.

While Tony Stark — now possessing a mind enhanced a thousandfold — had just dissected Dr. Samuel Sterns, Bruce Banner had transformed into the Hulk once again, trying desperately to stop the Abomination from annihilating New York.

Roar!

The Hulk, thrown through the air, landed hard but quickly retaliated. He ripped a concrete pillar from the wreckage and hurled it with both hands toward the Abomination.

Boom!

The massive pillar struck the Abomination square in the chest, cracking several of his ribs. Yet, his monstrous body healed in seconds — his regenerative ability rivaling the Hulk’s own.

“Hahaha! Hulk, is that all you’ve got? You really are a pathetic fool!”

Emil Blonsky — fully consumed by the Abomination — laughed maniacally. Though twisted beyond recognition, he still retained the deadly combat instincts of an elite soldier. With heavy steps that shook the ground, he charged toward the Hulk.

Bang! Bang!

The Hulk leapt from the debris, sprinted forward, then launched himself into the air with terrifying force, bringing both fists down in a furious strike.

Boom!

But the Abomination caught him midair, grabbing Hulk’s right fist with one hand and his shoulder with the other. With monstrous strength, he flipped him over and slammed him into the street, creating a massive crater.

“Tell me, Bruce,” the Abomination sneered, pressing a clawed foot against the Hulk’s back. “How does it feel now?”

His distorted voice was filled with excitement and cruelty, his eyes burning with madness.

Meanwhile, at Grayburn College, Tony Stark stood before the disassembled Mark 49 armor, his mind processing at lightning speed. His enhanced intellect — magnified a thousandfold — allowed his hands to move faster than the eye could follow as he broke down the armor piece by piece.

He turned toward the gamma-ray amplifier in the lab. A single glance was all it took. Data, equations, and schematics flashed through his mind like a storm of light. Within seconds, he had already designed modifications for his armor by hand.

Click, click, click.

The armor reassembled itself in less than a minute. The new suit was sleeker, sharper — divine in appearance. On its forehead was a crystal device resembling the Mind Stone, and a pair of X-shaped thrusters extended from its back.

Simply looking at this new Iron Man suit was enough to inspire awe — or fear.

Tony stretched out his hands, and the armor responded instantly, assembling itself around his body. Data streamed across his visor, but even the suit’s processors couldn’t keep up with the speed of his thoughts.

Boom!

In a flash of golden-red light, Tony shot through the roof of the lab and into the night sky of New York. Within seconds, he hovered high above the battlefield — above the Hulk and the Abomination, who were still locked in a brutal fight that had lasted for hours.

His eyes glowed with cold intelligence. A thousandfold mind saw every flaw in the Hulk’s movements, every wasted motion, every imperfection. Even as he watched, he began constructing a gamma radiation neutralizer in his head — the design already complete within seconds.

“Let’s test how the upgraded Psychokinesis Module performs,” he said calmly.

The crystal on his forehead lit up, and a wave of invisible energy pulsed outward.

Boom.

A surge of terrifying psychic force erupted from Tony’s hand. Debris — shattered concrete, steel beams, and rubble — rose into the air as though gravity itself had ceased to exist.

Even the Hulk and the Abomination felt their massive bodies begin to lift slightly off the ground.

And this was only Tony’s first test.

He flipped his right hand. In that instant, every loose object within several skyscrapers began to float.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

A smirk formed on Tony’s face. All at once, everything within several hundred meters shot forward faster than the speed of sound, swirling together into a colossal psychic storm that crashed down on the Abomination.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Explosions thundered through the city as the Abomination was engulfed by the psychic torrent. His monstrous body, though durable beyond reason, began to break under the pressure. Bones shattered, muscles tore apart, and blood streamed from countless wounds.

But Tony wasn’t finished.

He pointed again. The ground beneath the Abomination trembled and turned into jagged psychic spikes, while nearby steel beams twisted violently, binding the monster to the earth.

Shhhh—!

Compressed by psychokinetic force, the soil hardened into deadly spikes that pierced straight through the Abomination’s body, pinning him deep into the shattered street.

“Abomination…” Tony said coldly. “Compared to my intelligence, you’re not even a ten-thousandth of me.”

His eyes glowed brighter as he lifted his hand again. The Abomination’s massive body was ripped from the ground and hurled into the sky — soaring over three hundred meters upward.

“Psychokinesis X — Energy Cannon.”

The crystal on Tony’s forehead flared brilliantly, channeling raw psychic energy into his palm. A beam of blinding white light burst forth, tearing through the clouds and striking the Abomination head-on.

RUMBLE!

A massive mushroom cloud bloomed high above New York. The Abomination was vaporized instantly — reduced to nothing but crimson rain falling from the sky.

“Hulk… can’t beat that.”

On the devastated streets below, the Hulk — who moments ago was roaring in fury — suddenly froze. Fear crept into his glowing green eyes.

He had fought countless battles. He had faced monsters and armies. But this… this was something else entirely.

He watched as the remains of the Abomination fell from the sky — a literal rain of blood — and for the first time in his life, the Hulk felt fear.

The creature who shared his power, who was nearly his equal in strength, had been obliterated effortlessly.

The Hulk turned and ran.

He didn’t even look back.

High above, Iron Man hovered in silence — his armor glowing like a god’s halo against the dark sky of New York.

Chapter 135 The Big Boss Who Cut The Brain, Allens Intelligence Is 1000%

On the streets of New York — not long after the Iron Monger incident — a massive gray-brown monster suddenly appeared in public view. The terrifying creature let out an earth-shattering roar as it rampaged through the city.

“Hulk! Get out here and let Emil Blonsky show you what real power is!”

The Abomination’s eyes burned with madness and fury. Clenching his fists, he slammed them into a nearby building, causing the entire structure to collapse instantly.

Boom! Boom!

The Abomination rampaged wildly, destroying everything in his path.

Cars were smashed into twisted metal. Roads were torn apart. Stores exploded into rubble. Each of his blows landed with the force of a bomb.

New Yorkers fled in panic, screaming as chaos consumed the streets.

After Iron Man’s previous battles, it seemed the citizens of New York had become all too familiar with disaster. Yet this time, the threat was even greater — and nowhere felt safe anymore.

In front of the Abomination’s immense power, even towering skyscrapers were as fragile as paper. Every punch shattered concrete, every roar shook the city itself.

“This is power,” he growled, lifting his massive, muscle-bound arms. “Unparalleled power!”

With frightening ease, he ripped a multi-ton block of concrete from the street and hurled it hundreds of meters away. The chunk of debris smashed into another building, embedding itself deep within the structure.

“F***! What the hell is that gray monster?!”

While civilians scrambled for safety, General Ross received urgent intelligence reports about the creature devastating New York. Seeing the Abomination’s image on the monitor — more ferocious and terrifying than the Hulk — Ross slammed his fist against the table.

“Get word out immediately! Mobilize troops to New York Avenue — now!”

After barking a series of rapid orders, Ross boarded an armed helicopter, heading straight for the chaos. This time, he brought heavy artillery and missile units — determined to stop the monster at any cost.

But neither Ross nor the Abomination realized that they were both being watched.

High above the city, a stealth-mode Iron Man suit hovered silently, invisible to satellites and human eyes alike. Inside was Tony Stark, observing every move.

Thunk, thunk.

Tony accelerated toward Grayburn College, the location of Dr. Samuel Sterns’ private laboratory.

Raising his right hand, he fired a laser beam that sliced a perfect circular hole in the laboratory roof.

Boom!

The reinforced ceiling gave way, and Tony descended through the opening, landing heavily on the floor below. His helmet display flickered as he scanned the lab — and saw Dr. Samuel Sterns writhing on the ground in agony, his body undergoing grotesque mutation.

Tony disengaged the cloaking system.

Clang!

The Mark 49 armor stood tall in front of Sterns, gleaming under the flickering lab lights.

“Iron Man?” Sterns gasped, recognizing the design instantly. “Mr. Tony Stark — save me! Please!”

Though his body convulsed in pain, Sterns’ mind was razor-sharp. His intelligence had already begun to mutate far beyond normal limits.

The armor’s chest plate opened with a hiss. But when the figure stepped out, Sterns froze in disbelief — the man inside was not Tony Stark.

“Who are you?” Sterns snarled. Then, realization dawned. “I see now… The great Tony Stark was replaced long ago, wasn’t he? Hahaha! How amusing!”

His laughter turned manic, echoing off the steel walls. His expanding brain pulsed grotesquely as gamma radiation continued to transform him.

A low hum filled the room as Sterns’ mutation reached its peak. His intelligence multiplied hundreds of times over. His skull swelled as new neural pathways formed at lightning speed.

“I can feel it…” Sterns whispered, his eyes glowing with eerie brilliance. “I can control… everyone.”

He had become something else — something dangerous.

His mind control abilities began to form — yet when he focused them on Tony, nothing happened.

Instead, Sterns felt something terrifying: a psychic force far greater than his own. His newfound power was being completely suppressed.

“Sir,” J.A.R.V.I.S. announced, “Psychokinesis Augmentation Module activated.”

The armor’s systems flared with energy. Tony raised his right hand, and instantly, Sterns’ mutated body floated helplessly into the air, suspended by an invisible force.

“The so-called ‘Leader’,” Tony said coldly, his voice metallic through the helmet. “A man whose brainpower has been amplified a thousandfold by gamma radiation — one of the smartest minds on Earth.”

Energy radiated from Tony’s left hand as a brilliant psychokinetic beam formed at his fingertip, shining like a cross.

“Who are you?” Sterns demanded, his voice trembling yet defiant. “At least tell me who’s capable of replacing the genius Tony Stark!”

Tony’s expression remained calm. “Allens.”

As he spoke, the beam sliced horizontally through the air — and cut open Sterns’ skull in a single motion.

Tony’s eyes glowed faintly as he examined the enormous, pulsing green brain before him. A faint, chilling smile tugged at the corner of his lips.

Through his enhanced perception, Tony’s mind instantly understood the intricate neural patterns responsible for Sterns’ exponential intelligence growth.

Then — boom!

Inside Tony’s own brain, a new circuit came alive. Green neuron signals exploded like the birth of a new star. His intelligence began to skyrocket — expanding beyond comprehension.

Already one of the world’s greatest minds, Tony’s intellect now surged to terrifying new levels.

Every fragment of knowledge he had absorbed from his former self reorganized and multiplied. Complex theories became as simple as arithmetic. Equations unraveled in an instant. The light of wisdom filled his consciousness.

“So… the Mark 4.2 armor can be improved this way,” he murmured. “And the gamma radiation that created the Hulk… can be replicated with the right device.”

“The computational power of J.A.R.V.I.S. can evolve even further.”

“Given the basic resources, I could build a spaceship in a single day.”

“This… this is what a quantum leap truly is.”

His thoughts raced at quantum speed. His brain processed knowledge faster than any supercomputer. His understanding transcended human limitations.

After killing the Leader, Tony’s intelligence had increased by a thousandfold.

Now, the mind of Allens — or whatever he had become — was beyond human comprehension.

Chapter 1040 The Soul Of The Team

He, Reus, and the other teammates worked together as one, constantly switching positions and passing the ball seamlessly.

