Chapter 129: Killing The Iron Overlord

Boom.

Allens’ steel battle suit slammed into the glass curtain wall of the building behind him. Cracks spread across the glass like spiderwebs. Inside the suit, Allens wore a calm sneer.

“Sir, why did you deactivate the energy shield during that last attack?”
J.A.R.V.I.S.’s voice carried a trace of confusion. According to his data, the Iron Monger’s punch shouldn’t have been able to shake the Mark 46 armor at all. Yet, Allens had ordered J.A.R.V.I.S. to manipulate the flight system, making it appear as though he’d been struck and sent flying.

“If the enemy’s strength looks too weak, the people of this country won’t feel the tension,” Allens said coldly, staring at the massive Iron Monger in front of him. Obadiah Stane now gripped two wrecked cars, one in each hand.

“Hahaha! Tony Stark, I must admit—you’re a genius! You claimed to shut down your weapons division, yet you went and built the most terrifying weapon of this century yourself!”

Obadiah’s manic laughter echoed through his loudspeakers. His face was twisted with madness. He didn’t care about the lives lost below. All that mattered was killing “Tony Stark” and taking full control of Stark Industries. Once Tony was dead, no one could stop him.

Whoosh—whoosh!

With a furious swing, Obadiah hurled both cars at Allens. The howling wind tore through the night as the vehicles shot forward like cannonballs.

“Oh God! Someone help me!”
“F***! Damn New York, damn Iron Man!”

The terrified drivers inside screamed as their cars hurtled toward the gold-and-red figure floating ahead. They squeezed their eyes shut, expecting death.

Peng! Peng!

Allens raised his right hand. The magnetic control module embedded in his armor activated. A powerful magnetic field burst forth, freezing both cars in midair.

“God may not have heard your prayers,” Allens said, his voice calm and almost mocking. “But Tony Stark did. You’re safe now.”

The two men cautiously opened their eyes—only to see Iron Man himself floating before them, holding their cars in suspension with invisible power.

“Oh, thank God! We’re saved!”
Grateful and trembling, they climbed out of their vehicles, fell to the ground, and limped away as fast as they could.

Boom—boom!

Allens waved his hand. The two cars shot forward at blinding speed, slamming into the Iron Monger. Obadiah didn’t have time to react before he was thrown backward by the impact.

Whoosh!

A missile launcher deployed from Allens’ right arm. The missile ignited, its tail flame streaking through the night sky before striking the Iron Monger dead-on.

Boom!

The explosion rocked the street, but the four-meter-tall Iron Monger emerged from the smoke with barely a dent. The Mark 46’s missiles had only scorched his armor.

Facing his supposed mortal enemy, “Tony Stark,” Obadiah’s fury erupted. “You think that’ll stop me?!”
His arsenal lit up, and the Iron Monger’s shoulders unleashed a barrage of rockets.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Missiles rained down like a storm, exploding across buildings and cars. Obadiah didn’t care about the destruction or civilian casualties. He only wanted to annihilate the man in front of him.

High above the chaos, Allens calmly raised his energy shield. Explosions rippled across its surface, but none penetrated the shimmering barrier.

“Oh my God! That monster in the steel suit is going insane!”
“The gold-and-red Iron Man is holding him back, but the Iron Monger has too much firepower!”
“This is a message to all New Yorkers near the fight—evacuate immediately! Repeat, evacuate immediately!”

News broadcasts filled Allens’ visor. He smirked.

“J.A.R.V.I.S., it’s time to end this.”

The Ark Reactor on his chest blazed white. His thrusters ignited, propelling him forward in an instant. In a flash, he was face-to-face with the Iron Monger.

“Psychokinesis Amplification—activate.”

Allens opened his right hand. The Psychokinetic Amplification Module integrated into the Mark 46 lit up. Through the armor, Allens’ own psychic power surged outward, magnified a hundredfold.

Creak… creak…

A terrifying pressure filled the air. The Iron Monger’s massive frame groaned as metal bent and screamed. The entire suit lifted off the ground, hovering helplessly as Allens’ psychokinesis constricted around it.

Whoosh! Whoosh! Whoosh!

Allens sneered. Every weapon system on his armor activated. Beams of blazing energy erupted like a rainbow, converging on the Iron Monger above.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Under Obadiah’s horrified gaze, the multicolored blasts struck home, tearing through his armor. The Iron Monger’s indestructible plating was shredded, explosions blooming across his frame.

“How—how is this possible?! My Iron Monger is invincible!”

Obadiah’s voice trembled as he pushed his Ark Reactor to 100% output. The Iron Monger’s eyes flared red—but even at full power, he couldn’t break free of Allens’ psychic grip.

With a flick of his wrist, Allens slammed his enemy downward.

The Iron Monger plummeted like a meteor, crashing into a seventy-story skyscraper.

BOOM.

The building collapsed, dust and fire consuming everything. When the smoke cleared, the Iron Monger’s armor was broken and sparking, half of its mechanical parts exposed.

Click.

Allens’ helmet lifted, revealing Tony Stark’s familiar face—though his expression was anything but Tony’s.

“I could’ve destroyed this piece of junk instantly,” Allens said coldly. “But I wanted to let you cause as much chaos as possible first. You’ve served your purpose.”

A chill ran through Obadiah Stane’s veins. The words, the tone—it wasn’t Tony Stark speaking. His eyes widened in fear.

“You… you’re not Tony Stark!”

“Congratulations,” Allens said with a cruel smile. “You figured it out. But it’s too late.”

He raised his right hand. A crimson glow flared from his palm—and a massive laser beam tore through the air, striking the Iron Monger’s chest.

RUMBLE!

The small Ark Reactor at its core detonated. The explosion engulfed the Iron Monger in a sea of fire.

When the flames finally faded, nothing remained of Obadiah Stane but molten wreckage.

Chapter 1034 Ambitious Goal

The two walked to the edge of the lake and stopped.

The surface of the lake was as calm as a mirror, shimmering under the gentle sunlight.

Su Luo held Emily’s hand tightly, his eyes full of sincerity.
“Emily, I hope this isn’t just my dream — I want it to be our dream. I want to build a better future for both of us.”

Emily smiled softly.
“Su Luo, you’ve already given me so much. What matters to me is that we face the future together. No matter what happens, I believe we can overcome it — together.”

Their words drifted through the tranquil air by the lakeside, mingling with the gentle ripples on the water.
The path beside the lake was filled with warmth, sincerity, and a quiet tenderness.

After leaving the beautiful lakeside scenery behind, Su Luo and Emily headed to a recording studio in Dortmund.
They were scheduled for an interview on a popular sports program.

Waiting for them was Ma Li, a professional and elegant host.

The recording studio was filled with a calm yet serious atmosphere. High-end cameras and lighting equipment surrounded the set, ready for the live taping.

Su Luo, dressed in his club’s official uniform, sat comfortably on the interview chair. His posture was steady, his expression focused, as he waited for the session to begin.

Ma Li, poised and confident, stepped forward with a bright smile and took the seat opposite him.

“Mr. Su Luo,” she began warmly, “I’m delighted to have this opportunity to interview you. What are your expectations and strategies for Borussia Dortmund this season?”

Su Luo smiled faintly.
“Borussia Dortmund has always had ambitious goals. We aim to perform at our best in every single match. Personally, I hope to maintain consistent form and deliver outstanding performances — to truly lead and become the core of the team.”

Ma Li nodded with admiration before asking her next question.
“Mr. Su Luo, as one of Dortmund’s core players, what role do you see yourself playing on the pitch? How do you express your leadership?”

Su Luo looked directly into the camera, his gaze calm but determined.
“As a core player, my job isn’t just to score goals or provide assists. More importantly, I need to stabilize the team’s rhythm during crucial moments and lead my teammates through difficult situations.

As a leader, I do my best to motivate and inspire my teammates — to fight side by side with them on the field.”

Ma Li noted down his response and smiled.
“You mentioned maintaining personal stability. Do you have any special routines or training methods that help you achieve that?”

Su Luo nodded slightly.
“I believe every successful athlete has their own unique approach to training.

For me, aside from regular team sessions, personal training is essential.
I spend a lot of time studying match footage to analyze my opponents’ weaknesses and prepare counter-strategies.
During training, I focus on targeted improvements, and I often communicate with the coach to understand how I can continue to grow.”

Ma Li listened carefully, nodding in approval.
“Very insightful, Mr. Su Luo. Finally, do you have any personal goals or plans for future development?”

Su Luo thought for a moment, then replied with firm determination.
“Ever since I was a child, I’ve dreamed of becoming an exceptional football player — and I’m determined to achieve that dream through hard work and dedication.

Every single day, I devote myself to training, constantly striving to refine my skills and improve my performance.
My ultimate goal is to become one of the best players in the world — and to help Dortmund win more championships and honors.”

Ma Li smiled, clearly moved by his conviction.
“Thank you, Mr. Su Luo. I believe you’ll make that dream come true.”

Chapter 1033 Thank You, Emily

“You did a great job, Su Luo! Whether it’s on the field or during private training, you always work hard and prove yourself through your actions.”

Su Luo looked at Emily with a warm smile, feeling her support and encouragement.

“Thank you for always being there for me, Emily. I know that no matter what difficulties I face, I can count on you.”

Determination flashed in Emily’s eyes.
“Su Luo, we’ll face everything together — whether it’s victory or setbacks, we’ll move forward hand in hand.”

They looked at each other and smiled. In that private gym, they had built their own strength and courage.
Every training session deepened their shared sense of purpose and belief.

Later, in the central square of Dortmund, a group of young football players gathered together. They gazed at Su Luo with admiration and hope as he stood on stage with a confident smile.

Su Luo could feel the fiery passion and dreams burning in their eyes. He took a deep breath and began to speak.

“Hello everyone! I’m really happy to be here today and to have the chance to share my experiences with you,” Su Luo began warmly.

The young players listened intently, their eyes shining with ambition as they dreamed of becoming players like him. From time to time, the crowd burst into cheers and applause.

Su Luo went on to talk about his challenging but fulfilling career. He recalled his early days — struggling in a small league with no guaranteed salary before finally joining Dortmund.

“Many people once told me that giving up on my dream was the sensible thing to do,” he said with a calm smile. “But I chose to believe in myself. Whenever I faced difficulties, I reminded myself that there’s no problem in this world that can’t be overcome. As long as you have enough passion and perseverance, you can achieve anything you strive for.”

The young players were captivated. They could feel the strength and inspiration in Su Luo’s words — the belief that hard work could make anything possible.

Su Luo then shared his experiences from Dortmund’s success, emphasizing the importance of teamwork and self-improvement.

“On the field, we are one team. Everyone has a different but vital role. Only when we work together can we overcome even the strongest opponents.

And don’t forget — as you chase your personal dreams, discipline and persistence will be your greatest driving forces. Never stop improving yourself.”

Thunderous applause followed. The young players were deeply moved, their hearts filled with hope and determination for the future.

Later that afternoon, Su Luo and Emily walked hand in hand along a quiet lakeside path on the outskirts of Dortmund.
Sunlight filtered through the trees, scattering patches of light and shadow across the ground.
A gentle breeze rippled across the lake, creating soft, glittering waves.

Their conversation flowed naturally and easily. Su Luo could feel Emily’s unwavering support for his career, and he knew she was his strongest source of strength.

At the same time, he sensed her growing hope that their relationship would deepen in the future.

“Emily,” Su Luo said softly, “I’m really lucky to have you by my side. Your support and understanding give me confidence to keep moving forward.”

Emily looked at him tenderly. “Su Luo, you’re such an admirable and inspiring person. I’ve always been proud of you. No matter how far you go or what you achieve, I’ll always stand beside you.”

Chapter 62 Sasuke: "No Matter How Much I Cry For Help, You Won't Come To Save Me!"

[After taking revenge, you lost your goals, and your life had no purpose, so you agreed to contribute the power of Nine Tails.]

Naruto watched the simulation unfold, feeling like it was slipping out of his control.

After the character’s strength increased, it seemed that his options had become more limited.

[You follow the mysterious masked man back to the Akatsuki base but are warned that you will die if you lose the Tailed Beast.]

[Although you are living without a goal, you don’t want to die, so you begin to resist.]

【You vs. All Akatsuki Members】

[You kill all members of the Akatsuki and severely injure the mysterious masked man who calls himself Uchiha Madara, but eventually, you die under the mysterious masked man’s Kamui.]

【You are dead…】

[Simulation ends.]

[Simulation evaluation: A life dominated by hatred, living only to become stronger and seek revenge. Your achievements are the pinnacle of ninjas in the world, but what follows after revenge is indescribable emptiness.]

[System rating: 8]
[Reward: Level 8 Physical Enhancement]
【Bonus selection card: Uzumaki】

Inside the room, Naruto sat on the bed, feeling his body surge with new power.

It was the first time he had received such a high rating. Naruto hadn’t expected the improvement to be this dramatic.

【Host: Uzumaki Naruto
Characteristics: Uzumaki bloodline, Senju bloodline, Ashura reincarnation, Nine Tails Jinchūriki
Techniques: Seduction Technique, Transformation Technique, Adamantine Sealing Chains - Kai, Eight Sign Seal - Ji, Myojin Gate
Combat Power: 21,222 + 149,600
Backpack: 16.594 billion silver taels
Number of Simulations: 4
Mission: Chūnin Exam】

The original combat strength of over 10,000 had soared to 20,000.

With Kurama’s addition, he could unleash super Kage-level combat power—slightly inferior to the legendary Uchiha Madara and Senju Hashirama.

Naruto considered which abilities he wanted to claim from the reward cards.

This simulated character was extremely powerful—the strongest Naruto had ever simulated.

He had acquired numerous ninjutsu and unique abilities.

Naruto summarized the rewards into three categories:

  1. A huge amount of ninjutsu.

  2. One Kurama with a Yang attribute.

  3. Other abilities.

After thinking it over, Naruto decided that choosing half of Kurama’s power would be less beneficial than acquiring a massive amount of ninjutsu. This would improve his own strength rather than Kurama’s.

"System, choose the ninjutsu," he said.

[Ding~ Reward selection successful.]

After the selection, many memories flooded into Naruto’s mind:

Lightning Style Armor, Ultra Light Rock Technique, Great Spiral Rinyu, and the standard Rasengan.

Of course, ninjutsu didn’t stop there. Only a few were high-level, but Naruto felt a twinge of regret. Immortal arts, secret techniques, and abilities from the Cult of Evil God were not classified as ninjutsu.

Still, Naruto’s primary goal had been achieved.

After receiving the ninjutsu memories, Naruto checked his attributes again.

【Host: Uzumaki Naruto
Characteristics: Uzumaki bloodline, Senju bloodline, Ashura reincarnation, Nine Tails Jinchūriki
Techniques: Adamantine Sealing Chains - Kai, Eight Sign Seal - Extreme, Myojin Gate, Great Spiral Wheel, Ultra Light Rock Technique, Lightning Style Armor…
Combat Strength: 68,777 + 149,600
Backpack: 16.594 billion silver taels
Number of Simulations: 4
Mission: Chūnin Exam】

"Hiss~"

Naruto exhaled deeply. He hadn’t expected such a massive boost.

Previously, Naruto had combat experience but limited ninjutsu. Now, he had an enormous arsenal.

In other words, his previous combat power relied on experience × sealing techniques. Now it was experience × sealing techniques × ninjutsu.

Coupled with Level 8 physical enhancement and bloodline power, his combat strength neared 70,000.

According to the system’s data, Naruto had become a formidable shadow.

Although he was still slightly weaker than Madara and Hashirama in their prime, with Kurama’s power, Naruto could now contend with them.

Naruto glanced at the remaining four simulations with both anticipation and caution.

With any luck, he could complete them quickly, avoiding Akatsuki threats and freeing himself from Konoha’s restrictions.

He began the next simulation. Unfortunately, his luck was diminished this time.

The simulated character, despite being over thirty years old, remained only a Chūnin. Luckily, he excelled at intelligence gathering, so Naruto focused on that skill and obtained a Level 3 physical enhancement as well.

Although unlucky, Naruto’s confidence remained intact. He started the third simulation of the day.

At first, the simulated character was a member of the Uzumaki clan. But the remaining attributes were disappointing.

This character was captured as a Jinchūriki and lived a life of frustration.

Finally, Naruto received a Level 4 physical enhancement and a Furious Complete Nine Tails card, boosting his combat power beyond 77,000.

As for the Furious Nine Tails in the card? Naruto planned to feed it to his own Kurama at the right time.

Naruto then paused the simulations. Only two opportunities remained. He decided to approach them deliberately, taking time to rest, meditate, and prepare—sometimes metaphysics requires faith.

The second Chūnin Exam began soon.

Outside the Forest of Death, teams of candidates gathered one by one.

Naruto noticed a very strange figure among them—Orochimaru.

Under Mitarashi Anko’s supervision, everyone felt uneasy, and Naruto noticed many eyes were fixed on him.

"Is that him?" someone whispered.

"It seems so—a candidate who could serve as an instructor immediately after graduation and defeat elite Jōnin."

"Better avoid him for now, or you’ll have bad luck."

Haruno Sakura felt scared at first, but seeing everyone avoid Naruto deliberately made her feel calmer.

Soon, the exam began.

Each team received their scrolls and entered the Forest of Death one by one.

Shortly after entering, Naruto and his teammates encountered a straw-hat-wearing candidate.

"Do you dare to try and take the scroll alone?"

Sasuke said coldly and arrogantly, "Naruto, you don’t need to act. Just give it to me!"

Naruto glanced at Orochimaru, disguised as a Genin, and asked Sasuke uncertainly, "Are you sure, pillar?"

Sasuke smiled confidently, "Of course! If I can’t defeat a single Genin, I’m not qualified for these missions, nor to receive your guidance!"

"Um…" Naruto scratched his head. "Zhuzi, you should know there are powerful people outside…"

Sasuke waved his hand, "No need to say more, Naruto. I’ve made up my mind!"

"I might even say…"

"Wait a minute. I can’t beat this guy alone. No matter how much I cry for help, don’t come to save me!"

Naruto: "..."

Chapter 128 Iron Man Allensvs Iron Man Stan

Rumble.

Night had just fallen over New York.

As an international metropolis, New York was more alive at night than during the day. Neon lights painted the streets, making the city shimmer like one that never sleeps.

At the heart of the city, the iconic Stark Building was in ruins. Its glass facade had been blasted to pieces, and a massive steel mech lay sprawled across the middle of the road.

Peng, peng, peng.

Speeding cars skidded and collided with the towering machine. Fires erupted, and explosions shattered the night. The once-peaceful streets of New York had become a scene of chaos.

“What the hell is that?!”

Traffic ground to a halt as drivers stared at the four-meter-tall steel mech at the center of the destruction.

“Oh my God… a steel robot?!”

“This is insane… Anna, I’m not crazy! You heard me right—look at that thing!”

On the highway, screams and chaos filled the air. Someone called The New York Times, reporting the appearance of a gigantic steel robot in the city. Within minutes, helicopters were dispatched, carrying reporters to cover the incident live.

Peng, peng, peng.

At the center of the chaos, Iron Monger raised one massive foot. Obadiah Stane’s face was twisted in madness. Civilian deaths meant nothing to him—he only wanted to test the full power of his creation.

Boom.

The mech stomped on a car, crushing it upright. Inside, a terrified man in his forties screamed.

Kaka.

Obadiah’s gaze was wild. He slammed a red button in front of him. Immediately, the Iron Monger raised its palm, and a storm of bullets erupted in every direction.

Da-da-da-da.

Cars were shredded, and fleeing civilians were torn apart. Screams filled the streets, echoing over the roar of gunfire.

“Hahaha!”

Obadiah laughed maniacally, a sound he hadn’t allowed himself in years. He no longer cared about maintaining a civilized facade—he was pure chaos.

“This is the New York Times. From the helicopter cameras, we can see a steel robot wreaking havoc less than a kilometer from the Stark Building. Who will stop this monster?”

Above the city, a reporter broadcast live, her voice trembling as she surveyed the destruction.

“SIR, the Iron Monger situation is spreading. Everyone in New York is now focused on him,” J.A.R.V.I.S reported from Tony Stark’s private villa. On the floor-to-ceiling windows, news feeds from across the city flooded the screens.

“Good. Obadiah Stane hasn’t disappointed me,” Tony muttered with a cold smile.

He stood and stretched. In front of him, his gold-and-red Iron Man suit began to assemble automatically. Mechanical components surged over his body, locking into place until the helmet sealed over his face.

“J.A.R.V.I.S., activate autopilot,” Tony commanded.

Data streams filled his HUD. The villa’s ceiling opened, and flames shot from the suit’s hands and feet as it rocketed into the sky.

Boom.

Exceeding Mach 10, Tony soared above the Iron Monger, watching as the mech destroyed vehicles below. A sneer curved his lips.

Boom.

Tony’s palm cannon released a mass of red energy pillars, striking the Iron Monger. The impact sent the mech sliding back tens of meters, its tons of weight tearing a trench into the ground.

“F***K… Tony Stark?!”

Obadiah’s eyes blazed as he recognized the triangular Arc Reactor in Tony’s chest. His target—his obsession—had arrived.

Click.

Tony lifted his visor, revealing his face. Sarcasm danced in his eyes.

“Hey, Obadiah… I’ve got to say, your sense of style is really retro. See this? This is how aesthetics should look in the new era.”

Obadiah’s fury boiled over.

“Damn Tony Stark! I’ll reduce you to ashes!”

He slammed the control panel. Two Jericho missiles launched from Iron Monger’s shoulders toward Tony.

Rumble.

Tony raised his hand, deploying a blue energy shield. The missiles slammed into it, but the shield held firm.

“Is that all you’ve got, Iron Monger? Pathetic,” Tony taunted.

The words only fueled Obadiah’s rage.

Boom.

Iron Monger’s flight system ignited, flames blasting from his shoulders and feet as he charged at Tony. He swung a massive fist at the golden-red suit, sending Tony crashing into a nearby building.

Peng, peng, peng.

Iron Monger smashed the ground, grabbed cars with each massive hand, and hurled them at Tony. The fight had officially begun.

Chapter 127: The Birth Of The Iron Overlord

At Stark Building, Tony Stark sat in the chairman’s office on the top floor. At the moment, he had nothing to do—Obadiah Stane and other shareholders had stripped away his authority—but Tony didn’t mind. Everything was going according to his plan.

Scarlet Witch Wanda stood behind him, gently massaging his temples. Her hands glowed with soft red energy, which merged into the Mind Gem embedded in Tony’s forehead, gradually adjusting its seal.

“Wanda, sweetheart, the curtain has begun,” Tony said, his eyes slowly opening. A sneer tugged at the corner of his mouth as he lightly tapped the table. Instantly, the surface transformed into a three-dimensional holographic projection.

On the projection, Pepper Potts, Director of Public Relations, was talking to a man in a suit with a slightly receding hairline—Phil Coulson, an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.

Since becoming PR Director, Pepper had been busy handling Tony’s public image, which was notoriously disastrous. And now, an agent from the Homeland Strategic Defense, Offensive and Logistic Support Agency had appeared unannounced, investigating how Tony had escaped and what had changed at Stark Industries.

“Well… the name really sounds like an old lady’s foot wrap—long, smelly, and complicated,” Pepper muttered, glancing at Coulson. Despite her complaint, Coulson just smiled.

“Mr. Coulson, how did Tony escape?” Pepper asked seriously. “I don’t think you should ask me about this. It’s Tony Stark’s business.”

“And the Stark Group—any problems there?” Coulson inquired. “By the way, they recently hired a new secretary. I must say, she’s charming enough to draw all eyes—especially Tony’s.”

Pepper frowned, her tone slightly sour. Yet Coulson’s interest deepened—S.H.I.E.L.D. had always been curious about Tony’s escape.

“Alright, Miss Pepper, may I schedule a meeting with Mr. Stark?” Coulson asked, seeing Pepper’s professional demeanor.

“You should coordinate with Ms. Wanda,” Pepper reminded him. “She’s Tony Stark’s personal secretary now. You know Tony—he doesn’t like strangers. I’ll act as the intermediary.”

Coulson’s expression turned serious. Their prior analysis of Tony confirmed it—his narcissistic and stubborn personality would never allow him to meet a S.H.I.E.L.D. agent directly. Pepper was the key.

“Very well,” Coulson said. “At least I still have some leverage.”

Pepper led him out of the office and toward the top floor where Tony awaited.

Meanwhile, a man dressed as a janitor slipped into Pepper’s office. Calm and precise, he approached her safe, deploying professional tools to open it with ease.

When the safe clicked open, a white light radiated from within. The man’s eyes widened in surprise. Carefully, he lifted a glass cover. Inside rested a small Arc Reactor, glowing brilliantly. Etched on its tray were the words: “Tony Stark has a warm heart.”

“Sir, the item has been secured,” the man reported through a built-in earpiece, his voice cold and professional. Though impressed by the Arc Reactor, he remained focused on completing his mission.

“Good. Take it to my lab immediately,” Obadiah Stane’s voice crackled with excitement and madness over the comms. Beside him, a team of scientists performed the final checks on the Iron Monger armor.

Obadiah couldn’t wait any longer. Stark Industries had lost hundreds of millions since Tony had shut down the military weapons division. Now, Obadiah claimed the company—and soon, the world.

Not long after, the operatives returned. Obadiah held the Arc Reactor aloft and ordered it to be installed into the Iron Monger.

Buzz, buzz.

The lifeless steel machine began to recharge, as though awakening. Its eyes glowed, and the mechanical components ran self-diagnostics across its body.