The transition between offense and defense was rapid and precise, with both sides battling openly and tactically in secret.

The tense atmosphere gave everyone the most realistic and intense feeling of competitive sports.

The Signal Iduna Park seemed to be charged with an invisible force, pulling the audience into this clash of honor and hope.

Su Luo and his teammates seized several opportunities, but Bayern Munich responded fiercely with strong counterattacks.

They controlled possession and tried to disrupt Dortmund’s rhythm.

Su Luo felt his stamina slowly draining away, but he knew that no one could afford to give up now.

He gathered the last of his strength, determined to give himself one more chance.

The stadium fell into momentary silence, broken only by faint shouts from the stands.

As Su Luo received the ball, his eyes locked onto the target. He could feel the fire burning inside his chest — a power urging him forward.

That force drove him diagonally toward Bayern’s defense. As he thought about how to break through, his passion ignited even brighter.

The Bayern defenders fixed their gaze on him, forming a wall of steel.

But Su Luo didn’t back down — instead, he became even more resolute.

Meeting their stares, his eyes burned with unyielding determination.

He made a sudden breakthrough to the left, cutting into open space.

Reus immediately seized the opportunity and surged forward to support him.

The two combined perfectly — like an unstoppable war machine.

In an instant, the momentum on the pitch shifted. Su Luo and Reus pushed the ball deep into Bayern’s penalty area.

The defenders rushed to intercept, but Su Luo stayed composed and won a corner amid the chaos.

The crowd erupted, chanting passionately for Dortmund.

Although the previous attacks hadn’t resulted in a goal, everyone believed their team would eventually find a breakthrough.

Reus took the corner. The ball soared through the air and dropped in front of Bayern’s goal.

Su Luo leapt high — his eyes fixed on the ball.

He met it cleanly with his head.

Time seemed to freeze. The air was filled with tension.

As the ball flew off Su Luo’s forehead, the world seemed to hold its breath.

Under the floodlights, the ball curved powerfully toward Bayern’s net.

Before the goalkeeper could react, it smashed into the goal with unstoppable force!

GOAL!

The entire stadium exploded in cheers.

The Dortmund players were ecstatic, rushing to embrace Su Luo in celebration of the crucial goal.

Hummels patted Su Luo on the shoulder proudly. “Well done, Su Luo! You’re our soul — we’re just one step away from victory!”

Kramer shouted to his teammates, his voice firm and low: “Don’t relax! It’s not over yet! Let’s score one more and seal this win!”

The match entered its final, decisive stage. Dortmund refused to yield, giving everything they had to secure victory.

Bayern launched several fierce assaults, but Dortmund stood their ground with unwavering determination.

Su Luo could feel the growing pressure, but he didn’t retreat — he believed they could hold on and even turn the tide completely.

He ran tirelessly across the pitch, urging his teammates to fight until the final whistle.

His quality and leadership shone through with every sprint, every tackle, and every command.

Chapter 1039: The Turbulent Stadium

Robert and Hagen immediately sprang into action after hearing Kramer’s instructions.

Robert carefully observed the gaps in Bayern’s defense and delivered a pinpoint cross straight to Su Luo.

Meanwhile, Hagen held his ground in midfield, always alert and ready to intercept or block any Bayern counterattack.

Su Luo received Robert’s precise pass, stopped the ball, and quickly scanned for an opening.

He could feel the energy surging through his body — this was the moment he had been waiting for. The anticipation of scoring filled him with determination.

He glanced at Kramer, and with just a nod, they both understood each other’s intentions perfectly.

“Stay calm — we still have a chance,” Kramer reminded Su Luo in a deep, steady voice, encouraging not just his teammate but himself as well.

Su Luo smiled and replied confidently, “I know, Kramer. I’ll give it everything I’ve got!”

The match raged on.

Once again, Su Luo charged toward Bayern’s defense, controlling the ball with astonishing precision. He weaved past several defenders effortlessly, every touch smooth and deliberate.

His footwork was mesmerizing — it was as if the ball was tied to his boots.

The continuous breakthroughs stunned Bayern’s defenders, who could do nothing but chase helplessly behind him.

The Dortmund players immediately sensed the opportunity and moved into their best positions to support him.

As Su Luo broke through the Bayern back line, the goal came clearly into view.

Victory felt so close he could almost touch it. He accelerated again, leaving Bayern’s defenders in the dust.

Bayern’s goalkeeper stood frozen — like a rabbit caught in a trap, unsure where to move.

Su Luo steadied himself, calmly assessing the angle, and once more displayed his dazzling technique.

Around him, the Dortmund players were fully alert, ready to react. Their teamwork was flawless — every player found their position, providing Su Luo with cover and options.

The roar of the crowd echoed in Su Luo’s mind, turning into a powerful rhythm that pushed him forward.

Dortmund’s players surrounded him like loyal warriors on a battlefield, each fulfilling their role with silent understanding.

The pitch became a stage for a fierce and breathtaking battle.

Su Luo fought his way through Bayern’s defenders, his jersey soaked in sweat, his body screaming with exhaustion — but he refused to slow down.

He knew that one moment of weakness could cost them everything.

Seeing this, captain Hagen quickly reorganized the formation, expanding the defensive line and scanning the field sharply.

At the critical moment, he made the right call and adjusted the team’s tactics to perfection. He knew that even a slight mistake could undo all their effort.

In the stands, Emily nervously cheered for Su Luo. Her heart raced with pride — not just for her boyfriend, but for the unity and fighting spirit of the entire Dortmund team.

On the sidelines, Kramer kept his eyes locked on the pitch, analyzing every move of Su Luo and his teammates.

He managed the rhythm of the game, ready to adjust their strategy at any moment. He knew better than anyone — victory could only come through collective effort.

As the match entered its decisive stage, Su Luo found himself in a fierce one-on-one duel with Bayern’s defenders.

He endured the pressure, pushing forward with incredible speed, darting through their defensive wall like a streak of lightning.

Chapter 68 Infection By The Will Of Fire

Karin pointed in a certain direction, and Naruto dug out the survivor.

But the boy clearly had no experience with such destructive forces.

Even after being rescued, he lay limply on the ground, as if he had lost all will to live.

Naruto shook his head slightly. “Karin, do you realize how dangerous it was just now?”

“Of course I know,” Karin replied, lowering her head. “But I wanted to help… I didn’t expect Naruto to be this strong.”

After a moment, she brightened up. “Still, I survived, didn’t I?”

Seeing Naruto’s serious expression, she quickly avoided his gaze and said guiltily, “I… I was wrong. From now on, I’ll obey orders and stop running around…”

Naruto shook his head. “Forget it. Let’s not dwell on that. Let’s meet up with Sasuke and the others.”

Naruto found Sasuke and Sakura along with Karin.

During the battle, Sakura had dragged Sasuke away to a safe distance, so both of them were unharmed.

But the critical problem was this:

While Naruto was away, Sasuke had been attacked by Orochimaru.

Orochimaru had planted the Curse Seal of Heaven on Sasuke’s neck.

Now Sasuke lay unconscious, and the chakra coursing through his body radiated a dark, malevolent aura.

Naruto didn’t hesitate. He sent a Four Elephant Seal into Sasuke, suppressing Orochimaru’s curse seal entirely within the sealed space.

Then Naruto, along with Sakura, took Karin and Sasuke to the hospital.

Many Chūnin exam candidates who had been removed from the site were already there.

When they saw Naruto, their faces expressed both gratitude and fear.

Gratitude — because Naruto had acted to stop Shukaku and prevented further casualties.

Fear — because Naruto’s attacks were intense and indiscriminate, leaving several injured on the battlefield.

Not long after, Gaara was brought in as well.

At this point, the Sand Ninja’s sealing team had already dealt with the Shukaku seal.

Elite Jōnin Baki of Sunagakure and an ANBU officer from Konoha were also present, discussing how to handle the aftermath.

Gaara, finally unconscious, could rest — the poor boy was able to sleep at last.

Three hours passed while the hospital treated the injured.

In the ward, three beds were lined up: Karin, Sasuke, and Gaara.

Inside the room were Naruto, Sakura, Temari, and Kankuro.

Outside in the corridor stood Baki and the ANBU officer from Konoha.

Although Karin had insisted she didn’t need treatment, Naruto knew this kind of injury couldn’t be taken lightly.

Karin was now sleeping soundly. Sasuke remained unconscious. Naruto and Sakura were assigned to guard them.

Kankuro walked in, wearing a confused expression.

Sakura instantly tensed. “What are you doing here? Stop!”

He was a ninja — and from another village. Even though they were allies on the surface, any unannounced approach was suspicious.

Kankuro quickly raised his hands. “I didn’t bring any weapons. I just came to say thank you.”

Sakura relaxed slightly. “Thank me?”

“Yes.” Kankuro approached Naruto and bowed respectfully. “You’re Uzumaki Naruto, right? Thank you for what you did for Gaara.”

Naruto raised an eyebrow. “Aren’t you afraid of him? His tailed beast chakra went berserk. He should’ve died, but I stopped him. Aren’t you relieved?”

Kankuro shook his head. “No. Gaara’s character isn’t what people think. Though he’s hard to get along with now, he was a kind child growing up. We were cautious of him… understandably. But he’s my brother.”

Naruto nodded. He didn’t need to respond further — stopping Shukaku was his mission, and any gratitude was incidental.

Yet one question piqued Naruto’s curiosity.

“Can I ask you something?” he said.

Kankuro blinked but nodded. “Yes. If it doesn’t involve secrets, I’ll answer.”

“Why do Sand Ninja paint their faces like that?” Naruto asked, staring at the intricate lines on Kankuro’s face.

Kankuro paused, then smiled proudly. “It’s not a secret. For a puppet master, the patterns indicate their rank — similar to the way villages assign Genin, Chūnin, and Jōnin ranks.”

Naruto made a face. “Looks ugly…”

Kankuro: “...”

Temari, watching from the side, burst out laughing. “I’ve complained about that for years. Those patterns are just an old tradition!”

Even after Gaara’s tailed beast chakra went berserk, the Chūnin exams were not canceled.

The Kazekage was on his way to Konoha.

Inside the hospital, Karin woke up first.

Originally, she planned to return to her village after waking.

But she changed her mind. She no longer intended to take the Chūnin exams, nor did she plan to leave Konoha.

As an Uzumaki, her decision quickly reached Hiruzen Sarutobi.

When Karin saw the legendary Hokage for the first time, she hesitated at the door.

Fortunately, an ANBU behind her encouraged, “Go in. The Hokage is very kind.”

Heart racing, Karin stepped inside.

Seeing the legendary ninja, Hiruzen Sarutobi smiled warmly. “Are you Uzumaki Karin?”

“I am,” she said obediently.

Hiruzen didn’t waste time. “Since you don’t want to leave Konoha, would you like to become a ninja of our village?”

Karin blinked in shock. “Me? A Konoha ninja… like Naruto?”

Hiruzen smiled, having already made up his mind. His intelligence was impeccable — he already knew about Karin’s abilities and potential.

“Yes. You’ll become a Konoha ninja, just like little Naruto.”

Karin’s eyes widened. “Master Hokage… don’t you worry I might be a spy from another village? Letting someone join so easily… it doesn’t seem like you!”

Hiruzen shook his head. “No. I trust Naruto’s judgment. Once you join, you’ll be part of our family. The village will provide you with protection and resources.”

He was already aware of Naruto’s perverted tendencies. Even if Karin were a spy, her loyalty to the village would grow through her bond with Naruto.

Moreover, Karin was an Uzumaki. If she stayed and had a family here, the Uzumaki lineage could be reborn in Konoha within a few decades.

Chapter 67 Mission Accomplished!

Rumble—

The enormous fox claws stretched down from the sky, slowly enveloping Shukaku’s body.

Shukaku looked up and saw Kurama towering among the clouds. The eyes of both beasts met — round, wide, and filled with boundless fear.

Kurama grabbed Shukaku from the ground and growled fiercely, “One Tail, what did you just say?”

“I... I mean, it’s been a long time, no see.” Shukaku lowered his ears timidly.

Although most of Shukaku’s chakra had been blasted away by Naruto, the tailed beast was still massive — like a giant summon. Yet in Kurama’s claws, he looked as small as Kurama once had in Hashirama Senju’s hands.

Seeing Shukaku’s cowardice, Kurama couldn’t help but mock him mercilessly. “Shukaku, Shukaku... I thought you had the biggest mouth. Didn’t expect you’d fold so easily!”

“Stupid fox, don’t push it!” Shukaku roared, furious. “It’s not like I’ve never died before!”

With that, he opened his mouth and bit down on Kurama’s thumb.

Kurama winced in pain and angrily flung Shukaku away.

Shukaku flew hundreds of meters before crashing into the ground, leaving him dizzy and dazed.

“What’s with this damn fox?” he grumbled. “He wasn’t this strong before!”

“Forget it. I’m injured — I should retreat before he mocks me even more.”

Muttering to himself, Shukaku began channeling chakra back into Gaara’s body.

In the distance, Kurama laughed mockingly. “Coward!”

Not long after, Shukaku fully returned to Gaara’s body.

A system notification echoed in Naruto’s mind:

[Ding~ Congratulations to the Host for achieving S-level rating: +5 Simulation Chances]

Naruto glanced at his system panel.

Ten simulations remained — more than enough to make him stronger.

With his objective complete, Kurama returned to Naruto’s body, and Naruto prepared to leave.

But just then, the sealing teams from Konoha and Sunagakure arrived.

They checked on Gaara, then looked up at Naruto in shock.

His actions were unbelievable — not only had he used sealing techniques to restrain Shukaku, but he’d also fought the tailed beast head-on with ninjutsu.

And from the way the Nine Tails had appeared, it looked like Kurama was actually cooperating with Naruto.

A tailed beast cooperating with its host — that was unheard of.

At this point, the Chūnin Exams were clearly over.

Naruto didn’t care much. His mission was complete — the rest could be handled by Konoha and the Sand Shinobi.

He planned to regroup with Sakura and Sasuke.

But as he flew through the air, he faintly heard a weak, familiar voice.

“Na... Naruto... save... me...”

Naruto frowned. A bad feeling rose in his chest.

He followed the sound — but all he saw were the ruins of the Central Tower.

“An auditory illusion?” he muttered. “No... I’m too strong for something like that. Am I just tired?”

He shook his head. “Forget it. I’ll ask Kurama.”

“Kurama,” he called inwardly, “sense the area around us.”

Kurama’s tone turned serious. “That voice just now? I heard it too.”

A few seconds passed. Then Kurama’s voice trembled. “Naruto, the red-haired girl you saved — she’s dying.”

“Huh?!” Naruto’s eyes widened. “Karin?! Where is she?”

“In the ruins of the Central Tower,” Kurama replied. “She hid there during your fight with Shukaku. She’s good at hiding — went into the basement before the explosion, so she survived the first blast. But... she didn’t expect the explosion to be that powerful. It destroyed the entire tower and buried the basement too.”

Naruto’s scalp tingled. He rushed toward the ruins, creating multiple Shadow Clones to dig through the rubble.

As the debris was cleared, Karin’s faint cries for help grew clearer and clearer.

Naruto followed the sound, digging frantically until he uncovered something unusual — a Wood Style barrier.

It resembled Yamato’s Wood Release: Wood Locking Wall, a defensive jutsu.

“Wait... is Yamato here?” Naruto muttered.

Kurama’s voice echoed in his mind. “No, Naruto. That’s an ancient Wood Style technique — it belongs to Senju Hashirama.”

“Really?” Naruto rubbed his chin. “No wonder it looks different from Yamato’s version.”

Kurama grunted. “This forest was originally created by Hashirama himself. It’s not surprising his techniques still linger here.”

Naruto raised a brow. “And how do you know that?”

Kurama smirked. “Guess where I was sealed by Hashirama decades ago?”

Naruto: “...”

The Wood Style wall was incredibly sturdy, having withstood decades without decay.

Through a gap, Karin spotted Naruto and cried out in relief, “Naruto! I’m here! Hurry — save me!”

The Wood Locking Wall was shaped like an inverted bowl.

Naruto stepped forward and carefully opened a section of the barrier, revealing Karin trapped inside.

Her condition was terrible — bruised and bloodied. If not for the wooden wall that had burst from the basement during the blast, she would’ve been crushed to pieces.

The moment she was free, Karin threw herself into Naruto’s arms, sobbing uncontrollably.

“Wait—” Naruto caught her and said quickly, “You should go to the hospital first. Stop crying.”

“No need,” Karin said softly, squirming uneasily. “My body will heal on its own soon.”

Naruto blinked. “Huh? That strong?”

I’m an Uzumaki too... how come I didn’t know we could do that?

Then again... maybe I’ve just never been hurt enough to notice.

“What happened, anyway?” Naruto asked, his voice filled with concern.

He had assumed Karin had escaped with Sasuke and Sakura — that’s why he had fought Shukaku so recklessly.

If he had known she was still nearby, he would’ve held back.

Karin explained what had happened.

She had thought she could help Naruto, so she hid inside the Central Tower. But the battle between Naruto and Shukaku had been beyond imagination — even hiding wasn’t enough.

When Shukaku began his sealing technique, Karin had rushed into the basement. Then came the explosion.

The Central Tower collapsed, burying Karin and several other Chūnin exam candidates underground.

In that desperate moment, a giant wooden dome had been blown loose by the shockwave and happened to cover Karin, shielding her from the rest of the blast.

Several people were trapped in the basement with her — but in the end, only one other survived.

That person had been in a corner where the collapsed walls formed a triangular space that just barely kept them alive.

Chapter 134 Abomination And Big Boss Stern

At Grayburn College, the massive green monster hurled General Ross’s soldiers around like insects. The Hulk’s power was unstoppable — tanks, jeeps, and men were tossed aside as if they weighed nothing.

By the time it was over, the entire college looked as if it had been trampled by a raging Godzilla. General Ross’s operation had ended in disaster.

The Hulk had vanished without a trace. Emil Blonsky, Ross’s most elite soldier, was missing. Four tanks, two helicopters, and hundreds of soldiers were destroyed.

If Ross couldn’t recover from this debacle, not only would the hunt for the Hulk be over — he himself might be dragged before a military court.

When his rage finally subsided, the Hulk reverted back into Dr. Bruce Banner. Staring at the devastation around him, Banner was overwhelmed with guilt and self-loathing. Worse still, Betty had nearly been caught up in the chaos, her fear of him growing each day.

“Why? Why me?”

In New York, Dr. Banner sat slumped on a park bench, his clothes shredded to rags. His eyes were hollow, filled with despair. The thought of ending his own life crept into his mind.

But instead of silence, the only response he heard was a low growl inside his head — not a wild roar this time, but something different: anger, frustration, and confusion.

Stark Tower, top floor — CEO’s office.

Tony Stark sat comfortably in his chair, overlooking the city through the transparent floor beneath him. Below, a high-tech assembly bay worked tirelessly, robotic arms piecing together his Iron Man suits one after another.

“J.A.R.V.I.S., has Samuel Sterns begun his experiment yet?” Tony asked.

A holographic display flickered to life in front of him, showing surveillance footage of Grayburn College.

“Yes, sir,” replied J.A.R.V.I.S. in his smooth, mechanical voice. “Professor Sterns has begun reverse-engineering the process to assist Emil Blonsky.”

Tony smirked faintly. He wasn’t interested in the abomination that was about to be born. What caught his attention was Sterns himself — a man whose brain, under prolonged gamma exposure, would soon become a thousand times more intelligent.

“J.A.R.V.I.S., activate the Mark 49 armor,” Tony ordered.

Instantly, robotic arms below sprang to life. As Tony walked forward, armor components latched onto his body in rapid sequence — chest plate, gauntlets, helmet — all snapping into place with precision.

Standing before the floor-to-ceiling window, now encased in his gleaming red-and-gold suit, Tony gave another command.

“Open the flight hatch.”

The window panels slid upward. With a burst of energy, Tony launched himself into the air, flames erupting beneath his boots.

“Activate stealth mode,” he said calmly.

The armor shimmered and vanished from sight.

Boom!

A shockwave rippled through the clouds as Iron Man accelerated to Mach 10, reaching Grayburn College in seconds.

“Shockwave detection active,” J.A.R.V.I.S. reported. “Optical scan engaged.”

A holographic 3D model of the entire campus appeared inside Tony’s HUD. Every structure and heat signature glowed in detail — even through reinforced concrete.

“Sir, I’ve located Professor Sterns.”

The image zoomed in on Sterns’s private laboratory. Inside, the professor stood beside a massive machine, its core pulsing with eerie green light. On the table lay Blonsky, his body already showing signs of strain and mutation.

“Ahem… Professor Sterns,” Blonsky said coldly, holding a pistol in his trembling hand, aimed directly at the scientist. “If you try anything stupid, I’ll put a bullet through your heart. Don’t doubt that I can.”

Sterns didn’t even flinch. “Don’t worry, Mr. Blonsky,” he said, his tone seething with resentment. “We both have a common enemy. That damn Bruce Banner rejected my work — but I only ever wanted to help humanity.”

He muttered under his breath, his anger burning. But deep down, Sterns’s fascination with Banner’s transformation had grown into obsession.

Now, under pressure from Blonsky’s threats and his own curiosity, Sterns began the experiment — the one that could create a monster.

Using Banner’s gamma-irradiated blood as a template, Sterns calibrated the energy output to dangerous levels. The machine roared to life, metal arms spinning, beams of green light lancing across the lab.

Gamma rays filled the room as Sterns injected Banner’s blood into Blonsky’s veins.

“Sir,” J.A.R.V.I.S. reported, “gamma radiation levels are spiking — energy output is at maximum capacity.”

Inside the lab, Blonsky’s body convulsed violently. His muscles bulged, tearing through his skin. His spine elongated and jagged bone spikes erupted from his back. His roars of agony turned into monstrous laughter.

“This power…! Hahahaha! I’ve done it!”

The monstrous figure that had once been Emil Blonsky ripped himself free from the machine, his enormous frame bending metal like paper. With one casual motion, he hurled the multi-ton apparatus aside, smashing it into the floor.

BOOM!

The impact cracked the ground open. A piece of shrapnel — contaminated with Banner’s blood — sliced across Sterns’s forehead.