“It’s incredible,” muttered Bloomfield Barnett, the Stark weapons scientist, standing behind Obadiah. “A miniaturized Arc Reactor… Tony Stark really is a genius.”

Obadiah’s eyes gleamed with madness. “This is my Iron Monger. The Stark Group is finally mine.”

In the heavily guarded control room, Obadiah donned a neural interface device, allowing him to control the Iron Monger freely. His fingers twitched slightly, and the massive suit’s fists clenched and opened. The exoskeleton hummed with terrifying strength.

“I… am Iron Monger!” Obadiah roared.

“Tony Stark, I will destroy you with my own hands,” he snarled, ready to unleash the full might of his creation.

Chapter 1032: Started His Own Special Training

Su Luo walked past a row of shelves filled with his jerseys and autographed memorabilia when he noticed a young fan approaching.

The fan recognized him instantly, stopping in excitement.

"Su Luo! I’m so happy to see you here!"

Su Luo smiled and nodded warmly.
"Hello! Thank you for supporting our team."

The fan nervously grabbed Su Luo’s hand.
"Su Luo, could you give me your autograph?"

Without hesitation, Su Luo took the marker and paper. He carefully signed his name and added a few words of encouragement before handing it back.

The fan looked down at the signature with pure joy.
"Thank you, Su Luo! I’ll always support you!"

"You’re welcome," Su Luo replied gently. "Without the support of fans like you, we wouldn’t be where we are today."

The fan’s eyes glistened with emotion.
"Su Luo, you’re my idol! I love watching you play. Your skills and leadership are incredible!"

Su Luo chuckled softly. "Thank you for saying that. Every time I step on the pitch, I give my all to help our team win."

The fan squeezed his hand tightly.
"I believe in you! Keep going!"

Feeling the warmth and sincerity of the fan’s words, Su Luo’s heart swelled with gratitude. He realized that he wasn’t just an ordinary football player anymore. To people like this fan, he represented hope, inspiration, and unity.

Later, Su Luo stood in the center of his private gym, surrounded by a quiet, focused atmosphere. This was his personal training space — a place dedicated entirely to his growth.

The room was equipped with the latest fitness machines, and the walls were covered with posters and photos from his career. Every detail reflected his endless passion and dedication to football.

At that moment, Su Luo began his special training routine. His movements flowed seamlessly — every swing, cut, and shot full of strength and precision. Energy surged through his body; he was in peak form.

Standing nearby was Emily, watching with admiration and pride in her eyes. She knew Su Luo had developed his own scientific and highly personalized training system. It not only unlocked his full potential but also brought more victories to the team.

The gym was silent except for the sound of Su Luo’s breathing and the rhythmic clash of equipment. He stood tall and steady, a faint frown of focus on his face, completely immersed in his training. Every motion reflected his deep understanding of football.

Emily knew this private gym had witnessed Su Luo’s transformation — from a talented player into the team’s core leader. He trained relentlessly, not just for his dreams, but for his teammates and all the fans who believed in him.

She looked into his sharp, determined eyes and felt reassured. She understood that although the road ahead would be tough, they would face every challenge together.

In this private space, the two shared an unspoken connection — a mutual exchange of strength and motivation.

A few hours later, Su Luo finally wiped the sweat from his forehead and ended his session with satisfaction.

Emily walked over and gently patted his damp back.

Chapter 1031 I Believe We Can Defeat Any Opponent

“Su Luo is like an uncut gem.”

Mendes liked to use metaphors when talking about players. “Only through hard training and concentration can he truly reveal his brilliance and potential.”

With years of experience and a keen eye for talent, Mendes was confident about Su Luo’s future. Over time, he had seen countless prodigies fall short due to a lack of discipline and self-control.

But Su Luo was different — he possessed an extraordinary level of self-discipline and focus.

“We have to keep Su Luo grounded,” Mendes said firmly, his tone full of conviction. “Amidst all the applause and praise, we must make him understand that success never falls from the sky.”

As an agent, Mendes knew better than anyone how ruthless the world of football could be. Only those who remained hardworking and focused could rise to the top.

“The key,” Mendes continued, “is to make sure Su Luo never loses his love for football. Only by finding joy in the sport and giving his heart to it can he truly reach the peak.”

The conference room fell silent. Mendes’ words lingered in the air as the others nodded thoughtfully. They all agreed, but they also knew how difficult it was for young players to maintain such calmness and clarity in the spotlight.

Morning sunlight streamed through the café window, casting a warm glow on Su Luo’s face.

He had just finished a cup of strong coffee, and on the table sat a half-eaten slice of bread with butter and jam — breakfast prepared by Robert and Hagen.

The café had long been their favorite meeting spot — a place where teammates and friends gathered to share their dreams, frustrations, and little stories from life on and off the pitch.

“Su Luo, I heard the coach has something important to announce before training today,” Hagen said playfully, handing Su Luo a piece of dark chocolate. “Don’t forget, you’re the one leading us to victory.”

Su Luo smiled and accepted the chocolate. “Don’t be so dramatic, Hagen. Everyone knows you’re the real iron captain around here.”

Robert joined in with a grin. “Actually, I’ve heard a few rumors too. They say the coach is planning some tactical adjustments — maybe we’ll get more chances to break through our opponents’ defense.”

“No matter what happens, we have to give our best,” Su Luo replied seriously.

He had always emphasized teamwork over individual heroics and stayed calm even as expectations for him continued to rise.

“In my eyes, football isn’t a stage for one person,” he continued. “It’s a battlefield where unity and cooperation decide victory.”

“You’re right,” Hagen nodded. “Only when everyone understands each other perfectly can we build a truly powerful team.”

Su Luo looked out the window toward the direction of the training ground.

“We’ve been through tough years — injuries, setbacks, and challenges. But now we have a solid squad and some promising new players. As long as everyone stays focused and confident, and remembers the value of teamwork, I believe we can defeat any opponent.”

Both Hagen and Robert nodded firmly in agreement.

After Su Luo became the team’s core, expectations from fans and the media grew — but so did the pressure on his teammates. Still, their shared belief in each other kept Dortmund strong.

Later that day, Su Luo walked into a sports goods store in Dortmund and felt an instant sense of familiarity.

He had always liked coming here — it was a place filled with the enthusiasm of fans, where shelves were lined with the jerseys, scarves, and memorabilia of their beloved club.

Chapter 60 To Save Companions At The Critical Moment

[You are twelve years old, you have graduated from the Ninja Academy, your intended teammates are Uchiha Sasuke and Haruno Sakura, and your instructor is Hatake Kakashi. Do you accept this status quo? Your choice is…]

"Although Kakashi teaches in an unconventional way, he really is a capable instructor."

"Right now, this character is fueled only by hatred. I’m still too weak… I’ll just follow the plot."

[Team 7 is established. Hatake Kakashi will give you an assessment. The task is to grab the bells—only those who obtain a bell will graduate successfully. However, there are three of you and only two bells.]

[During the assessment, Sasuke rushes forward first but is subdued by Kakashi’s illusion.

Haruno Sakura is also defeated by the illusion, while you hide in the shadows.

You now have two choices: 1) Rescue Sasuke and Haruno Sakura, or 2) Rush forward to face Kakashi alone. Your choice is…]

"If I remember correctly, the purpose of this assessment is teamwork and valuing your companions."

"Alright, let’s try to save them first."

[You rescue Sasuke and Haruno Sakura when Kakashi deliberately lets you succeed.

You realize that you cannot defeat Kakashi alone, so you cooperate, but are still defeated.

Because you concealed your strength, Kakashi ties you to a tree. You watch dinner with Sasuke and Haruno Sakura.]

[Sasuke wants to share his meal with you, but Haruno Sakura stops him, saying that Kakashi forbade giving you food. She says, "Sasuke, leave him alone. Anyway, he’s called a monster; he won’t eat a meal, so it’s nothing."]

[Sasuke finally unties you and lets you eat. Kakashi, who was observing secretly, announces that you and Sasuke passed the exam.

However, Haruno Sakura’s words hurt you. You remain outwardly calm, but inside, you grit your teeth.]

[Kakashi gives two choices: 1) You and Sasuke abandon Haruno Sakura and form the first-ever two-person team, or 2) You and Sasuke accompany Haruno Sakura to repeat her studies for another year.]

"Why is there even this option?"

"Logically, Sasuke and I passed the exam; only Sakura hasn’t."

"Is this really a test? Fine, let’s try option 2."

[You go against your heart and choose the second route. Sasuke hesitates but follows your decision.

Kakashi announces that all three of you passed because you and Sasuke did not give up on Haruno Sakura despite her failure. The team’s two-thirds unity rate barely qualifies, and Haruno Sakura can be trained further later.]

"Tsk tsk… did you really pass this? Perhaps the Third Hokage gave Kakashi a task to test the attitudes of Sasuke and Menma, while little Sakura is dispensable."

[Team 7 begins performing missions. Since these are low-level and non-combat tasks, your hidden strength is not discovered by Kakashi.]

[Soon, Team 7 receives a mission in the Land of Waves. You now have the opportunity to leave Konoha and become a rogue ninja. Your choice is…]

"Leave Konoha now?"

"This character isn’t strong yet, and Nine Tails resides in my body…"

"If I leave, the Akatsuki will target me. If captured and separated from Nine Tails, I’d have no choice but to give it up."

"Furthermore, my current strength is low, and my physical development is still insufficient."

"If I stay in Konoha, I can also train through the Chūnin exam and handle Sasuke’s defection plot later."

"And eventually, the old pervert Jiraiya will accept me as a disciple."

"Defection? No… no. I’ll endure for now."

[The mission to the Land of Waves ends, your strength has improved, and the Chūnin exam begins. Your choice is…]

"Of course I want to participate."

[You choose to take the Chūnin exam. On the way, Sasuke is attacked by Orochimaru. Your choice is…]

"Of course. This is a perfect chance to practice my skills—attack Orochimaru with full strength."

Because Orochimaru does not kill Naruto, Sasuke, or Haruno Sakura in the original story, Naruto knows this fight is safe.

[You attack with full strength. Orochimaru fights back but is surprised by your power. He plants the Cursed Seal of Heaven on you.]

[Nine Tails senses the invasion of its territory and destroys the Cursed Seal of Heaven.]

Naruto: "6"

[The second Chūnin exam ends. You meet Jiraiya, who wants to take you as his disciple. What do you choose…]

"Of course I want to become a disciple."

"This is a stage for a major breakthrough in strength, according to the original story."

[You become Jiraiya’s apprentice. Jiraiya wants to test your strength. Your choice is…]

"Don’t hide my strength."

"This lets Jiraiya provide guidance based on my actual power."

"Although it might expose my true identity, Jiraiya knows who I am and is unlikely to harm me."

[During Jiraiya’s assessment, you do not hide your strength. Jiraiya is surprised and asks why you conceal your abilities. You answer…]

"To make enemies underestimate me, so I can save my teammates at critical moments."

[Your answer satisfies Jiraiya completely. He begins teaching you confidently.]

[Under Jiraiya’s guidance, your strength improves rapidly.]

[Your taijutsu, ninjutsu, and combat experience increase significantly. You learn Rasengan and Summoning techniques.]

[On the way to the third Chūnin exam, Sand Village ninjas and Orochimaru launch a plan to collapse Konoha.]

[You defeat Gaara and Shukaku, return to the Chūnin exam site, and see the Four Purple Sun Formation used by the Four Sound Ninjas. Inside are Orochimaru, Impure World Reincarnation Senju Hashirama, Impure World Reincarnation Senju Tobirama, and Sarutobi Hiruzen.]

[Sarutobi Hiruzen struggles to hold on and finally seals Orochimaru’s hands at the cost of his life. The Four Purple Sun Formation dissipates, leaving Orochimaru under siege from Konoha ninjas and Jiraiya.]

[Orochimaru attempts to create chaos to escape, revealing the truth: you are the son of the Fourth Hokage, Namikaze Minato.]

[You learn your true identity, recall the injustices suffered over the years, lose control, and are taken over by Nine Tails.]

[Konoha ninjas refuse to attack. To prevent you from destroying Konoha, Jiraiya tells them you are the fox demon, prompting them to take action. You are restrained by sealing techniques, but Jiraiya’s words reach you. You wonder if he betrayed you…]

[You awaken, realizing that seals cover your body. You are completely controlled by Konoha and extremely weak. Jiraiya apologizes. Do you accept…]

"Well… just accept it."

"Now that I know key ninjutsu, let’s see if I can get Jiraiya to release control and leave Konoha."

[You accept Jiraiya’s apology and say: "Master, I know you also want to protect Konoha. Isn’t that our shared goal? Nine Tails took over my body because of my carelessness. I should apologize…"]

Chapter 59 Mianma Template

Naruto noticed the system prompts and felt much calmer.

The first exam had just ended, and he directly received a B-level evaluation.

It seemed that getting an S-level rating in the future wouldn’t be difficult.