Blonsky, now the Abomination, didn’t even glance back. Consumed by power, he stomped out of the lab, his thunderous steps shaking the ground.

Behind him, Sterns lay sprawled on the floor. His eyes were wide with horror as the cut on his head began to pulse and expand. His skull swelled grotesquely, his brain mutating under the surge of gamma radiation. Neural signals multiplied a thousandfold as his intellect skyrocketed beyond human limits.

In that dark, chaotic lab, another monster was born.

The Leader — a mind more dangerous than any weapon — was beginning to awaken.

Chapter 133: Mr. Lan And Mr. Green

At Grayburn College, after many twists and turns, Bruce Banner finally arrived and met the mysterious “Mr. Blue” — Professor Samuel Sterns.

The two were scientists in different fields, yet they immediately connected, both recognizing the other’s brilliance. Professor Sterns was particularly amazed by Dr. Banner’s research on gamma radiation, which confirmed that the incredible transformation he had only theorized about was real.

“Dr. Banner, meeting you is truly… unbelievable,” Sterns said excitedly. “I always thought the stories you told were pure science fiction, but to see it with my own eyes—this is insane! Oh, my God!”

Professor Sterns could barely contain his excitement. Not long ago, thanks to Tony Stark, Sterns had received eight hundred million dollars in funding. And now, meeting the real “Mr. Green” himself, he felt like he had been blessed by the heavens.

“It feels incredible, doesn’t it?” Bruce Banner smiled bitterly. “If it hadn’t happened to me, I’d think it was impossible too. But the truth is—I am the big green guy.”

Banner looked at the overly excited Professor Sterns, shaking his head slightly as he wandered around the lab.

“You know, Dr. Banner,” Sterns said carefully, “in order to develop the gamma-ray inhibitor you mentioned, I’ll need some of your blood.”

“I’m sorry, Professor Sterns,” Banner replied, his voice firm. “Maybe before, that would have been possible. But now, I can’t even bleed. My body doesn’t allow it anymore.”

Professor Sterns sighed with disappointment, but he didn’t seem too troubled. He had already used advanced scientific methods to replicate a sample of Banner’s earlier blood—part of which Tony Stark had recovered. But some of it remained in Sterns’ possession.

“Professor Sterns… what is that?” Banner’s expression darkened as he watched Sterns pull a blood bag from the freezer. A dreadful premonition crossed his mind.

“This,” Sterns said with pride, “is the blood you sent me before. I used DNA cloning technology to reproduce and store your blood in batches. With this, we can one day extract the ultimate cure—or maybe even something greater.”

Banner’s face hardened. He knew too well how dangerous his blood was. Just a single drop could drive a person mad with power. Seeing Sterns replicate it behind his back filled him with anger and disappointment.

“This isn’t what we agreed upon, Professor Sterns,” Banner said coldly.

Turning to Betty Ross, he muttered, “Come on, Betty. Coming here was a mistake.”

“Wait, Banner!” Sterns called after him, panic and obsession mixing in his tone. “With your blood, we could win the Nobel Prize! We could have everything!”

“I’m not interested in the Nobel Prize,” Banner said, waving a hand dismissively without looking back. “Mr. Blue, our partnership ends here.”

Professor Sterns stood frozen, disbelief and frustration etched on his face. His eyes darkened.

“Mr. Banner, you are a miracle,” he murmured softly. “You shouldn’t just—throw this away.”

But Banner only gave a faint, bitter smile as he walked away.

“Banner, what about the inhibitor?” Betty asked anxiously. She had come to Grayburn to help Sterns test the gamma-ray inhibitor. But now, with Banner storming off, her heart filled with worry.

Before Banner could answer, the sound of gunfire erupted.

Da-da-da-da!

Bullets tore through the air, striking Banner. His suppressed anger instantly exploded. His breathing quickened, his muscles swelled, his height surged, and his skin turned a deep, violent green. His body grew massive and unstoppable—the Hulk was unleashed.

“RAAAARGH!”

With a deafening roar, the Hulk stomped the ground and launched himself into the air, leaping several hundred meters in an instant. Above him, an armed helicopter tried to retreat—but the Hulk grabbed its hanging ladder with both hands and yanked it straight out of the sky.

BOOM!

The helicopter crashed into the ground and exploded in a fiery blaze. The Hulk landed amidst the flames, standing on the wide grounds of Grayburn College.

Students screamed and scattered in terror at the sight of the towering, 2.5-meter-tall green monster. As they fled, military vehicles swarmed the campus. Leading the charge was Emil Blonsky.

Boom! Boom!

But ordinary soldiers were no match for the Hulk. He tore a massive chunk of earth from the ground, hurled it like a boulder, and smashed a tank into scrap metal. Leaping forward, he crashed into a cluster of soldiers, sending them—including Blonsky—flying through the air.

Whirr! Whirr!

Two sonic cannons—developed by Tony Stark—blasted waves of sound, temporarily holding the Hulk back. But instead of stopping him, the noise only enraged him further.

With every second, his power grew. Under the crushing sonic assault, the Hulk pressed forward step by step, grabbed one of the tanks, and smashed it into a flattened heap. Then, with monstrous strength, he hurled the wreckage like a missile, sending a dozen more sonic tanks flying.

“RAAAARGH! I’m so angry!” the Hulk roared. His thunderous bellow shook the air, rupturing eardrums and knocking soldiers unconscious as they collapsed, blood streaming from their noses and ears.

“Damn it… this monster is unstoppable…” one soldier gasped.

Blonsky, lying battered on the side, stared at the destruction with a mixture of terror and awe. But deep inside, his fear was twisted by something darker—desire.

“If you want to defeat a monster…” he whispered to himself, eyes burning with ambition, “…you have to become one.”

His gaze shifted toward Professor Sterns’ private laboratory not far away.

Chapter 1038 Give Them A Fatal Blow

As the game went on, Bayern pressed forward with relentless attacks, while Dortmund stayed sharp and responded with fiery defensive counterattacks.

Su Luo showcased his exceptional ability to track back, racing into his own penalty area to make crucial clearances time and again.

Bayern’s offense became almost frenzied, pouring forward with wave after wave of attacks, seemingly unstoppable in front of Dortmund’s goal.

However, under the steady command of Su Luo and Kramer, the Dortmund players formed a solid yet flexible iron defense — turning every threat into nothing.

“Everyone, focus on me!”

As captain, Hagen’s voice rang across the pitch: “As long as we stay calm and time our counterattacks right, we’ll win this game!”

Hearing Hagen’s call, every Dortmund player seemed to awaken a fighting spirit deep within.

They remained composed, tightly following every move Bayern made.

Su Luo, Kramer, and the rest of the team demonstrated excellent positioning and awareness, combining skill with discipline.

A few minutes before the final whistle, Bayern launched yet another fierce attack — but this time, Dortmund were ready.

They reacted instantly, launching a flawless counterattack.

Su Luo received the ball and made a stunning first touch in the frontcourt, controlling it beautifully under pressure.

His pace and agility caught Bayern completely off guard — defenders scrambled to intercept him, but he slipped through like an arrow, tearing down the field toward Bayern’s goal.

The tension in the stadium soared. The crowd held its breath, watching every step he took.

Fatigue burned through Su Luo’s body, but he knew this was their moment — the chance to win it all. He couldn’t afford to stop now.

He sprinted forward, controlling the ball with lightning precision.

Meanwhile, his teammates Robert and Hagen were locked in fierce battles with Bayern’s midfielders and defenders, opening up space and giving Su Luo vital support.

Robert delivered precise passes and crosses, while Hagen battled like a warrior to hold control of the midfield.

Su Luo glanced at them briefly, their eyes meeting — a silent understanding passing between them.

“We’re going to break through and finish this,” he said, his voice filled with determination and fire.

Robert and Hagen closed in, forming a triangle around Su Luo like an unbreakable shield.

When the ball came back to his feet, Su Luo burst into motion again — weaving past Bayern defenders with dazzling footwork.

The chemistry between him and his teammates was seamless; every movement spoke of perfect trust and understanding.

He moved the ball fluidly, gliding through Bayern’s defense with breathtaking elegance.

His explosive speed and razor-sharp awareness drew all eyes toward him.

Gasps and cheers erupted from the stands as Su Luo’s individual brilliance stunned everyone watching.

He danced across the pitch like an agile cheetah chasing its prey, unstoppable and untouchable.

The crowd was captivated — wave after wave of cheers echoed through the stadium.

On the sideline, Kramer watched intently, fully aware of Su Luo’s importance to Dortmund.

He quickly shouted new instructions, signaling the others to mark Bayern’s key players and support Su Luo’s advance.

He knew — if anyone could turn this match into a miracle, it was Su Luo.

Chapter 1,037 The Perfect Shooting Opportunity

At this moment, reporters were eagerly interviewing the energetic players on the pitch.

“Robert, your defense just now was excellent! How did you manage to successfully limit the opponent’s attack?” one reporter asked.

Robert smiled and replied, “I’d say this is the result of the entire team’s effort. Every one of us works hard out there. I’m able to defend well because I know my teammates always have my back and give me the best support.”

The media quickly noted down Robert’s response and began discussing the players’ performances in detail.

Excitement and anticipation filled the stadium.

The fans were hoping to see their team lead them to victory, while the journalists focused intently on capturing every thrilling moment. On the field, Su Luo and Hagen stood side by side, their attention completely fixed on the match.

On the sidelines, the coach observed the game seriously, arms crossed.

“Su Luo,” the coach called out, “I want you to work closely with Hagen next. You two need to show perfect coordination and push the ball into their penalty area.”

Su Luo nodded confidently. He knew that only through seamless teamwork could their tactics be executed to perfection.

As the game resumed, Dortmund regained possession.

Su Luo received the ball and immediately displayed his superb dribbling skills, weaving past defenders with agility and precision.

An opposing player rushed forward to block him, but Su Luo easily sidestepped the challenge and passed the ball to Hagen.

“Hagen! I’m coming!” Su Luo shouted as he sprinted forward, quickly changing position.

Seeing Su Luo’s run, Hagen didn’t hesitate — he sent a sharp pass ahead.

Just as the Bayern defenders stepped up to intercept, Su Luo accelerated like lightning, meeting the ball just outside the penalty area.

The opponents tried to close the gap, but Su Luo’s speed was beyond their imagination.

After breaking through the final defender, he found himself in a perfect position to shoot.

The fans held their breath, eyes fixed on him. Su Luo unleashed a powerful shot — the ball streaked through the night sky like a bolt of lightning, heading straight for Bayern’s goal.

For a brief moment, time seemed to stand still.

Every supporter’s chest tightened, the crests on their shirts almost trembling in silence, waiting for the outcome.

But Bayern’s goalkeeper, proving why he was world-class, reacted swiftly. He leapt into the air and made a stunning save before the ball could reach the back of the net.

As he hung momentarily in midair, his silhouette against the stadium lights was almost artistic.

“Oh my God!” Emily gasped, clenching her hands nervously in the stands.

The coach and Dortmund’s midfielder, Robert, both looked disappointed at the missed chance.

But Su Luo didn’t let frustration show. He raised his arms and shouted with determination, “We still have a chance! Stay confident!”