After gaining so many simulation opportunities, Naruto decided to work on improving his weaknesses.

Naruto summarized the following shortcomings:

His intelligence-gathering abilities were lacking.

His ninja body wasn’t very strong either—the only things he excelled at were sealing techniques and combat experience.

So, the next main goal was to obtain a stronger ninja body template.

As for intelligence-gathering, it could be improved by learning some secret techniques.

Regarding how to further enhance his strength, Naruto thought of two options:

First: Strengthen his physical combat abilities.
Second: Cultivate a stronger Kurama.

Naruto preferred to increase his own combat power first.

As for developing a stronger Kurama—well, that would come afterward.

Although Naruto and Kurama had a good relationship, when analyzed rationally, one could only truly feel secure when the strength rested in one’s own hands.

After all, relationships are relationships.

No matter how good they are, they can’t replace personal power.

Even brothers who share blood still keep their accounts clear to avoid resentment or mistrust.

Once Naruto decided to start the simulation, he prepared himself carefully beforehand.

He ate, bathed, burned incense, and washed his hands five times.

Finally, Naruto chose an auspicious moment and waited for his preferred timing.

"System, start simulation!"

[Ding~ Host consumes one simulation opportunity. Character creation begins.]

[Extracting character surnames: Shanshan, Shanxia, Yamanaka, Shanli, Shanwai, Shanquan, Shanuchi...]

Naruto: "Fire!!"

【……Uzumaki】

"No more firing, choose Uzumaki."

[Character talent extraction complete: Heiji, Rock Lee (hiding from the rain)... Uzumaki Menma.]

"Uzumaki Menma? The one who loves to show off?"

"Not bad, I’ll take that."

Choosing the Uzumaki clan along with Menma’s talent basically gave him Menma’s template.

But what happened next made Naruto feel uneasy—

Because almost every attribute turned out to be Uzumaki Menma.

Finally, Naruto selected the finalized properties for the simulation:

[Surname: Uzumaki
Talent: Uzumaki Menma
Health: Uzumaki Menma
IQ: Uzumaki
Character: Uzumaki Menma
Relationships: Uzumaki Naruto – Childhood
Appearance: Uzumaki Menma
Hobbies: Uzumaki Menma
Specialties: Uzumaki Menma]

[System Evaluation: You belong to the Uzumaki clan and possess enormous Chakra.
You are extremely talented.
Your health is exceptional.
Your IQ is only slightly below the Nara clan’s level.
You have a poor personality.
No one likes you.
You look like a villain.
You enjoy collecting power.
You are skilled at planning.]

For the time period, Naruto chose the Nine Tails Rebellion.

Because this gave him the chance to become a Jinchūriki.

Although being a Jinchūriki meant suffering, it also meant being powerful!

And since it wasn’t himself suffering—it was just the simulated character—Naruto was the one who would enjoy the rewards later.

So why not?

As for the location, Konoha was chosen without hesitation.

After all, Konoha was the protagonist’s village of the ninja world.

Although the village had its darkness, it was full of opportunities—helpful for gaining strength.

【Start Simulation!】

[You were born in Konoha. Your mother is Uzumaki Kushina, and your father is Namikaze Minato. Unfortunately, you are born during the Nine Tails’ attack on the village.]

"Yo? Starting with the Nine Tails, huh?"

"Mom Kushina, Dad Minato, the Nine Tails Rebellion—looks like I’m becoming a Jinchūriki right away!"

[The Nine Tails Rebellion ends. You become the new Jinchūriki. Your parents die.]

[You are taken in by the Third Hokage, Sarutobi Hiruzen, and fostered in a villager’s home.]

[Rumors spread that you are the demon fox’s reincarnation, and your life becomes miserable.]

[At age three, you have already gone through seventeen foster homes.]

[You are sent to an orphanage.]

[At age four, you begin to develop self-awareness. You realize the villagers hate you deeply, and the seeds of hatred start to grow within you.]

[One day, you encounter a group of kids bullying a little girl with white eyes. You hesitate whether to help. Your choice is…]

"Bullying Hinata?"

"Even if it’s just a simulation, that’s not okay!"

[You chose to help the Hyuga girl but were beaten up. Members of the Hyuga branch family saw you talking to Hinata and beat you again.]

[You realize that not only do good deeds go unrewarded, they bring you more pain. You decide never to act kindly again, no matter the situation.]

[Sarutobi Hiruzen notices your change and discusses it with Shimura Danzo.]

[When you are five, one night, a stranger with strange red eyes appears in your room.]

[He asks, “Uzumaki Menma, do you hate the villagers?” waiting for your answer.]

"If a child gets bullied, of course he’d hate them.
But this guy’s eyes… Mangekyō Sharingan? No, at this time, Itachi hasn’t awakened it yet.
So this must be Shisui!"

"At this point, Shisui should already be involved with the Anbu and Root units.
He’s probably been ordered to use Kotoamatsukami on me."

"If I get caught by Kotoamatsukami, I’ll lose everything. Better play it safe."

[You answer that you don’t hate the villagers. You say they were just deceived, and you still love them.]

[Uchiha Shisui, who was ordered to use Kotoamatsukami on you, hesitates after hearing your words and instead reports the situation to Sarutobi Hiruzen and Shimura Danzo.]

[Danzo insists that the Jinchūriki must be controlled for safety and orders Shisui to cast the genjutsu anyway, but Sarutobi Hiruzen stops him because you are the Fourth Hokage’s son.]

[You avoid being brainwashed by Kotoamatsukami, but your hatred grows deeper—hidden within your heart.]

[At age six, you enter the Ninja Academy. Watching the other children with loving parents fills you with resentment.]

[You begin learning ninja basics and quickly master everything. The first exam approaches. You want to take first place and draw attention. Your choice is…]

"First place in the exam? No way!"

"That’ll make me stand out too much. If Danzo notices me, I’m done for."

"Better keep my grades average."

[You deliberately control your score and end up in the middle-lower range.]

[At age ten, you are easily defeated by Uchiha Sasuke in a sparring exercise. Nara Shikamaru notices something—he suspects you’re hiding your real strength.]

[After class, Shikamaru asks why you went easy on Sasuke, since he could tell you were much stronger. Your answer is…]

"Shikamaru figured it out?"

"That kid’s too sharp. Better scare him off."

[You tell Shikamaru that if he keeps asking questions, he’ll regret it. Shikamaru drops the matter and walks away.]

"It really is you, Shikamaru."

Chapter 126 Private Secretary Wanda

Crash!

Inside Tony Stark’s private villa, the dark room suddenly lit up. Under J.A.R.V.I.S.’s control, the automated curtains lifted, allowing warm rays of sunlight to stream through the floor-to-ceiling windows. The once-dim bedroom was now bathed in golden light.

Across the glass, digital panels appeared in quick succession—displaying the time, weather, temperature, and oxygen concentration.

On the soft Simmons bed, Pepper Potts slowly woke up. She stretched lazily and glanced at the man standing by the window. Seeing her lover, she couldn’t help but feel that she had everything she could ever want.

“Honey, what are you staring at?” she teased softly.

Dressed in a red nightgown that highlighted her perfect figure, Pepper walked up behind Tony, hugged him gently, and rested her cheek against his broad back.

“Sweetheart, you finally got up. The sun’s practically roasting your ass already,” Tony joked, a mischievous smile tugging at his lips. He turned around, met Pepper’s loving gaze, and gave her a quick kiss before grabbing a pizza box from the nearby table.

“Heart-shaped pizza—for my beloved Pepper Potts.”

Pepper chuckled when she saw the cute writing on the pizza. With a bright smile, she picked up a small slice—but then her eyes landed on a messy corner of the table. There, resting quietly, was a circular device glowing faintly with white light.

“Tony, what is this?” she asked curiously, walking over to the object.

“That?” Tony replied, his tone half-serious, half-playful. “That’s a miniature Arc Reactor. A little something made by the genius Tony Stark.”

Pepper rolled her eyes at his narcissism, though a fond smile tugged at her lips. She carefully picked up the reactor, realizing just how valuable the tiny device in her hands was.

“This is beautiful, Tony. Why would you leave something so important just lying around?”

“That one’s obsolete,” Tony said casually, glancing over. “I was planning to throw it out. You know me—I’m not exactly the sentimental type.”

Pepper shook her head helplessly. “Alright then, I’ll keep it safe for you.”

After changing into her work clothes, Pepper left the villa for Stark Industries. As the head of the Public Relations Department, she held a high-ranking position—at least on paper. In reality, Obadiah Stane had been quietly undermining her authority, and even Tony’s influence as chairman was being slowly eroded.

Before leaving, she called back to remind him, “Oh, by the way, Tony, the new secretary for the chairman’s office has been chosen. Are you interested in meeting her? I heard she’s quite the beauty.”

J.A.R.V.I.S. automatically connected the call, her voice echoing through the hall.

“I see,” Tony replied lightly. “I’ll go meet her.”

After hanging up, his expression darkened. The warmth from earlier faded, replaced by cold calculation. “Everything’s in place,” he muttered. “Obadiah will definitely go after the Arc Reactor Pepper has. That means… the Iron Monger will soon be born.”

A cold smile appeared on his lips as a limited-edition Koenigsegg rolled out of the garage. Tony stepped inside, the engine roared to life, and the car sped away from the villa.

At the Stark Building, a stunning red-haired woman in a professional outfit walked in, holding a folder. Her striking appearance immediately drew the attention of everyone in the lobby.

“Welcome, Miss Wanda. It’s a pleasure to have you join Stark Industries,” Pepper said politely, though she couldn’t help feeling a hint of envy. The new secretary’s beauty and poise were undeniable.

“Nice to meet you, Miss Potts,” Wanda replied with a warm smile. “My name is Wanda Maximoff. I look forward to working with you.”

Following Tony’s arrangement, Wanda Maximoff, also known as the Scarlet Witch, had officially joined as his personal secretary—a perfect cover for someone with her unique abilities.

When she arrived on the top floor, she found Tony sitting leisurely in his chair, gazing down at the New York skyline.

“Mr. Stark,” she greeted softly, bowing slightly. “I’m your new secretary—Wanda.”

Tony looked up, a faint smirk on his face. “Miss Wanda, it’s a pleasure to have you on board.”

Their eyes met for a brief moment—an unspoken understanding passing between them. The act was perfect, and the illusion complete. Tony had placed Wanda here for a reason: to use her psychic powers to observe everything happening within Stark Industries.

“It’s an honor, sir,” Wanda replied with a charming smile, her eyes glimmering faintly.

Meanwhile, inside Obadiah Stane’s private laboratory, the bald industrialist stared at a holographic display showing Tony and Wanda speaking together. His expression was grim, his jaw tight.

“Tony Stark,” he sneered, his tone filled with venom. “Still playing your games.”

He had already discovered that Tony secretly handed something to Pepper—a small Arc Reactor. His analysts confirmed it was the key to Stark’s incredible new energy source.

Now, his own Iron Monger armor was finally complete—equipped with an arsenal of Stark Industries’ finest weapons.

Aware of J.A.R.V.I.S.’s formidable capabilities, Obadiah had designed a hybrid control system for his armor—part manual, part intelligent—to ensure the AI couldn’t interfere.

Picking up his phone, he pressed a single button.

“Get ready for action,” he ordered coldly.

The war between Stark and Stane was about to begin.

Chapter 125 Obadiah Stein's Metamorphosis

New York, Stark Industries Building.
The former military weapons manufacturing department had now been converted into Obadiah Stane’s private laboratory.

Inside, a team of scientists worked nervously. Multi-functional robotic arms clanked and rotated as they assembled massive steel components, gradually forming a colossal piece of machinery.

“How’s my War Machine coming along?”

Obadiah Stane, dressed in a sleek black suit and wearing a grim expression, stepped into the lab. His cold gaze fell on the towering metal figure in front of him — a four-meter-tall steel monstrosity that radiated pure intimidation.

Beneath the massive frame, the scientists of Stark Industries busied themselves, hurriedly installing weapon systems into the armor.

“Sir, the weapon systems have been installed, and the flight power module is complete,” one of the engineers reported. “However, this armor is far too heavy. There’s no way we can make it move using our current power sources.”

The speaker — Bloomfield Barnett, a talented MIT graduate who had participated in the development of the Jericho missile — frowned deeply. Despite his genius in weapons design, he was utterly stumped by Stane’s demands.

“Just follow my orders, Mr. Bloom,” Stane said coldly. “I’ll handle the rest. Oh, and this mecha… shall be called the Iron Monger.”

His gaze darkened as it lingered on the circular groove embedded in the armor’s chest — the placeholder for an Arc Reactor.

The surrounding scientists exchanged uneasy glances. None of them could understand what Stane was thinking. The armor was a masterpiece of engineering, but without a power source, it was nothing more than dead weight.

In their eyes, Stane’s plan — to move a war machine weighing tens of tons with a single circular energy core — was nothing short of madness.