From the sideline, the coach immediately barked instructions, “Good shot! Keep pressing with the defensive counterattack! Kramer, organize the midfield!”

Kramer quickly stood up, relaying the coach’s orders to his teammates.

Once again, Dortmund’s players demonstrated flawless coordination, adjusting their formation swiftly and efficiently.

They all knew — teamwork was the only way to overcome tough challenges.

Su Luo’s brilliant attempt had clearly unsettled Bayern.

The German giants realized that Dortmund were far from easy opponents.

That strong formation and unshakable belief in Dortmund’s hearts made Bayern wary — victory would not come easily tonight.

Chapter 66 Exploding Shukaku

Kakakka~

The sound of chains alarmed Shukaku.

Sensing something was wrong, Shukaku raised his paw, trying to control the overwhelming flow of sand rushing toward the Adamantine Sealing Chains.

Puff!

The Adamantine Sealing Chains penetrated the sand, wrapping Shukaku tightly.

When the other ninjas saw Shukaku trapped, they immediately sped up and fled the area.

Before leaving, Naruto didn’t forget to snap a few quick photos.

“Roar!!”

Shukaku looked toward the sky and screamed. His entire body began to turn to sand, escaping the restrictions of the Adamantine Sealing Chains.

In the sky, Naruto saw Shukaku breaking free and said with some surprise, “I didn’t expect you to manage that.”

Kurama’s voice suddenly reached him: “Naruto, do you want me to help?”

“I want to try this myself,” Naruto replied.

Kurama warned, “This One Tail knows Wind Style and sealing techniques. Be careful, Naruto.”

After Shukaku escaped the Adamantine Sealing Chains, his two brutal eyes locked onto Naruto in the sky.

“Death! Die!!!” Shukaku roared, raising his paws to control the sand and send it rolling toward Naruto.

Naruto flew through the sky, evading the attacks easily.

Seeing that he couldn’t hit Naruto, Shukaku formed hand seals, condensing his Tailed Beast Chakra further.

“Wind Style?” Naruto raised an eyebrow with interest, summoning chakra to his palm.

Compared with human chakra, Tailed Beast Chakra is overwhelming in both quantity and strength.

At this point, Naruto was not lacking in chakra.

Strength of chakra is related to physical strength, and Naruto’s body had already been systematically enhanced many times.

His chakra surged into his palm like a flood breaking through a dam.

The terrifying energy condensed into a black sphere, surrounded by a star-like energy ring, rotating violently and radiating immense power.

Below, Shukaku completed the hand seal and roared, “Wind Style! Practice Blank Bullets!”

Boom!!!

A hurricane compressed to its ultimate form erupted from Shukaku’s mouth, roaring toward Naruto.

Looking around, Naruto realized no one else was nearby. Only a few Sand Shinobi and Konoha’s sealing team were approaching from a distance.

After all, Shukaku’s rampage was a massive event. Both villages had dispatched sealing squads to respond.

Naruto quickly assessed the positions of himself and the sealing teams and felt reassured.

He released the chakra in his palm, letting the giant spiral sphere slowly descend.

Using the Ultra-Light Rock Technique and boosted by his chakra, Naruto dodged Shukaku’s jutsu with incredible speed and began gaining altitude.

The falling spiral sphere collided head-on with Shukaku’s hurricane.

For a moment, all the energy was sucked into the impact.

The next instant, it exploded.

A white aurora slowly rose from the center of the explosion.

A white, chakra-restricted zone appeared in the Forest of Death.

The trees around Hashirama’s old ruins shattered instantly.

The terrifying energy obliterated everything in its path.

On the outskirts, aftershocks spread in all directions. The ground rippled like water under the force, shattering and sending debris flying.

Naruto continued to ascend but was buffeted by the blast.

Fortunately, Kurama’s chakra enveloped him in time, forming a protective layer that helped him withstand the aftershocks.

Watching the aftermath, Kurama exclaimed in shock, “Naruto, your strength is comparable to Senju Hashirama and Uchiha Madara!”

What shocked Kurama even more was that Naruto was still young — he had enormous potential for growth.

From a distance, the sealing squads turned back after witnessing the display, though many were still affected by the blast.

Even with defensive ninjutsu, they were injured.

Candidates who had fled first barely managed to resist the weaker aftershocks, while those caught in the central tower were vaporized instantly.

Naruto noticed three Rashomon gates suddenly appear in a section of the Forest of Death.

They resisted the shockwaves, protecting the area behind them.

Naruto’s lips twitched slightly. Orochimaru had succeeded.

Sasuke must have already been implanted with the Cursed Seal of Heaven.

Naruto made a mental note of this before turning his attention back to the center of the explosion.

By now, the blast had settled into a mushroom cloud, with debris floating in the air.

The once-eerie Forest of Death now looked like a scene from doomsday.

Far from the explosion’s center, Shukaku’s original position was empty.

After a while, Shukaku began to condense, slowly forming his outline.

Above him, Gaara remained safe and sound.

It turned out that Shukaku had used secret techniques to protect Gaara at the critical moment.

The bond between a Jinchūriki and their Tailed Beast is complicated: if the beast is extracted while the Jinchūriki survives, it lives; if the Jinchūriki dies, the beast dies too — resurrection would take years.

Thus, Shukaku protected Gaara.

Now, Shukaku had regained shape but lost the arrogance it had displayed before.

Previously, it had acted as an unstoppable force, killing indiscriminately.

Now, after absorbing the blast of Naruto’s giant spiral sphere, it had lost most of its chakra.

Its body had shrunk to one-fifth of its original size, resembling a larger summoned creature more than a true tailed beast.

Shukaku’s eyes sharpened.

“I’ll go back now,” it said obediently, intending to return control to Gaara.

But Kurama’s voice rang in Naruto’s mind:

“Hahaha! Shukaku, I haven’t seen you in years! I didn’t expect you to become so impressive!”

Hearing Kurama, Shukaku became furious, forgetting even the threat of death.

“Stinky fox!!! If you’ve got the guts, come fight me!” he roared.

Kurama laughed in excitement: “Exactly! Naruto, let me handle this!”

With Naruto’s consent, Kurama released his chakra seal.

The fox’s chakra surged, forming a massive figure not far from Shukaku.

Then…

A terrifying nine-tailed fox nearly twenty times larger than Shukaku appeared.

Chapter 65 It’S Now!

Before.

Orochimaru had failed because of Naruto’s power.

However, he didn’t really leave after his failure — instead, he continued lurking near Naruto’s team.

Orochimaru’s purpose was simple: to plant the Cursed Seal of Heaven on Sasuke, and then use Sasuke’s desire for strength to lure him into defecting.

Originally, when Orochimaru saw Naruto leave the team, he knew his opportunity had come.

Unexpectedly, before Naruto could get far, both Haruno Sakura and Sasuke encountered trouble.

The situation quickly spiraled out of control — it was almost like a chaotic banquet, with countless ninjas gathering in one place in such a short time.

There were even Orochimaru’s own subordinates among them.

Then, Naruto returned — bringing Karin with him.

Naruto threw a black sphere of ninjutsu at Toss.

That power…

You couldn’t even call it big — it was massive.

Hidden in the shadows, Orochimaru watched with a frown.

Naruto, in this state, was truly troublesome to deal with.

It seemed he would have to wait for a more perfect opportunity.

After driving away everyone except Konoha’s ninjas, Naruto obtained a scroll different from his own team’s, successfully completing their mission.

The groups separated after exchanging only a few words.

After all, this was an exam — no one wanted to risk fighting those from the same village.

With both scrolls in hand, Naruto’s team had completed their task. Now they just needed to head to the central tower.

Haruno Sakura glanced at the red-haired girl walking behind Naruto, her heart feeling slightly sour.

After all, that girl was pretty — and Naruto seemed to treat her quite well.

Haruno Sakura couldn’t help asking Naruto, “Naruto, who is she?”

Before Naruto could reply, Karin stepped forward, crossing her arms and looking down at Sakura with a teasing smile.

“I know you! You’re the one who’s been chasing after Naruto-kun for ages and still hasn’t gotten anywhere. How sad~”

“Jiejiejie~”

Hearing those familiar mocking words, Sakura felt her irritation explode.

She clenched her teeth and snapped, “Don’t be so proud! I’ve spent way more time with Naruto-kun than you, you third wheel!”

“Third wheel?” Karin giggled instead of getting angry. “You mean you’ve already advanced that far?”

Haruno Sakura: “???”

Sasuke and Naruto stood off to the side, watching helplessly as the two girls argued.

It didn’t take long before Sakura’s face turned bright red with anger. She looked like she wanted to hit someone but didn’t dare, her small face tight and full of frustration.

Finally, Naruto stepped in to stop the bickering.

Now that they had both types of scrolls, there was no need to delay — they should head straight for the central tower.

Before long, Team Naruto arrived at the central tower and met Iruka’s clone.

After submitting their scrolls, they waited for the rest of the exam to end.

Meanwhile, Orochimaru, still hiding in the shadows, clicked his tongue in frustration.

With Naruto by Sasuke’s side, it was impossible for him to act.

Now that they’d reached the central tower, sneaking an attack was even harder.

“Do I have to give up now?” Orochimaru muttered. “Am I really going to lose my chance at obtaining an Uchiha body?”

As he hesitated, a distant roar suddenly shook the air — followed by an overwhelming wave of chakra.

Orochimaru frowned. “What’s going on? Why is there a tailed beast’s chakra here?”

He looked toward the source.

Boom!

A massive tanuki appeared not far from the tower — Shukaku of the One Tail.

Dozens of examinees were fleeing in terror ahead of it.

“Has the One Tail gone berserk early?” Orochimaru muttered in irritation. “Sunagakure really is unreliable. I won’t be working with them again.”

Inside the central tower, Naruto’s team also heard the noise and rushed outside.

Other teams who had already arrived followed suit.

“It’s… it’s a tailed beast!”

“What’s happening? Why would a tailed beast show up during the Chūnin Exam?!”

Panic spread among the examinees. Many turned and ran without a second thought.

The enormous creature’s presence alone created suffocating pressure.

Shukaku had completely lost control, attacking anything that moved.

Candidates still in the forest were being driven toward the central tower in a desperate attempt to escape.

From afar, Naruto could see familiar faces — Shikamaru’s team, Neji’s team… all running for their lives.

Naruto looked at Shukaku and asked the system in his mind, “System, if I defeat Shukaku, will I get an S-rank score?”

[Ding~ Yes!]

Hmm… then that settles it. This is my chance.

Naruto smiled to himself.

He didn’t know why Shukaku had gone berserk during the second exam, but it didn’t matter. This was his opportunity.

Beside him, Sasuke asked instinctively, “Naruto, what should we do?”

He already knew — only Naruto could handle this.

Naruto gave his orders calmly: “You all stay back. I’ll handle it.”

“Naruto, it’s too dangerous! Leave this to the adults!” Sakura said anxiously. “What if something happens to you?”

Karin also grabbed Naruto’s sleeve nervously. “Naruto-kun, even though Sakura and I don’t get along, she’s right — this is way too dangerous…”

Naruto, however, looked completely at ease. “You’re misunderstanding something.”

“I told you to leave not because I need support, but because I don’t want you getting caught in the crossfire.”

With that, Naruto activated the Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique and shot into the sky.

Karin panicked and tried to follow, but Sasuke stopped her.

“Don’t make things worse,” Sasuke said coldly.

“Don’t you make things worse!” Karin snapped back. “Take that lovestruck girl and get out of here!”

She pointed straight at Sakura.

“Who are you calling lovestruck?!” Sakura shouted, her face red.

Karin sighed. “I can restore Naruto-kun’s chakra. Don’t waste time arguing. You can yell at me later.”

Sakura knew she was the weakest here, so she said nothing more and left with Sasuke.

Karin, however, went against the flow of fleeing ninjas and hid in the shadows.

From another dark corner, Orochimaru saw Naruto and Sasuke separate — and his golden opportunity appeared.

“Unexpectedly useful, those Sand shinobi,” Orochimaru sneered.

At least his first goal in coming to Konoha had been achieved.

He followed Sasuke silently, this time not holding back to test him — but attacking with full force.

Finally, Orochimaru bit into Sasuke’s neck, leaving the Cursed Seal of Heaven before vanishing into the forest.

Haruno Sakura barely had time to react before dragging the unconscious Sasuke to safety.

Meanwhile—

Naruto hovered in the sky, staring down at Shukaku, who was roaring and sending shockwaves through the ground below.

Team Shikamaru and Team Neji, who were fleeing, spotted Naruto above.

“Naruto! Run! That thing’s a tailed beast!” Shikamaru shouted.

Seeing that both teams were about to be crushed by Shukaku’s rampage, Naruto acted without hesitation.

His eyes sharpened, and he thrust his hand forward, sending out chains of golden chakra.

“Adamantine Sealing Chains!”

From the side, Tenten’s eyes widened as she yelled, “Now!!!”

She whipped out a camera, pointing it toward Naruto. The flash went off again and again, illuminating the sky dozens of times.

Neji, Lee, and Shikamaru’s team all turned to stare at Tenten in disbelief. “???”

Chapter 132 Dr. Bruce Banner

Brooklyn, New York.

A man in a white tank top and brown shorts wandered aimlessly through the streets — Bruce Banner.
He didn’t even dare to take a taxi, fearing the military might track him down.

The green monster within him had allowed Banner to survive countless attempts by General Ross to capture him.
But the sheer destructive power of the Hulk — that unstoppable creature — was something Banner dreaded more than anything.

Lately, he’d begun to notice something terrifying.
The Hulk was becoming harder and harder to control.

Even though Banner had learned techniques to suppress his emotions, the results were poor. He could feel the creature evolving — mutating — and it made his body unstable.

In a desperate attempt to rid himself of the monster once and for all, Banner reached out to a man he knew only online — Mr. Blue.

Though Banner was a brilliant scientist, his expertise lay in gamma radiation, not cellular biology.
So, through encrypted channels, he began working with Mr. Blue — a biologist — to find a solution to his condition.

Now, Banner had returned to New York to meet this mysterious Mr. Blue in person and finally confront the nightmare inside him.
For this reason, he even contacted his former lover — Betty Ross, the daughter of General Ross.

Banner could feel his body changing again. It was getting stronger.
Once, he could draw his own blood with a syringe — but now, even piercing his skin was impossible. The green monster refused to let him harm himself.

His body healed faster than ever before — completely, unnaturally.
What terrified him most, however, was the faint whisper of another consciousness deep inside him — a primal, furious mind awakening.

“Banner… Bruce, what are you thinking?”

Betty Ross’s soft voice pulled him back to reality.
He turned to her, the woman he had once loved deeply, and guilt flickered in his tired eyes.

“Betty… maybe I shouldn’t have dragged you into this.”

Years of running had aged him; his once bright face now showed exhaustion and sorrow.

“Bruce, you know I’ve never cared about that,” Betty said, stepping closer. She cupped his face in her hands and kissed him gently.

“NO!”

A thunderous roar exploded inside his mind, shattering the moment. Banner’s pulse monitor began to beep wildly. Alarmed, he pushed Betty away and struggled to steady his breathing.

“Sorry, Betty… I’m not stable right now. If I lose control… I could hurt you.”

His voice trembled with pain and helplessness — the voice of a man haunted by his own power.

As Banner walked away down the dim street, Betty stood watching, her eyes full of sadness.
She understood his suffering, but she could do nothing — not even stop her own father from hunting him.

Behind them, an armored military vehicle rolled slowly down the street. Inside, soldiers monitored a tracker flashing with Banner’s location. A thermal imager displayed the heat signatures of Bruce Banner and Betty Ross.

“General Ross, the target is approaching Grayburn College. Requesting further orders.”

A soldier reported through the communicator. On the other end, General Thaddeus Ross frowned, his expression cold and calculating.

“Keep monitoring. I want to know exactly what Bruce Banner is planning.”

Ross narrowed his eyes. He couldn’t understand why Banner would head toward Grayburn College — a place where, to his knowledge, Banner knew no one.

“Yes, sir!” the soldier replied crisply.

Ross hung up, but before he could think further, a familiar face appeared on his communication screen.

“Tony Stark? What do you want?” Ross barked, his tone immediately turning serious.

“General Ross. Long time no see,” said Allens, using J.A.R.V.I.S. to hack directly into Ross’s secure line. A faint smirk crossed his face — he already knew everything Ross was planning.

Allens was well aware that Ross was hunting Dr. Banner, and he also knew something Ross didn’t — that the Hulk’s consciousness was beginning to evolve.

“The Stark Group recently decommissioned several sonic tanks,” Allens said casually. “Interested in buying them?”

His voice was calm, almost playful, but Ross’s eyes lit up instantly.
He had been trying to acquire Stark’s sonic technology for years — ever since Stark Industries shut down its weapons division.

“Mr. Stark,” Ross said coldly, “I’ll send a military representative to discuss cooperation with your company soon.”

Allens smiled faintly. “Then I wish you a pleasant operation, General. Oh, and one more thing — I recently purchased a private laboratory at Grayburn College. If your troops damage my property during your little mission…”
He paused, his tone suddenly sharp.
“You’ll be facing a court-martial.”

The message was clear — don’t interfere with his plans or his lab.

Ross’s jaw tightened. “Hmph. Fine. I’ll keep my soldiers in check.”

He ended the call abruptly and turned to the man beside him — Emil Blonsky, the hardened soldier who had volunteered for the capture.

“You heard him, Blonsky. You’re authorized to enter Grayburn College. But remember — don’t damage that lab. It belongs to Stark.”

Ross’s eyes darkened with irritation as he gave the order.

“Yes, sir,” Blonsky replied firmly.

Chapter 131 Invincible Hulk

Brazil, Rocinha Slums.

A place filled with poverty and suffering—famine, disease, and despair silently devouring lives. Amid the chaos, Dr. Bruce Banner was quietly learning to control the green monster within him.

Banner had lived in the slums for several months. Though the conditions were poor, at least here he could escape his life as a fugitive—if only for a little while.

However, General Thaddeus “Thunderbolt” Ross had no intention of letting Dr. Banner go. Even though Banner hid in the Brazilian slums, Ross’s intelligence network soon discovered his location and dispatched a special unit to capture him.

A confrontation was inevitable. Yet, Ross was destined to lose—because the monster inside Banner was a true beast of rage. Once unleashed, it would become the Hulk, unstoppable and uncontrollable.

While Ross’s forces were preparing to capture Banner in Brazil, in New York, at Grayburn College, Allens had just concluded a week of media frenzy after his press conference.

Throughout New York, people were still talking about the birth of Iron Man. Under the control of J.A.R.V.I.S., the red-and-gold suit had conducted several missions against terrorists.

At this point, Allens had truly become the new Iron Man.

However, he paid little attention to public opinion. While using J.A.R.V.I.S. to monitor General Ross’s movements, Allens arrived at Grayburn College to meet a particular individual—Professor Samuel Sterns, from the Department of Cell Biology.

Of course, online he was known as Mr. Blue, and his mysterious research partner was Mr. Green—none other than Bruce Banner himself.

When Professor Sterns learned that the legendary Tony Stark from the Stark Group was coming to meet him, his excitement could barely be contained. He had already been waiting for hours in his private laboratory.

“Mr. Stark, it’s an honor to meet you. I’m Samuel Sterns,” he said with a wide smile, extending his hand.

“Nice to meet you, Professor Sterns.”

Allens shook his hand briefly and stepped into the lab. His smart glasses instantly displayed streams of data—scanning everything in sight. The device, linked to J.A.R.V.I.S., was one of Allens’ newest inventions.

“Sir, I’ve detected large quantities of blood containing gamma radiation,”
J.A.R.V.I.S. reported through the earpiece.

On the display, several bags of blood were labeled and cataloged.

“Bruce Banner’s blood? Perfect,” Allens murmured, a satisfied smile forming.

Turning to Sterns, he casually took out a checkbook from his jacket.

“Professor Sterns, I’m very interested in your recent research. I intend to purchase your entire laboratory and all its results. Name your price.”

He spoke with the confidence and extravagance only Tony Stark could muster—money could buy almost anything.

“Mr. Stark… are you insulting my work? You’re a scientist yourself. You should understand what this research means,” Sterns said angrily, his face flushing.

He knew what his studies could achieve. If he unlocked the secret of Mr. Green’s blood, he would undoubtedly win a Nobel Prize in Medicine.

“Five hundred million dollars.”

Allens said flatly, scanning the equipment around him—most of it a generation behind his own lab’s technology. His gaze sharpened as he continued,

“Actually, make that eight hundred million.”

The anger drained from Sterns’ face instantly. His voice trembled, “E-eight hundred million dollars?”

As a university professor, he had never seen such a sum—not even a fraction of it.

A notification chimed. The money had already been transferred to his account.

“Alright then, Professor Sterns,” Allens said with a sly smile, “everything in this lab is now mine—including your brain.”

Sterns froze in alarm until Allens chuckled, clapping him on the shoulder.

“Relax. I meant the knowledge in your brain. I’m not interested in the organ itself.”

He turned toward the exit as Stark Group personnel arrived to take over the lab.

“Oh, and by the way, Professor,” Allens added as he reached the door, “you can continue your research here. All results remain yours—but Stark Industries gets the first right of purchase.”

Sterns, now deferential, nodded quickly. “Mr. Stark, I must say… you’re surprisingly approachable.”

Allens smiled faintly. “One more thing—I’ll have your lab completely renovated. Consider it a small investment.”

Sterns sighed in disbelief at Stark’s wealth. The cost of remodeling alone would exceed what most labs saw in a lifetime.

As Allens stepped into his Koenigsegg, the car’s autopilot system roared to life, speeding away from the campus.

“Then, Mr. Blue,” Allens muttered with a knowing grin, “I look forward to our next meeting.”

Back in the lab, Sterns was ecstatic.

“I can’t believe it—I’m rich!”

And what’s more, he had just received a message from Mr. Green himself.

“Oh my God… if Mr. Green really exists, this could be the greatest discovery in human history. No one should possess such incredible power.”

A notification chimed on his computer. A new message appeared—
the sender’s name: Mr. Green.

Chapter 1,036 Give Them A Surprise!

Su Luo looked around and felt the passion radiating from the fans.