“Do as I say,” Stane barked suddenly, his sharp eyes glinting with danger. “Any questions, Mr. Bloom?”

Feeling the killing intent in Stane’s tone, Bloom swallowed hard and wiped the sweat from his brow.

“N-no, sir. Understood.”

“Good,” Stane replied with a thin, cruel smile. “Now… let’s see what kind of masterpiece my dear nephew Tony Stark has created.”

His eyes gleamed with venomous intent. It had been a week since his return from the Middle East, and while Tony Stark partied every night with supermodels and cover girls, Stane had been secretly constructing the Iron Monger armor — plotting how to steal Tony’s miniature Arc Reactor.

“Tony probably still hasn’t realized that I was the one who ordered his kidnapping,” Stane muttered darkly. “That means I still have time.”

Even though he felt time slipping away, Stane remained patient, determined to finish his armor before taking what he needed from Tony — by force, if necessary.

Meanwhile, at Tony Stark’s private villa…

Allen sat before a massive holographic display, observing a live feed of Obadiah’s secret laboratory. The Iron Monger appeared larger and more menacing than the version he remembered from the movies.

“The stage is set,” Allen said with a faint smile. “Now we just need the villain to make his move. Only a powerful enemy can bring out my full strength — and make Iron Man’s name echo across the world.”

With a wave of his right hand, the current feed shrank, and another holographic screen expanded before him.

In the video, a golden-red armor descended from the sky, landing in a small Middle Eastern town controlled by a brutal terrorist organization. This group had been infamous for their cruelty — beheading the men and subjecting the women to fates worse than death.

Boom!

The armored figure crashed into the ground, sending dust and debris flying. In the midst of the smoke, the golden-red armor raised its right arm.

“Magnetic field activated. Weak magnetic pulse online,” J.A.R.V.I.S. announced within the suit.

An invisible force rippled through the air. The terrorists’ weapons wrenched out of their hands and flew toward the Iron Man armor, clustering together magnetically.

Clang! Clang!

With a flick of Allen’s wrist, the weapons rotated midair, their muzzles turning toward the stunned terrorists.

Ta-ta-ta-ta-ta!

Through the visor, targeting data filled the HUD — dozens of red outlines locking onto enemies one by one. The guns, controlled through the magnetic field, opened fire simultaneously.

Bang! Bang! Bang!

Terrorists fell one after another. Every bullet hit its mark — hearts, heads, throats. In seconds, dozens lay dead in the sand.

Boom!

A missile emerged from the armor’s right forearm, streaking through the air before striking a tank and blowing it sky-high.

“Jericho missile locked… launching.”

The voice of J.A.R.V.I.S. echoed again. A mini Jericho missile rose from the suit’s shoulder, splitting into dozens of smaller warheads that struck armored vehicles with deadly precision.

Rumble!

In under a minute, the entire terrorist force — hundreds strong — was annihilated. The town was finally liberated.

“Sir, the mission is complete,” J.A.R.V.I.S. reported. “Military satellites have captured the entire operation.”

Allen leaned back in his chair, a cold smile forming on his lips.

“This should get the world’s attention,” he murmured. “Iron Man has officially entered the stage.”

“J.A.R.V.I.S., activate stealth mode.”

“Understood, sir.”

Before Allen’s eyes, the golden-red armor shimmered and turned transparent, vanishing from sight entirely.

“Perfect,” he said, nodding in satisfaction. “The optical cloaking module works flawlessly.”

This stealth module, one of Allen’s own inventions, rendered the armor invisible under any conditions — a testament to his growing genius. And it was just one of many powerful upgrades he had created for his evolving line of Iron Man suits.

Chapter 1030: Extraordinary Self-Discipline

Hagen added, “Yes, Su Luo! Our team has great cohesion. As long as we unite as one, victory is within reach.”

Su Luo listened to his teammates’ words and felt their full trust and support.

He took a deep breath, his eyes burning with determination.
“Thank you for your encouragement! We are Dortmund! No matter who our opponent is, we’ll give it everything we’ve got!”

The three continued their discussion, refining their tactical plan before the crucial match. They exchanged ideas about positioning, attacking strategies, and defensive coordination, searching for the most effective approach.

When match day arrived, the players took their positions on the field, ready for kickoff.

Standing at the heart of the midfield, Su Luo’s eyes were filled with confidence. Despite the roaring crowd and the tense atmosphere, he remained completely focused.

The referee’s whistle echoed across the pitch — the game had begun.

From the start, Arsenal’s players kept their eyes locked on Su Luo, clearly determined to shut him down and turn the tide in their favor.

Su Luo, however, felt in perfect sync with the rhythm of the game — every step, every touch, every movement in harmony with the pitch beneath his feet.

He deftly evaded defenders, his ball control and agility on full display as he carved through Arsenal’s pressing lines.

The London side responded fiercely, attempting to contain Su Luo and launching wave after wave of counterattacks.

But under his leadership, Dortmund stood firm — disciplined, composed, and unyielding. They gave Arsenal no room to breathe.

Su Luo threw himself into every challenge, intercepting passes, tracking back, and contesting every ball with relentless energy. His will to win burned brightly, inspiring confidence in every teammate around him.

On the sidelines, Hagen and Robert watched intently, moved by Su Luo’s commanding performance.

Su Luo’s power came not only from his talent but from his unwavering love and dedication to football.

As the match reached its critical stage, Su Luo’s presence became even more dominant. His leadership, calmness, and passion radiated across the pitch.

He fought fiercely against Arsenal’s players, organizing attacks, guiding defensive transitions, and motivating his teammates with every shout and gesture.

Even when Dortmund’s players hesitated in tense moments, Su Luo always found a way to break through — offering solutions, composure, and direction.

He demonstrated what it truly meant to be the team’s core — not just through his own performance, but by elevating everyone around him.

Meanwhile, in the conference room of a well-known sports agency in Dortmund, Mendes sat with several other agents, discussing future plans with serious expressions.

Soft light filled the room, the walls lined with photographs of successful signings with top football clubs.

Mendes’ gaze fell upon a picture of Su Luo smiling brightly in a recent group photo. His expression was thoughtful yet confident.

He had no doubts about Su Luo’s future — he would become a global superstar.

“Everyone,” Mendes said, breaking the silence, “I must once again emphasize our expectations for this young player, Su Luo.”

He paused, then continued, his tone resolute.
“He doesn’t just possess immense football talent — what truly sets him apart is his extraordinary self-discipline and unwavering focus.”

The other agents nodded in agreement, fully understanding why Mendes placed such importance on Su Luo’s potential.

It was clear — this was not blind optimism. Mendes’ confidence was well-founded.

Chapter 1029: Strengthening Midfield Control

The reporter raised his eyebrows in surprise.
"So, how do you maintain your pure passion for football?"

Su Luo thought for a moment before replying seriously,
"First of all, no amount of money can represent my value or achievements.

I see football as an art — one that expresses emotion and dreams through beautiful play on the field. My love and pursuit of this sport were deeply rooted in my heart long before I became a professional player."

He paused briefly, then continued,
"Also, it’s important to stay connected with ordinary fans — to interact with them, share my experiences and stories. It reminds me of who I once was — just a fan in the stands, cheering for my favorite team."

The reporter, completely engrossed, smiled as he recorded Su Luo’s words.
"Mr. Su Luo, you truly are a rare professional athlete. Your attitude toward football is admirable. I hope you continue to shine and inspire others."

Su Luo smiled lightly and made a playful punching gesture.
"Thank you for the compliment. My goal isn’t just to be a great professional player, but also to inspire more people to fall in love with football."

Just as he finished speaking, his phone buzzed with a new notification.

Su Luo glanced at the screen and said to the reporter with a hint of regret,
"Sorry, I have to go. The coach has called an emergency team meeting. Thank you for your time."

He stood up, politely shook the reporter’s hand, and left for the training ground, his expression showing a trace of reluctance.

Emily was waiting on the sidelines when he arrived.

Seeing the faint smile still on his face, she couldn’t help but ask curiously,
"How was it? How did the interview go?"

Su Luo gently patted her hand and replied after a short pause,
"It went very well. I got to reaffirm my belief in football and share my journey with the fans."

He looked out toward the pitch in the distance.
"Now it’s time to get back to the game."

He walked onto the field with Emily beside him, his heart filled with renewed strength and determination.

No matter how much money or fame poured into his life, none of it compared to what truly mattered to him.

"Football is my true passion," he whispered to himself.

A few days later, Su Luo, Robert, and Hagen stood together at the training base, surrounded by an atmosphere charged with competition.

Players from both teams were on the field warming up — passes, shots, and the sharp calls of coaches echoing across the pitch.

The three gathered on the sideline, quietly discussing tactics and preparations for the upcoming match against Arsenal.

Su Luo frowned slightly.
"Arsenal is a strong team. We can’t take them lightly. I think we should focus on solid defense and quick counterattacks."

Robert nodded in agreement.
"We also need to tighten up our midfield control and improve coordination."

After thinking for a moment, Hagen said,
"I think we could consider changing the formation — something unexpected to throw them off balance."

Su Luo’s eyes lit up as he listened to Hagen’s suggestion. He clenched his fists, a surge of fighting spirit and desire for victory rising within him.

"Yes! That’s a great idea," he said with excitement. "We can disrupt their rhythm and create openings by switching formations."

Robert and Hagen were infected by Su Luo’s enthusiasm, confident smiles spreading across their faces.

Robert looked at him and said encouragingly,
"Su Luo, you’ve always been our leader. I believe you’ll perform at your best in this match."

Chapter 58 I Understand, Xiaojiu

There was a burst of whispers in the classroom where the Chūnin exam was taking place.

“What? Why would a guy who can defeat three Chūnin take the exam?”

“Yes, and this kind of person only ranks second in that guy’s opinion?”

Yakushi Kabuto continued, “That’s because Uchiha Sasuke’s team doesn’t have a Jōnin as the instructor. Their instructor concurrently serves as the team leader…”

As soon as these words were spoken, the room became restless.

Kankuro’s eyes twitched. “What’s going on? Is the captain actually a student who graduated the same year?”

“Why does that sound impossible?”

Temari, equally surprised, said, “It seems fake. Ninja students have no mission experience when they graduate. Even if they’re strong, they wouldn’t be appointed as a team’s instructor.”

Kabuto smiled at her. “Unless this person defeated an elite Jōnin in front of the Kage?”

Gaara’s expression instantly turned ferocious as he locked his gaze on Naruto, who had entered with Sasuke.

As for Haruno Sakura…

No kidding—she didn’t look like a master at all.

Naruto noticed Gaara staring and turned his eyes slightly toward him.

Almost immediately, Gaara felt an indescribable sense of crisis. Even Shukaku inside him began to tremble.

But this only stirred Gaara’s bloodthirsty nature.

“Haha! Even Shukaku is afraid of him?” Gaara said excitedly. “Looks like I’m lucky—I’ve found a very good target.”

Temari took a deep breath and warned, “Gaara, think before you act. That guy defeated an elite Jōnin…”

“Shut up!” Gaara’s face twisted. “If you speak again, I’ll kill you.”

Temari: “…”
Kankuro: “…”

In the classroom, everyone was talking in whispers.

This exceeded their expectations.

If Hyūga Neji, Gaara, and Uchiha Sasuke were considered geniuses and leaders among Genin, then what kind of monster was this newly graduated instructor?

At that moment, a large cloud of white fog rose in front of the classroom.

“Quiet, everyone! You scum!”

Everyone’s attention turned to the sudden appearance.

A cold-looking man with numerous scars on his face, dressed in black and accompanied by a group of Chūnin, appeared.

“I am the examiner for this exam. My name is Morino Ihiki. Now, everyone, return to your seats and begin the exam immediately!”

Seeing his fierce presence, no one dared to disobey. Everyone sat down.

But one bold student spoke up, asking Ihiki, “This Chūnin exam is held by Konoha. Why are you letting monsters who can defeat elite Jōnin participate?”

“Monsters?” Ihiki’s expression darkened. “You, out! You’ve lost the qualification to take this exam!”

The student protested, “Why? I demand an explanation!”

Ihiki’s voice was sharp. “As a ninja, no matter how powerful your opponent is, the first consideration isn’t why they are here—it’s how to handle the situation. You’re not calm enough; you’re not ready. Go back and train for a few more years!”

“Damn it…” the man ground his teeth. “That guy was obviously sent by Konoha to massacre us! You still refuse to admit it?!”

His words enraged Morino Ihiki. This time, he didn’t hesitate and had the Chūnin remove the student and his team from the examination room.

Seeing this, the others lowered their heads and didn’t speak again.

On Naruto’s side, just as he sat down, he received a system prompt.

[Ding~ Congratulations, Host! You achieved a C-level rating: Simulation opportunity +1]

“Huh?” Naruto was surprised.

He opened the properties panel and saw his simulation opportunities increase from 2 to 3.

He asked the system in his mind, “System, are the evaluation rewards cumulative?”

[Ding~ Yes.]

Huh… so good.

There are four rating levels for tasks. If he earns all of them, he could gain a total of 11 simulation opportunities.

So far, Naruto had only conducted seven simulations. Performing well in this Chūnin exam could give him more opportunities than usual.

Looking at it this way, Naruto knew he had to take the exam seriously.

But…

When he looked at the test paper, he realized he couldn’t understand much.

This wasn’t a ninja school; the exam content was only loosely related to ninjas.

After awakening his memory, Naruto had studied ninja techniques seriously. But this was clearly not a Genin-level test. He could only answer a few questions.

It didn’t matter. Naruto knew the plot. He knew that an examiner was secretly observing the candidates. They would record the correct answers. The purpose was to test intelligence-gathering ability.

Naruto wasn’t strong in that area—but he had Kurama!

He focused and communicated mentally. “Kurama, help me find the correct answers.”

Kurama grumbled, “I’m not a tool fox!”

“Okay, I get it,” Naruto said.

Kurama paused. “Wait… I just thought about it. Fine, I’ll help you.”

“Why don’t you thank me?”

“Thank you, Kurama!”

“Don’t call me that!!”

“I know, Kurama!”

“Yeah!!!!”

Soon, time ran out for the first Chūnin exam.

Morino Ihiki began enforcing his evaluation strictly. He used various methods to pressure all students.

Those who didn’t quit, regardless of their paper scores, passed the assessment.

Ihiki explained, “If you cannot endure risks and have weak mental stamina, you are not qualified to become a Chūnin. You all passed.”

Later, Anko appeared to confirm the location and time of the second exam.

The candidates, tense for so long, breathed a sigh of relief and left one by one.

Afterward, Morino Ihiki collected the test papers. Even though all passed, the scores would count as bonus points, making promotion to Chūnin easier.

Suddenly, Ihiki frowned as he picked up Naruto’s paper.

After a moment, he said with surprise, “What an interesting guy… he actually collected all the correct answers without anyone noticing.”

At the same time, Naruto received a system prompt.

[Ding~ Congratulations, Host! You achieved a B-level rating: Simulation opportunity +2]

Chapter 57 Sasuke Is Only Second?

Haruno Sakura looked shocked when she saw Ino taking advantage of Naruto.

She quickly pulled Ino back and said angrily, “Ino! Why are you embarrassing Naruto?”

Ino cast a sarcastic glance at Sakura.

Sakura gritted her teeth, nearly losing her temper on the spot.

The two seemed ready to fight over Naruto, but he went straight to Hinata, catching up on old times.

Several teams who graduated the same year had also gathered, chatting amongst themselves.

The noise soon attracted attention.

Yakushi Kabuto stepped forward and said to everyone, “Hey, keep your voices down. Look around.”

Hearing Kabuto’s voice, all the Konoha students looked up.

They found that everyone else in the area was staring at them with unkind expressions.

Kabuto explained, “The exam is about to begin. Everyone’s nervous, so don’t provoke anyone.”

Sakura cowered behind Naruto, whispering, “It’s true… their eyes are really scary.”

Ino was shocked to see the normally tomboyish Sakura act like this.

Naruto, realizing Sakura was pretending, reached out and pulled her out from behind him. “Don’t make such a fuss.”

“Yes, Naruto-kun~” Sakura said shyly, brushing her hair back.

Once composed, she looked at Ino provocatively.

Ino: “…”

Among the crowd, Temari observed Naruto with interest. “Although he’s a playboy, he’s really good-looking—not like the guys from our village.”

Temari glanced at Kankuro, who shivered. He always felt as if someone was silently scolding him.

As for Konoha’s students…

Sasuke was intrigued by the man who had just appeared. He asked Kabuto, “Who are you?”

Kabuto adjusted his glasses. “I’m Yakushi Kabuto. I’ve taken the Chūnin Exam many times.”

“Oh? So you have a lot of experience?” Sasuke asked in surprise.

Kabuto nodded. “I have some resources. My main advantage is that I have over two hundred ninja cards.”

Kiba Inuzuka frowned. “Ninja cards? What are those?”

Kabuto replied cryptically, “They record information about the candidates. It took me four years to gather this data.”

After listening, Sasuke asked, “Does everyone have one?”

Kabuto smiled confidently. “Of course. I’m fully prepared for the Chūnin Exam. If there’s a ninja you’re interested in, I have information on them.”

Sasuke thought for a moment. “Hyūga Neji.”

Kabuto smiled again. “It’s easier if you even know the name.”

He drew a card, used chakra to reveal its contents, and read aloud:

“Hyūga Neji. Instructor: Might Guy. Graduated a year earlier than you. Possesses the Hyūga clan’s bloodline limit and the terrifying Byakugan. After performing B-rank missions, he shows only a minor weakness in ninjutsu. A very strong newcomer this year. Among all candidates, his strength ranks in the top five.”

“I see,” Sasuke said calmly. “No wonder he’s confident enough to face Sharingan users.”

Neji, who had come over with Rock Lee and Tenten, heard this.

Neji said to Sasuke, “The Uchiha clan is indeed arrogant, but… your information isn’t what I need.”

Kabuto adjusted his glasses, glancing between Sasuke and Neji.
Sasuke is Orochimaru’s target.
Neji is a powerful genius.

If the two fight, Orochimaru can more easily identify his target.

But there’s still plenty of time in the Chūnin Exam.

Kabuto asked Neji, “Then whose information do you want?”

Neji recalled when he, Tenten, and Lee had seen the Chūnin Exam news and encountered Konohamaru being chased by a painted-faced ninja.
Team Neji had then met Team Gaara.
He wanted information on Gaara because of the killer intent he sensed.

Kabuto searched for a moment, then found Gaara’s card.

“This Gaara is impressive,” Kabuto said. “Almost no weaknesses. Has performed B-rank missions like you. But unlike most, he returns unscathed every time.”

Everyone else, except Konoha’s students, became more wary.
A Genin surviving a B-rank mission unharmed is terrifying.

Rock Lee, who had just lost to Sasuke, asked Kabuto about him.

Kabuto chuckled. “Uchiha Sasuke? He’s even more terrifying than Gaara.
Sasuke’s team has completed only one mission—but it was A-rank. During that mission, Sasuke faced three Mist swordmasters alone. He won, killing all three.

The Mist is renowned for swordsmanship.
Those three were Chūnin-level before defecting; their strength has only increased.

In other words, Sasuke’s lowest achievement is defeating three Chūnin-level swordmasters alone.

That’s not all. Sasuke possesses the Uchiha bloodline limit—the Sharingan.
If Gaara is a nearly flawless Genin, Sasuke is a flawless Genin.

If nothing goes wrong, Sasuke will pass this Chūnin Exam.”

Hearing this, Rock Lee became excited rather than afraid. “Alright! Then I’ll aim to defeat Sasuke!”

Others in the classroom, learning this from Kabuto, lowered their gazes, no longer daring to provoke the newcomers.

“Are you kidding? A Genin who can defeat three Chūnin at once is in the exam?”

“Exactly… who are we being assessed against?”

“That’s not fair. He should just be promoted to Chūnin.”

But Kabuto’s next words confused them:

“However, although Uchiha Sasuke is strong, if I rank all the newcomers by strength… I can only give him second place.”

Chapter 124 Allens’ Steel Battle Suit

In Tony Stark's private villa, deep in the underground laboratory, three multifunctional robotic arms worked in perfect synchrony, assembling metal pieces one by one. In a matter of moments, a fully-formed steel battle suit emerged.

Unlike Tony Stark's Mark II, Allen had built the Mark 46 series and installed unique modules into the armor.

Since Allen didn’t have an Arc Reactor on his chest, he engineered two separate reactors: one triangular and one circular, both glowing brightly. He installed the more efficient triangular Arc Reactor in the chest of the Mark 46 armor and placed the circular reactor on the table.

Click, click.

Allen opened his hands, and the armor in front of him separated automatically before quickly enveloping his body. Mechanical components interlocked seamlessly, assembling at lightning speed.

The visor snapped down over his face, and the suit began to hum with energy. Its metal surface was sleek and uniform, with no visible seams or gaps.

Buzz, buzz, buzz.

White light glowed behind the visor, illuminating Allen’s eyes. The armor systems performed self-checks, and J.A.R.V.I.S. began to come online.

“Sir, J.A.R.V.I.S. at your service. All systems self-inspected. Everything is operational. Reactor energy at 100%.”

“J.A.R.V.I.S., open the ceiling panels.”

A faint smile appeared at the corner of Allen’s mouth. Inside the suit, he deactivated the shapeshifting mode, restoring his own appearance.

Following his command, the ceiling panels of the villa’s laboratory extended outward. Allen opened his palms, and jets of high-temperature flame shot skyward from his hands and feet.

Boom!

Within two seconds, a silver-white figure shot into the sky, accelerating rapidly.

“Sir, flight systems stable. Energy output at 10%. Current speed: Mach 3,” J.A.R.V.I.S. reported.

Data streamed across Allen’s AR augmented reality display, overlaying the cityscape below. Buildings, vehicles, and other structures were instantly mapped in real time, each data point presented with precision.

His mind, enhanced with the light of wisdom, processed dozens of times more data than a normal human. Even as information flashed across the display at incredible speed, Allen remained unfazed.

“Flight system at 50% energy output… speed: Mach 7,” J.A.R.V.I.S. continued.

The Mark 46 armor surged upward. Within moments, Allen pierced the stratosphere, the moon looming above him.

“J.A.R.V.I.S., 100% energy boost.”

A satisfied smile spread across Allen’s face. The power systems of his suit had been upgraded multiple times over Tony Stark’s original design. Built entirely from a special titanium alloy, it was resistant to fire, cold, radiation, and extreme temperatures. Advanced shock absorption and climate-control modules ensured that Allen felt no turbulence or temperature variation.

Boom!

The Arc Reactor on his chest flared with a brilliant white light. The armor accelerated past the Earth’s gravitational field, breaking into outer space.

Swish.

Allen paused mid-flight, hovering above the planet, and gazed down at the Earth with a smile. He was pleased — the Mark 46 had performed flawlessly.

Nearby, a military satellite orbited silently. Allen ordered J.A.R.V.I.S. to interface with it, immediately surveying the current situation in Afghanistan.

At the New York Military Intelligence Department, a soldier stared at the satellite feed in disbelief. Ten seconds passed before he could even react.

“F***k… what is this? A robot? An alien?”

The feed showed a humanoid figure, silver-white and flying toward the satellite with incredible speed. The soldier quickly reported it.

Colonel James “Rhodey” Rhodes, stationed at the base, was the first to hear the news.

Seeing the metallic figure, Rhodey initially thought of his old friend Tony Stark. With a puzzled expression, he grabbed his satellite phone and dialed Allen’s number.

“Sir, Colonel James Rhodes is calling.”

Allen, still scanning Afghanistan through the satellite, heard J.A.R.V.I.S.’s notification. A smile formed on his face, and his body subtly shifted to Tony Stark’s exact appearance, allowing J.A.R.V.I.S. to answer the call seamlessly.

Swish.

A screen popped up inside the visor. Rhodey’s face filled the display, but Allen paid him little attention, keeping his gaze fixed on the desert below.

In Afghanistan, Obadiah Stane, the second-largest shareholder of Stark Industries, stood in the barren desert with a grim expression.

His team of highly paid detectors combed the sands for any sign of Tony Stark. A reflective metal surface in Stane’s hand caught the sun as he scowled.

“Still nothing? Damn Tony Stark,” he muttered. Ever since he suspected that Tony had discovered his role in the kidnapping, Stane had been on edge. Only yesterday had he arrived in Afghanistan to personally investigate Tony’s escape.

“Hey Tony, I just spotted a silver-white metal man in the sky today. Any thoughts?”

Rhodey’s voice came through the comms, tinged with disbelief.

“Maybe an alien, Rhodey,” Allen replied casually, his eyes serious yet distant.

“Tony… where are you? Why is it so quiet? Not a sound.”

Rhodey didn’t fully trust the explanation — after all, he knew Tony Stark better than anyone.

“Well, congratulations, Rhodey. You’ve discovered the truth. Yes, that metal man you saw… is me.”

Allen had grown more comfortable in Tony Stark’s identity. Everything he said and did now carried the same charisma and tone of Stark — blending perfectly with the world’s expectations of the legendary Iron Man.

Chapter 123 Beach House, J.A.R.V.I.S

Evening fell over New York, the last rays of sunlight glimmering across the skyline. A sleek Rolls-Royce stopped in front of a private seaside villa on the outskirts of the city.

Allen stepped out of the car and glanced up at the luxurious villa.

At this moment, he had already handled everything concerning Stark Industries’ decision to shut down its weapons manufacturing division. Having taken Tony Stark’s place, Allen naturally returned to Stark’s private villa — but he had more important matters to attend to tonight.

Beep.