This wasn’t just an ordinary match — it was an opportunity, a moment to fight for their dreams and for glory. As the crowd eagerly awaited kickoff, Su Luo raised his arms high.

Under his leadership, the entire team gathered near the center circle. Each player looked at the others with burning determination, as if a flame was about to ignite the whole stadium.

Robert gripped Hagen’s hand tightly and smiled.
“Brother Hagen, today we’re going to set this stadium on fire! We’re Dortmund warriors — fearless and proud!”

Hagen nodded with a confident grin.
“Yeah, Robert. Let’s give it everything we’ve got and bring glory to Dortmund this season!”

They both took deep breaths, their bodies tensing with anticipation.

At the same time, the crowd erupted into cheers, their voices roaring through the stands as if to fuel the courage of the two young warriors.

Su Luo said firmly, “Robert, Hagen, today we have to show unity and tactical precision. Robert, you’re in charge of limiting their offensive space. Hagen, control the midfield and dictate the tempo.”

“Understood!” the two replied in unison.

In the stands, Emily held up a banner that read “Come on, Su Luo!” Her heart was filled with trust and expectation.

She knew how much this game meant — not just to Su Luo, but to the whole team. Deep down, she believed that Su Luo would become Dortmund’s true leader.

The whistle blew, and the match began. The stadium instantly came alive with energy.

Robert, wearing Dortmund’s red and yellow colors, sprinted across the pitch. Using his strength and sharp reflexes, he blocked several of the opponents’ breakthrough attempts. The atmosphere grew more and more electric as fans cheered and waved their flags.

They passionately discussed every play and the tactics of both sides.

“Su Luo is such a genius — every movement of his is so graceful!” one fan exclaimed.

“Yeah! He’s unstoppable out there!” another responded.

On the sidelines, reporters worked busily, capturing every moment. Their cameras focused on Su Luo — the heart of Borussia Dortmund.

He glided across the field with speed and elegance. Every pass, every shot showcased his incredible skill and unmatched leadership.

After breaking through an opponent’s defense, Su Luo found himself with a perfect shooting opportunity just outside the box.

In the stands, Emily stared nervously at the big screen, gripping her banner tightly. She prayed silently that Su Luo would send the ball straight into the net.

Meanwhile, Robert, watching his team’s formation carefully, called out with excitement, “Hagen! The chance is coming! Let’s give them something to remember!”

Hagen’s eyes lit up with confidence.
“No problem, Robert! I’ll control the tempo — let’s show them our best!”

The crowd was completely absorbed in the match. Every goal attempt, interception, and pass drew waves of cheers and applause.

“Su Luo’s passing is beautiful! He’s such a natural leader!” one spectator shouted.

“And Hagen’s control in midfield is fantastic. He’s dictating the whole rhythm of the game!” another added enthusiastically.

Chapter 1035: Sprint Towards Victory!

Su Luo and Emily left the recording studio and returned to Dortmund’s training ground.

This was the place they came to every day — the stage where dreams were pursued and tested.

As Su Luo walked through the training ground gate, he immediately felt the tense yet vibrant energy in the air.

Outside the stadium, countless fans had gathered, waving red and yellow flags with excitement.
Drums thundered, and chants echoed across the stands — it was as if the calm before a storm was hiding the birth of something great.

Walking through the tunnel alongside Robert and Hagen, Su Luo could feel the unspoken but powerful support of his teammates.

Robert patted him on the shoulder and said with determination,
“We’ve got to perform well today! Keep the rhythm steady and pressure the opponent from the start.”

Hagen raised his right hand and shouted to the entire team,
“We are Dortmund! Forget the obstacles ahead — charge forward and fight for victory!”

Those short but powerful words carried the spirit of unity and trust that bound the team together.
Each player nodded firmly, determination flashing in their eyes.

Training began, and the atmosphere in the stadium grew more intense.

Su Luo and Robert moved in perfect sync — their coordination as natural as breathing.
Their awareness seemed completely intertwined, each movement anticipating the other’s intent.

When Su Luo received a precise pass from Robert, he swiftly dribbled past a defender and unleashed a shot from the edge of the penalty area.

The ball flew like a comet through the air and struck the inside of the net with a crisp thud.

The training ground erupted in cheers and applause.

Su Luo smiled, satisfaction and pride radiating from him.
That feeling — of total control and shared triumph — was incomparable, as if the whole world were cheering just for him.

Training continued. Players kept refining their positioning, passing, and shooting, striving for perfection in every detail.

Suddenly, Hagen raised his hands and called out,
“Time out! We’ve been training well today, but don’t let your guard down!”

The players stopped and gathered around their captain, listening intently.

Hagen swept his gaze across the group and spoke with passion,
“Everyone here is giving their all, fighting for every chance! We’re not just playing for ourselves — we represent this city and our fans’ expectations! We’ll overcome every challenge and bring victory to Dortmund!”

Thunderous applause and cheers broke out once more.

Su Luo felt the power of unity flowing through the team — they inspired and trusted one another completely.
Now, their hearts were set on one thing only: to win.

At Signal Iduna Park, the crowd’s anticipation reached its peak.
The stadium buzzed with electricity — an invisible current of tension and excitement filling the air.

Su Luo exchanged glances with Hagen.
They both understood that this would be a defining season — one that could lead Dortmund back to the top.

Yet there was no fear in their eyes, only confidence.

As the crowd roared for the game to begin, Su Luo raised his arms, calling his teammates together near the center circle.

In that brief moment of silence, their unity spoke louder than words.
Everyone could feel the strength that bound them together.

Then, Robert and Hagen lifted Dortmund’s flag — red and yellow intertwining in proud brilliance under the floodlights.

The fans erupted in a deafening cheer.
In that roar, the spirit of Dortmund was reborn.

Chapter 64 Fragrant Phosphorus

Naruto stood on the branch, holding the incense.

But Karin seemed to feel like she was floating in the sky as she clung tightly to Naruto’s arm.

“Come down,” Naruto said gently.

Karin’s pretty face came close, her eyes wide as she studied him carefully.

Vaguely, she saw a handsome, heroic figure. “Thank you… kind person,” she said softly.

Naruto: “…”
It’s fine—after all, I’m helping for a purpose.

The huge bear below saw that Naruto could fly and, terrified, fled the scene.

Karin, worried she might fall, clutched Naruto’s arm even tighter.

“My benefactor, I lost my glasses around here. Can you help me find them?” she asked earnestly.

Always helping those in need, Naruto brought Karin closer to the tree trunk. “Wait here,” he instructed.

He flew down to search. Not long after, he returned, holding her glasses in his hand.

Once Karin put them on, she felt a wave of relief. Without her glasses, she was almost blind. And having just been chased by a monster, she had genuinely feared for her life.

Looking up at her rescuer, Karin’s eyes widened in surprise.

Hiss~

This face, this aura, this presence…

Isn’t this the kind of hero she had been dreaming of?

Impossible!

Karin’s expression trembled as she exclaimed, “You… you… are you the Genin who defeated an Elite Jōnin?!”

“It doesn’t count,” Naruto said humbly. “That guy was careless.”

Sure enough!

The thought that her rescuer could defeat an Elite Jōnin made Karin feel a sense of security.

All she wanted now was to survive and leave once the exam ended.

So she shyly said to Naruto, “Well… I… I want to follow you.”

Naruto looked at her, surprised. “?”

He knew Karin was bold and straightforward—but he hadn’t expected her to be this open.

“I got separated from my teammates, and they don’t care about me. Now I just want to survive. Once I reach the central tower, I’ll quit the exam. I won’t be a burden to you,” Karin explained.

“Alright,” Naruto said, accepting without hesitation.

After all, it had always been part of his plan to get closer to Karin. Once she awakened her Uzumaki abilities, he could ask for her advice.

Karin smiled happily. “You’re really kind~ I’ll remember your help. My name is Karin. What’s yours?”

“Uzumaki Naruto,” he replied casually. Then he added, “My teammates are still waiting. Let’s go join them first.”

Karin nodded obediently. “I’ll follow you, Naruto-kun~”

Her presence was a pleasure to Naruto’s senses. After all, he was a hero who had saved a beautiful girl—strong, capable, and handsome.

On the way, Karin couldn’t help but chatter.

“Naruto, are you also an Uzumaki? Are we related?”
“By the way, why are you in Konoha? I thought the Uzumaki clan was scattered across the ninja world.”
“You’re so handsome and powerful… there must be lots of girls who like you…”
“Naruto, do you like anyone?”

When they returned to the tree hollow where Team 7 was resting, they saw the chaos outside.

Many ninjas had gathered—Sound ninjas, Grass ninjas, and Konoha’s young genin.

Fights were breaking out between the Konoha camp and other teams.

Sasuke was holding his own, able to fend off three opponents at once. Haruno Sakura and Ino barely managed to keep up.

Karin was a little frightened and hid behind Naruto, peeking out at the intense scene.

Naruto groaned. What a mess.

“Hey! Hey! Stop fighting! Everyone, stop!” he shouted.

At the sound of his voice, all eyes turned toward him.

That iconic yellow hair and heroic face—everyone froze.

The ninjas from Kusagakure and Otogakure paled.

“It’s the Genin who defeated an Elite Jōnin! What do we do?”
“Damn… he wasn’t here just now!”

Haruno Sakura brightened. “Okay, Naruto-kun is back! It’s safe now.”

But…

Who was that red-haired girl behind Naruto?

Could she be the one he rescued earlier?

Sakura’s heart sank. That red-haired girl might attach herself to Naruto…

A sense of crisis washed over her.

Naruto stood tall and declared publicly, “Now, except for Konoha’s ninjas, everyone else should leave.”

His tone wasn’t arrogant, but it sparked outrage instantly.

“Haha!” Toz stood up, eyes blazing. “I heard you defeated an Elite Jōnin? Let’s see if it’s true. I’ll take you on myself!”

Naruto’s expression didn’t change. He raised his hand and fired a miniature Rasenshuriken at Toz.

“What is that?!” Toz shouted, instinctively raising a Wind Style barrier.

But even this powerful Wind Style couldn’t stop the spinning black ball.

He didn’t have time to dodge, and the miniature Rasenshuriken struck him in the abdomen, carrying him several hundred meters away.

Boom!

A deafening explosion erupted. A semicircular shockwave tore forward, annihilating everything in its path.

The aftermath shook the scene. Everyone raised their arms to brace against the hurricane of destruction.

After a few moments, silence fell.

“Are you… kidding me?” a Sound ninja whispered, falling to the ground in shock.

Two of Toz’s teammates fled in terror. The rest, except for Konoha’s ninjas, ran for their lives.

Konoha’s young genin stared at Naruto in awe—this was the first time he had demonstrated mass-destruction ninjutsu.

Karin swallowed nervously. “Naruto-kun… I… I don’t need to leave, right?”

Naruto shook his head. “Of course not. Didn’t you just say we might be related?”

“Yes! We’re relatives! I might be Naruto-kun’s sister!” Karin said, relieved.

But then she added quickly, “Just for show.”

Naruto: “?”

Sister… why emphasize that? Isn’t it still a bond, even if it’s just for show?

Karin’s thoughts were her own, but Naruto couldn’t help feeling slightly puzzled.

Chapter 63 Save Me

Three minutes later.