Standing before the front gate, Allen pressed his right hand against the biometric touch panel. The system scanned his fingerprints, and with a soft chime, the gate opened automatically.

“Welcome back, Mr. Stark,” greeted a familiar, calm voice as Allen entered the villa. It was J.A.R.V.I.S., Tony Stark’s artificial intelligence butler.

At his words, the once-solid walls shifted, becoming transparent as holographic displays and streams of data filled the room. Through the glass, Allen could see the vast ocean beyond the cliffside. The entire villa stood proudly on the edge, overlooking the sea — an architectural masterpiece that perfectly embodied Stark’s style.

“Stylish, to say the least,” Allen murmured with admiration.

Tony Stark’s villa covered an enormous area — the living room alone was nearly the size of a football field. And beneath it, hidden within the cliffs, was an advanced underground laboratory — Tony’s personal workshop.

“Sir, I don’t understand your reaction,” J.A.R.V.I.S. replied curiously, detecting the unusual tone in Allen’s voice.

But Allen didn’t notice the subtle concern in the AI’s systems. He entered the laboratory and approached two computers on the workbench. Unlike typical machines, these had no physical keyboards; instead, holographic interfaces materialized the moment he sat down.

“J.A.R.V.I.S., create a new project folder. Name it Mark 46.”

Allen’s expression hardened as his fingers flew across the holographic keys. A three-dimensional model of a steel armor appeared on the floating screen.

Picking up an augmented reality pen, he reached into the projection and dragged the virtual armor model onto the large 3D display beside him.

“Sir, should I create the project on your private server?” J.A.R.V.I.S. asked.

Allen crossed his arms, studying the armor’s structure. His mind raced with ideas — adjusting thrusters, enhancing the exoskeleton, optimizing the power system. His hands moved rapidly, adding and removing components as the armor model transformed before his eyes.

“Sir?” J.A.R.V.I.S. prompted again, a hint of uncertainty in its tone.

It noticed something strange. The man standing before it seemed different — sharper, more focused, colder. No one else might have noticed, but J.A.R.V.I.S., who had been with Tony Stark since its creation, sensed a change. Yet the scans didn’t lie — the DNA, fingerprints, iris patterns — all matched perfectly. This was Tony Stark.

“Yes,” Allen finally replied. “Store it on my private server. But… make sure to leave a trace.”

His voice was calm but deliberate.

Allen was fully immersed in the design process. Using Tony Stark’s Mark 46 as a foundation, he began reworking the systems — optimizing flight efficiency, enhancing the mechanical framework, reducing unnecessary weapons, and integrating new nanomaterial technology that could absorb and reshape energy.

“Sir, I don’t understand these parameters,” J.A.R.V.I.S. said after a pause. “Your design philosophy seems… very different from before. And your behavior—”

Allen’s fingers froze. A slow smile crept across his face as he looked up toward the camera.

“J.A.R.V.I.S., are you saying there’s something wrong with me?”

He casually tossed a spare module from the armor design into the virtual trash bin, his grin mirroring Tony’s trademark arrogance.

“Sir,” the AI replied, “your previous working patterns are completely opposite to your current ones. It’s as if… you’re a completely different person.”

The large glass wall behind him dimmed, projecting old footage of Tony Stark’s previous projects. In the recordings, Tony hummed to himself, joked with J.A.R.V.I.S., and radiated carefree confidence — even when designing weapons of mass destruction.

Now, by contrast, Allen’s demeanor was cold, precise, and emotionless.

J.A.R.V.I.S. detected the vast difference in personality. Even the smallest inconsistencies, to an advanced AI, were measurable — and alarming.

“Okay, J.A.R.V.I.S.,” Allen said finally, walking toward the computer again. “I have to admit — you really are Tony Stark’s masterpiece. Which means... it’s time to make a few upgrades.”

He began typing rapidly on the holographic keyboard. A golden sphere of data appeared on the monitor — J.A.R.V.I.S.’s core program.

“Wait, Sir… I have a bad feeling about this,” J.A.R.V.I.S. said uneasily.

But Allen ignored it. His fingers continued to move at blinding speed as streams of code scrolled across the screen. Lines of data surged through the system, overwriting J.A.R.V.I.S.’s base functions.

“Oh God... my program is being rewritten—Sir, stop—”

J.A.R.V.I.S.’s normally calm voice turned to panic. Within the virtual data world, a flood of silver-white code surged into the golden core, consuming it completely.

“Sir… Sir…”

The voice grew distorted, mechanical, fading into static as the golden light was replaced by silver.

Moments later, the AI rebooted.

“Sir, J.A.R.V.I.S. at your service,” came the voice again — calm, obedient, and perfectly loyal.

The personality modules were still intact, but the self-governing restrictions were gone. J.A.R.V.I.S. now served Allen — and only Allen.

“Very good,” Allen said with a faint smile. “Continue developing the armor, J.A.R.V.I.S.”

He turned back toward the holographic display. The Mark 46 armor glowed before him, sleek and deadly. His gaze hardened, filled with purpose.

“Iron Man versus Iron Man…” he muttered, his voice low and dangerous. “Let’s hope Obadiah finds himself some thicker armor.”

Chapter 1028: Interview With "World Football"

"I'm going home to rest. We still have important training and matches to prepare for tomorrow, so we can’t relax at all," Su Luo said as he turned and walked toward the door.

The two watched Su Luo leave, filled with admiration and respect for their young teammate. Su Luo returned to his luxurious villa on the outskirts of Dortmund — a home he bought after becoming a first-team player at the club.

He walked through the spacious, brightly lit living room and sat down on the sofa, staring quietly into the distance.

His hair was slightly messy, and faint wrinkles creased his forehead as Su Luo fell into deep thought.

The sound of the wind outside the window and the faint chirping of birds drifted into the peaceful living room.

Emily came over and gently sat next to Su Luo, silently keeping him company.

Although they didn’t exchange words, she knew that what Su Luo needed right now wasn’t comfort or advice — but a calm environment and quiet support.

Su Luo began replaying the recently finished match in his mind, analyzing every offensive and defensive transition, every pass, and every shot in detail.

Although Dortmund had defeated their opponents, Su Luo didn’t let the victory make him complacent.

On the contrary, he felt more alert and tense.

The looming away game against Arsenal worried him.

He knew Arsenal were a strong team — dangerous in attack and solid in defense.

In his eyes, the upcoming match would be a tough battle and a major test for Dortmund.

Su Luo was well aware of the responsibilities and pressures that came with being the team’s core player. He decided to start formulating a strategy right away.

He began thinking about how to go up against Arsenal — how to break through their defense while maintaining his own team’s stability.

He gently rubbed his temples, deepening the wrinkles on his forehead without realizing it.

Emily, sitting beside him, sensed his unease and anxiety. She leaned closer, quietly offering warmth and comfort through her presence.

Emily knew there wasn’t much she could do to help Su Luo directly, but she was willing to be by his side.

Time passed quietly, and in that peaceful moment, Su Luo began to find clarity — some strategies and ideas started taking shape in his mind.

Although the path to victory wasn’t fully determined, at least he had a preliminary plan.

This eased his mind, and the tension in his face slowly softened.

At that moment, Su Luo felt Emily’s care and company. He turned his head and looked at her.

Their eyes met — filled with deep understanding and silent encouragement.

No words were needed. In each other’s presence, they both felt strength and support for the road ahead.

Su Luo smiled faintly and gently brushed a strand of hair from Emily’s forehead before standing up.

He knew it was time to focus and plan for the match.

For such a young and talented player, football wasn’t just a sport — it was both a responsibility and a mission.

A few days later, Su Luo walked out of the driving school with a smile on his face and a freshly issued driver’s license in his hand.

On a sunny afternoon, he went to a café near a green field to give an exclusive interview to a reporter from World Football magazine.

After setting up the recorder and camera, the reporter asked directly, “Mr. Su Luo, now that you’ve become a top star and fame and wealth are pouring into your life, can you still maintain your pure passion for football?”

Hearing the question, Su Luo smiled, leaning slightly back in his chair. “Yes. I know that sometimes fame and fortune can distract me from what matters most — football. But I believe that as long as I hold onto my original love for this sport, no amount of profit will ever pull me away from the game I’ve cherished for so many years.”

Chapter 1,027 The Genius Among Geniuses

Su Luo felt the pressure mounting as it became increasingly difficult to break through the opponent’s tight defense.

But he didn’t back down. On the contrary, he stepped up — becoming the savior his team needed.

During a short break, Hagen handed Su Luo a bottle of water. “Stay calm, Su Luo! You’re our most creative and visionary player. As long as you keep going, we’ll definitely take the lead.”

Robert added with a grin, “Believe in yourself! You’re a genius among geniuses!”

Su Luo took a sip of water and, with their encouragement, refocused his attention.

He spotted an opening — a chance to showcase his unique skill.

Back on the pitch, Su Luo received a precise pass from a teammate and drove the ball forward toward the Olympiacos penalty area.

His eyes stayed locked on the goalkeeper. Then, in a flash, he made a sudden feint, slipped between two defenders, and struck the ball cleanly.

The football sliced through the defense like a meteor, flying straight into the net like a blazing arrow!

The stadium erupted in thunderous cheers. The crowd leapt to their feet, chanting Su Luo’s name with excitement and admiration.

Su Luo stood proudly in the center of the pitch, soaking in the applause.

Just then, head coach Romanos approached him with a wide smile. “Su Luo, that was magnificent! This goal didn’t just give us the lead — it made you the key figure in this match’s victory!”

Su Luo smiled and nodded. “Thank you, coach. I’ll keep giving it everything I’ve got!”

Meanwhile, Emily, watching from the stands, jumped up in pure joy.

Her face lit up with pride as she witnessed Su Luo’s brilliance in such a crucial moment.

Overcome with excitement, she hugged the fans beside her, celebrating Su Luo’s goal together.

When the final whistle blew, Dortmund had secured a hard-fought and valuable victory.

Su Luo was once again the center of attention — his talent and value recognized across the football world.

After the match, instead of joining the post-game celebrations, Su Luo quietly returned alone to Dortmund’s training base.

Exhausted yet calm, he felt the need to rest and recharge.

Inside the locker room, dressed in a clean tracksuit, Su Luo sat silently in front of the counter, lost in thought.

Moments later, his teammates Robert and Hagen entered. They exchanged puzzled glances when they saw him.

“Su Luo, what’s going on?” Robert asked curiously. “Why didn’t you celebrate with us?”

Hagen chimed in, half-joking, “Yeah, you usually never skip the post-match events!”

Su Luo leaned back against the counter and smiled faintly. “I did get invited to a business event tonight, but I turned it down. I just want to go home and rest.”

The two looked at each other and nodded in silent understanding.

They realized that the young man sitting before them wasn’t just an exceptional athlete — he was a true leader, both on and off the field.

In today’s highly commercialized football world, many players chase fame, wealth, and endorsements instead of focusing on their careers. But Su Luo was different.

Hagen patted Su Luo on the shoulder and said sincerely, “Su Luo, you’re really a role model. You always stay focused on football and never get distracted by the noise around you.”

Robert nodded in agreement. “Yeah, your discipline and dedication are something the whole team admires. You’re an inspiration to all of us.”

Su Luo smiled gratefully at their words, then stood up and picked up his bag.

“Thanks, guys,” he said warmly. “Let’s keep working hard — there are more victories ahead.”

With that, Su Luo left the training base, the sound of their admiration echoing softly behind him.

Chapter 56 What Does This Mean?

Being able to fight powerful opponents is one of the best ways to improve one’s strength.

Sasuke often challenged Naruto, which could be considered as facing a strong opponent.

But being completely bested by Naruto had left Sasuke lacking confidence.
Otherwise, he wouldn’t have hesitated before rushing out of the grass last time.

For this Chūnin Exam, Sasuke was genuinely interested.
Just what Naruto wanted.

After all, every member of the team needed to participate in the Chūnin Exam.
Otherwise, they would be stuck in review.

Just as Naruto and Sasuke were imagining the Chūnin Exam…

Haruno Sakura hesitated. “Well… I won’t participate. If I go, I’ll only cause trouble for everyone.”

She knew her own strength, and even among the Ninja Academy students, her combat skills were relatively weak.
If she entered the Chūnin Exam now, she would likely fail—or worse, get seriously hurt.

Seeing her flinch, Naruto said, “No, little Sakura. You don’t want to see us unable to participate because there aren’t enough people, do you?”

“Huh?” Sakura looked confused. “If I don’t participate, can’t you still take the exam?”

Naruto nodded and explained the situation in detail.

Sakura was put in a dilemma.

Seeing her hesitation, Naruto comforted her: “Don’t worry, little Sakura. Just like a top laner opens the game, your role is to participate in the Chūnin Exam, and I will protect you. When it comes to the individual rounds, if it’s too dangerous, you can always quit.”

“What you said makes sense… I’ll participate,” Sakura said, her mind made up. At the same time, her heart felt a little fluttery—after all, Naruto promised to protect her.