Sasuke shouted in fear, “Naruto, help me!”

“Huh?” Naruto stood at a distance, looking puzzled. “But Sasuke, didn’t you just say not to save you?”

Sasuke yelled with a panicked face, “I was wrong! Come save me! I still have a mission to complete—I can’t die here, please!”

Naruto sighed and turned his attention to Orochimaru, who was chasing Sasuke atop a giant python.

Behind Naruto, Haruno Sakura was trembling in fear, completely unable to fight.

“Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique.”

Naruto performed Ohnoki’s auxiliary jutsu on himself. His body suddenly felt lighter, and he began to float in the air, able to control his position freely.

“So this is the Ultra Light-Weight Rock Technique… feels kind of amazing,” Naruto thought to himself. Then, he flew higher and darted toward Orochimaru.

Sasuke saw Naruto approaching. Although he had no idea how Naruto was flying, he instinctively moved closer to him.

“Hey, Orochimaru, please leave this place,” Naruto said politely while forming a hand seal. “Adamantine Sealing Chains—Release!”

Whoosh~

Several golden chains burst forth, shooting toward the python beneath Orochimaru’s feet.

Orochimaru, being well-informed, instantly recognized the technique. “Adamantine Sealing Chains that can move freely… Did you modify them yourself? Impressive—truly terrifying, Uzumaki Naruto.”

The moment the chains shot out, Orochimaru abandoned the python beneath him.

The massive serpent was instantly bound by the golden chains, thrashing violently as it fell to the ground, shaking the forest with its enormous body.

Orochimaru landed lightly on a branch and frowned as he looked down at the scene.

This was bad. His sudden appearance would surely draw the attention of Konoha’s Anbu. They were likely already heading this way.

Moreover, Naruto’s chakra was unlike anything Orochimaru had felt—it was wild and vast, almost indistinguishable from a Tailed Beast’s.

Even if Orochimaru went all out, victory wouldn’t come easily.

“Uzumaki Naruto…” Orochimaru muttered darkly, his pale, snake-like face twisting into a grimace. “I’ll remember you.”

With that, Orochimaru turned and vanished into the shadows.

Naruto blinked in surprise. “He… ran away? That easily?”

Still, Naruto wasn’t complaining. If Orochimaru wanted to flee, that saved him the trouble of a long battle.

Just then, the familiar system chime echoed in his head.

[Ding~ Congratulations to the Host for achieving an A-rank rating. Simulation opportunities +3.]

Naruto grinned to himself. “Looks like there’s only the S-rank left now. Feels like I’m breezing through this.”

If the shinobi world had game difficulty settings, Naruto figured he must be playing on Casual Mode.

Since Orochimaru was gone, Naruto went to check on his teammates.

Sasuke was lying on a branch, completely exhausted but still breathing. Fortunately, Orochimaru’s goal hadn’t been to kill him—his injuries were minor, and the curse mark hadn’t been applied.

“Hey, Sasuke, you alright?” Naruto asked.

Sasuke stared blankly at the sky. “Naruto… do I have no talent as a ninja?”

Naruto sighed. “Don’t say that, Sasuke. You’re a genius in my eyes.”

“But I couldn’t even beat a single Genin,” Sasuke muttered bitterly.

Naruto replied, “That guy wasn’t a Genin. That was Orochimaru—one of the Legendary Sannin and a true Kage-level master. You couldn’t beat him, and that’s normal.”

Sasuke’s eyes widened. “What?! A Kage-level master? Then why was he taking the Chūnin Exam?”

Naruto explained what he knew, including Orochimaru’s past defeat at the hands of Uchiha Itachi and his obsession with obtaining the Sharingan.

The mention of Itachi made Sasuke’s blood run cold.

He had just faced Orochimaru and knew firsthand how powerful he was. Even when Sasuke fought with everything he had, he couldn’t force Orochimaru to reveal his full strength.

But Itachi had defeated him easily…

That realization sent a wave of urgency and frustration through Sasuke’s heart.

Although their battle lasted only three minutes, Sasuke had gone all out—and was now completely drained.

Naruto suggested they find a place to rest, and both Sakura and Sasuke agreed.

They soon discovered a small hollow under a large tree and hid inside.

Sasuke lay down, eyes closed, trying to recover, while Sakura kept a nervous lookout at the entrance.

After a while, Sakura frowned and whispered, “Naruto-kun, did you hear that?”

Naruto, who had been resting, perked up and listened carefully. “Yeah… sounds like someone’s calling for help.”

“This is the Forest of Death,” Naruto added calmly. “It’s normal for someone to be attacked or killed here.”

But then, a memory sparked in his mind.

Wait—this must be that part from the Chūnin Exam plot… Karin!

Should he save her or not?

After a brief thought, Naruto decided: Save her.

He could already use the Adamantine Sealing Chains, but if he could learn Kagura’s Mind Eye—one of the top sensory techniques—it would be a major gain.

Both he and Karin had Uzumaki blood. If he mastered that ability, it would perfectly complement his current skillset.

Naruto stood up. “I’ll go take a look.”

Sakura tensed up. “Naruto, please come back soon! I’m just a rookie—I can’t protect Sasuke alone!”

Naruto smiled. “Don’t worry, Sakura. I’ll be quick.”

With that, he slipped out of the tree hollow.

Sasuke, half-asleep, overheard the exchange and subconsciously shuddered.
“Those two… are they too close now?” he thought, frowning slightly.

Following the sound, Naruto soon found a red-haired girl in distress.

She was running awkwardly—clearly nearsighted—and being chased by a massive bear.

Naruto dashed forward, flew into the air, and scooped her up effortlessly.

Karin (Xianglin), unaware of what was happening, panicked and flailed wildly. “Let me go! I don’t taste good! I haven’t bathed in three months!”

Naruto’s scalp tingled. “Wait, seriously?” he blurted.

Upon hearing a human voice, Karin’s crimson eyes brightened. “Of course not! Please, just save me!”

Naruto: “…”

130 Allens: I Am Iron Man

Rumble.

Night had fallen over New York. A series of fiery explosions lit up the sky in front of the Stark Tower. Within the inferno, the massive four-meter-tall Iron Monger was blasted apart piece by piece.

High above, a news helicopter hovered. Inside, a New York Times reporter stared out the window in disbelief. He was so stunned that he didn’t even react until the cameraman behind him nudged him.

“It’s unbelievable! The red-and-gold Iron Man just defeated the Iron Monster! Iron Man saved New York! Oh my God… I guess we can officially call him Iron Man now!”

His voice was trembling with excitement, full of awe and relief.

“Iron Man… what a cool name.”
“Yeah! Only the man who saved New York and defeated that monster deserves to be called Iron Man!”

“Iron Man! Iron Man! Iron Man!”

Across the city, citizens cheered in unison as the live broadcast played. Everyone was thrilled — when New York was in peril, it was Iron Man who had saved them. In moments, his name spread like wildfire across the world.

After destroying the Iron Monger, Allens soared to the top of Stark Tower. Waiting for him on the rooftop helipad was Wanda Maximoff, her expression soft and warm. She walked forward and gently embraced Allens as he stepped out of the steel armor.

“Mr. Allens,” Wanda said with a smile, “I’ve taken full control of Stark Industries’ board. From now on, you’re officially the CEO.”

“Good job, sweetheart.”
Allens smiled, kissed her softly, and his gaze darkened.

Moments earlier, just after he’d finished off the Iron Monger, Allens had received a transmission from Colonel James Rhodes of the U.S. military. The military wanted to hold a press conference on behalf of Stark Industries, urging Allens to publicly distance himself from Iron Man. Rhodes, of course, knew exactly who was inside that armor.

Reporters from every major media outlet were already crowding outside the Stark Tower, eager for a statement after the battle that had taken place right on its doorstep.

Buzz—buzz—

A military helicopter descended through the night sky, landing on the rooftop with a roar. Colonel Rhodes stepped out, his face tense and serious.

“Well, Tony, looks like you’ve still got time to flirt while New York’s in flames,” he said sharply, glaring at Allens and Wanda in each other’s arms.

The military had been watching closely. They were extremely interested in the advanced suit’s combat performance during the Iron Monger incident. The brass wanted the armor’s technology — at any cost.

“Hey, Rhodey,” Allens said lazily, turning toward him. “Don’t tell me the military’s got nothing better to do. Or are you just here to crash my party?”

Rhodes frowned. “Cut the jokes, Tony. People died tonight. Who’s responsible for this mess?”

He handed Allens a press release, his tone heavy.

“Who knows?” Allens replied carelessly. “But I heard Obadiah Stane — our dear second-largest shareholder — might’ve had a heart attack from all the excitement. Poor guy.”

He smirked, glancing over the papers. It was just an official statement declaring that the Iron Monger’s rampage had nothing to do with Stark Industries or Tony Stark.

“Iron Man, huh? The military’s new secret weapon?” Allens scoffed.

He tucked the document under his arm and entered the elevator, descending from the rooftop to the main lobby.

The lobby was packed wall-to-wall with reporters. This was the first time so many media personnel had gathered here since Stark Industries had announced the shutdown of its weapons division.

They were already buzzing with speculation, calling the Iron Monger attack one of the worst terrorist incidents in New York’s history — and painting Iron Man as the city’s new savior. The place was a madhouse.

But as Allens stepped onto the stage, the noise fell silent. Every camera turned toward him.

“I heard something big happened tonight,” Allens began casually. “Some kind of metal maniac tearing through the city?”

On the big screen behind him, footage of the Iron Monger’s rampage played in full view.

“Now, according to some people,” he continued, setting the press release down on the podium, “I was somehow involved in that little fireworks show out there.”

Wanda, standing just behind him as his personal assistant, remained silent. A faint red glow flickered in her right hand — unnoticed by anyone.

“Mr. Stark,” a journalist stood up, her eyes flashing red for an instant. “We have photographic evidence suggesting you were wearing a red-and-gold steel suit and fighting the Iron Monger on the highway. Look — these images were sent to us anonymously. The outline in them looks just like you.”

“Hey, beautiful,” Allens said with a teasing grin. “Are you saying I’m the superhero who saved New York?”

He paused, feigning surprise, then chuckled. “Obviously, I’m not hero material. I’ve made… well, plenty of mistakes. I’ve got a few character flaws too.”

His words made Colonel Rhodes tense beside him. Rhodes leaned in and whispered urgently, “Stick to the script, Tony.”

Allens straightened, his expression shifting to something deadly serious. The smirk faded, replaced by Tony Stark’s classic intensity.

“The truth is…” he said, pausing just long enough for every camera to zoom in.

“I am Iron Man.”

For a moment, the room went completely still. Then chaos erupted.

Reporters shouted questions, flashbulbs exploded, and the world’s media scrambled to transmit the footage.

“Breaking news! The CEO of Stark Industries — billionaire playboy Tony Stark — has admitted to being Iron Man, the hero who saved New York!”
“Long live Iron Man! Long live Tony Stark!”
“Tony Stark’s Iron Man suit is the most advanced weapon in history — but he’s using it to protect the people!”

News channels, newspapers, and social media exploded with coverage.

Tony Stark’s words — “I am Iron Man” — marked the beginning of a new era.

The Age of Heroes had begun.