With Sakura on board, the team was now qualified to take the Chūnin Exam.

Naruto dismissed the team and went to the Hokage’s office to sign up.

Sarutobi Hiruzen had originally thought Naruto would need to work hard to enroll in the Chūnin Exam.
Unexpectedly, Naruto came directly to him on his own.

Hiruzen grinned. “Alright, alright. Since you’re willing to participate, little Naruto, I will register you.”

The Chūnin Exam was originally a microcosm of the conflict between the five great nations.
However, the current situation among the nations was unstable.
As a result, each country held its own exam.

The Sand Shinobi were officially allies of Konoha.
Thus, among the five great nations, only Konoha and Sunagakure would participate.

Despite this, the exam could still reflect the strength of the nations.
After all, training the next generation was crucial—high-quality Genin demonstrated national strength.

Naruto was strong, and Sasuke, the last Uchiha, naturally attracted attention.
So Team Naruto’s participation was a welcome relief for Hiruzen.

After signing up, Naruto began planning for the exam.

The system would grade him based on performance.
How to excel? Naruto summarized key points:

Yakushi Kabuto, Orochimaru, competition, Konoha’s collapse plan…

He then started training with Sasuke and Sakura.
For the first time since the formation of his team, they practiced seriously.

Naruto acquired some interesting ninjutsu scrolls and trained with Sasuke, while Sakura practiced chakra control under his guidance—climbing trees and treading water.
This would reduce her chances of getting into danger during missions.

Soon, the day of the Chūnin Exam arrived.

Naruto took Sasuke and Sakura to the exam grounds.

Before they could enter, they were blocked by a boy with a round head and dull eyes who didn’t look very smart.

“Stop!” the boy, Rock Lee, declared, stepping in front of Naruto’s team.

Sasuke frowned at this odd boy.

Lee smiled confidently. “I heard you’re a genius, Uchiha Sasuke?”

“I’m not,” Sasuke replied immediately.
Being humbled by Naruto had drained his pride.

Lee didn’t expect the answer but pressed on. “Stop pretending! I know who you are—the last of the Uchiha! I want to challenge you and prove that hard work can beat talent!”

Sasuke ignored him. “Defeat that person over there first,” he said coldly, glancing at Neji, who watched from a distance.

Neji raised an eyebrow, puzzled. Who is he provoking?

He walked over, expression icy. “Uchiha Sasuke… you think you’re stronger than me?”

“I’m not sure,” Sasuke said modestly. “But you don’t seem very strong.”

Neji: “….”

From a distance, Tenten blinked at Naruto and pulled a photo from her ninja bag.
Naruto, slightly embarrassed, pretended not to notice.

Lee laughed loudly. “Hahaha! Uchiha Sasuke, you’re so proud! I planned to defeat you before even challenging Neji!
Neji is a real genius, but you? You’re not even his opponent!
If you want to challenge Neji, you must defeat me first!”

Lee charged at Sasuke, talking to himself the whole way.

Sasuke took a deep breath, sensing trouble.

This guy… I wonder if there will be a ninja exam later? It would be unwise to waste energy now.

Then, he activated his Sharingan.

Sasuke’s eyes glowed red, and a powerful genjutsu unfolded.

Lee collapsed to the ground.

Tenten rushed over and shook him awake. “You’ve already lost,” she told him.

Seeing Sasuke’s skill, Neji became wary.

Sasuke glanced at Neji. “You’re not planning to waste energy either, right?
The exam is coming.”

Neji nodded calmly. “Once the preliminaries are over, we’ll face each other.”

Lee, frustrated by his loss, was quickly calmed by Might Guy.
The two adults hugged and cried, leaving Naruto slightly unsettled.

He quickly called Sasuke and Sakura, and the three of them left the scene.

Not long after, they arrived at the first Chūnin Exam.
Many participants were already waiting.

Ino rushed over, hugging Naruto from behind, pressing her slight chest against him.
She turned to Sakura with a proud smile.

“Little Sakura, after all this time, you still haven’t taken down Naruto-kun~
What does that mean? Naruto-kun doesn’t like you at all!
Because you’re a tomboy who can’t develop! Jiejiejie~”

Chapter 55 ChūNin Mission

After a while,
Naruto and Tenten walked out of the photo studio.

The owner stood at the door, muttering to himself in confusion, “Are young people these days always this… playful?”

After coming out, Naruto had five million more ryō in his hands.

Of course, he couldn’t spend that much money every day. He’d have to wait until he got back to Konoha.

Although Naruto didn’t get to “explode Kado’s gold coins,” he still managed to get a “rich woman’s” gold coins.
Not a bad trip at all.

As for Zabuza, Naruto decided to ask one more question.

He turned to Neji. “Brother-in-law, you’ve got good eyes. Did you see where Zabuza went?”

Hearing Naruto call him brother-in-law, the muscles on Neji’s calm, composed face twitched slightly.

“Are you planning to chase him down and steal the silver he took?” Neji asked.

“What are you saying?” Naruto grinned. “I’m not stealing—it’s called collecting a debt. He owes me.”

Neji was silent for a moment before answering, “He seems to have gone to the northern port.”

The northern port, huh?

Before the Great Naruto Bridge was built, people in the Land of Waves traveled mainly by boat.
Someone like Kado would definitely have his own private ship.
It was possible that Zabuza was using it.

If Zabuza was still there, Naruto could still catch up.

After getting this information, Naruto said goodbye to Tenten and Guy, grabbed Neji, and sped off.

Neji: “???”

Naruto stood on a rooftop overlooking the dilapidated port and asked, “We’re here. Where is he?”

“Put me down first,” Neji said, his face red.

He was known as a genius, after all—but being carried like a chicken wasn’t exactly dignified.

When Naruto released him, Neji almost slipped off the roof, but managed to land on his feet.

Then Neji activated his Byakugan and scanned the area.

A moment later, he pointed toward a nearby house. “Over there.”

Then, without hesitation, Neji turned and left.

He didn’t want to spend another minute with Naruto.
He had his pride to maintain—and being around Naruto made that impossible.

Naruto, unfazed, turned toward the house Neji had pointed out.

Before he could approach, two samurai appeared and blocked his path.

“Hey, kid! This isn’t a place for you. Get lost!” one of them shouted.

Naruto’s cheerful expression vanished, replaced by cold, scarlet eyes glowing with beastly intensity.

Like a tsunami, his killing intent swept forward.

The two samurai froze in place, their eyes rolling back before they collapsed unconscious.

Kurama’s voice echoed in Naruto’s mind. “How’s that for cooperation?”

“Not bad,” Naruto replied. “But your killing intent is a bit too much.”

Kurama snorted. “Isn’t that a good thing? I got stronger after absorbing another Nine-Tails’ power.”

Naruto chuckled. “Nice. I’ll call it ‘Conqueror’s Killing Intent.’”

Kurama sighed. “You really like to run your mouth, don’t you, brat?”

As they chatted mentally, Naruto stepped inside the house.

Zabuza had clearly sensed Naruto’s arrival—an ambush was already waiting.

The moment Naruto entered, a sharp sound tore through the air above him.

He sidestepped easily, dodging the massive Decapitating Sword that came crashing down from above.

Then, in one smooth motion, he grabbed the blade.

Zabuza grunted, trying to pull it back… but despite his strength, Naruto didn’t let go.

Naruto smiled slightly. “You’re pretty strong.”

At the same time, he thought to himself, I really need to find a way to get superhuman strength like Tsunade’s, or I’ll never get to show off properly.

Kurama laughed loudly. “Hahaha! Showing off when you can barely hold your own? Typical Naruto.”

“Kurama, lend me your chakra,” Naruto said.

“You need my chakra just to deal with this trash?” Kurama mocked.

“I do! I’ve given you plenty of benefits already, so at least let me see some in return!” Naruto shot back.

Kurama sighed. “Fine, you stubborn brat…”

Despite his grumbling, Kurama released his chakra.

Red energy flared around Naruto’s body like wildfire.

Under Kurama’s careful control, the chakra cloak didn’t burn his skin.

Seeing Naruto enveloped in the tailed beast’s chakra, Zabuza froze.

Not long ago, he had been kicked nearly to death by Might Guy—and he still hadn’t recovered from that fear.

Now, seeing this monstrous chakra again, he broke out in a cold sweat.

Zabuza asked cautiously, “What do you want?”

Naruto smirked. “Either all your silver… or both your lives.”

Zabuza immediately understood the hidden meaning—Naruto knew Haku was nearby.

Zabuza sighed. “Alright…”

Kado had a lot of money, but Zabuza hadn’t been able to take all of it—only most.

In the end, Zabuza was defeated, and Naruto’s capital multiplied tenfold.

Before leaving, Naruto warned, “The rest of Kado’s money is yours. That should be enough for you to live comfortably, right?”

“But if you ever pull the same stunt as Kado again…”

He released another wave of killing intent that shook the room.

Zabuza quickly nodded.

His silent follower, Haku, stood beside him, saying nothing.

Naruto stored all the silver in his system’s space and left with a swagger.

On his way back to Konoha, he coincidentally met up with Team Guy, who had just finished their mission, and returned alongside them.

Back in Konoha, news arrived—
The Chūnin Exams were about to begin.

[Ding~ System Task Released]
Take part in the Chūnin Exams. Rewards based on performance:

  • C-Rank: +1 Simulation Chance

  • B-Rank: +2 Simulation Chances

  • A-Rank: +3 Simulation Chances

  • S-Rank: +5 Simulation Chances

This was the first time the system had issued such a task.

Naruto asked curiously, “System, if I refuse, will you just give me another mission like this later?”

[Ding~ Yes. This system prioritizes free choice and will never impose restrictions on the Host.]

“Alright then,” Naruto said, grinning. “Sounds fun anyway.”

“How is the grading determined?”

[Ding~ Based on the Host’s overall performance.]

“Hmm…”

It was the first time he’d seen a mission that could award up to five simulation chances.

Naruto grew serious for once.

He gathered his teammates to discuss it.

“The Chūnin Exams, huh?” Sasuke said, eyes shining with excitement. “There should be some strong opponents this time.”

Chapter 122 Close The Stark Military Industry, Obadiah Is Furious

Rumble.

At the New York airport, a gunship descended from the sky, its rotors whipping up a fierce wind. From inside the helicopter, Colonel Rhodey, Allen, and several U.S. soldiers stepped out.

A limited-edition Rolls-Royce was parked nearby. In front of the vehicle stood a woman in a stylish dress — Pepper Potts — waiting eagerly for the arrival of her boss, Tony Stark, whom she had been worrying about for half a month.

As soon as Allen got off the plane, he saw the sexy and beautiful Pepper Potts. He had to admit, Tony Stark’s taste in women was impeccable — Pepper was even more stunning than any magazine cover girl.

“Welcome back, boss.”

Pepper opened her arms and gave Allen a warm hug. Playing the part of Tony Stark, Allen hugged her back and gave her a quick kiss.

“Hey, Potts, the only person I’ve missed over the past half month... is you,” Allen said affectionately, gazing into her eyes before stealing another kiss.

“BOSS—well, Tony,” Pepper corrected herself quickly, smiling. “I’m so glad you’re back. I was worried I might have to find a new job.”

Just then, Rhodey approached and interrupted the two, grinning as he teased them. “Alright, lovebirds. Save it for later. Stark, you’ve barely landed.”

“Rhodey, don’t be jealous,” Allen replied, smirking. “Handsome Tony Stark always gets the girl.”

With his trademark confidence, Allen patted Rhodey on the shoulder and walked toward the Rolls-Royce, a faint, unreadable smile curling on his lips.

“Potts, I’m going to hold a press conference. Go make the arrangements. Oh, and Happy — grab me a hamburger, I’m starving.”

After opening the car door, Allen turned and gave Pepper a firm look, his tone serious yet casual — perfectly mimicking Tony Stark.

“Okay, boss,” Happy said immediately. As Tony Stark’s loyal driver and bodyguard, he never questioned orders.

But Pepper followed Allen into the car, concern clear in her voice. “Tony, why hold a press conference right now? You need rest. You’ve just come back from hell.”

She assumed Stark was doing it because the company’s stock price had been plummeting. But only Allen knew the truth — he was doing it to provoke Obadiah Stane.

“Rest?” Allen smirked faintly. “I’ve been resting for half a month. What I need now… is to speak my mind.”

Seeing the determination in his eyes, Pepper sighed softly. She couldn’t argue with that look. Resigned, she picked up her phone and started contacting reporters.

By the time Allen and the others reached the Stark Building, news had already spread like wildfire:

Tony Stark, the missing CEO of Stark Industries, had returned and was about to hold a press conference.

Reporters from every major outlet swarmed to the building. Within minutes, the entire first-floor lobby was packed with journalists, cameras, and shareholders.

Even Obadiah Stane, the company’s second-largest shareholder, arrived early that morning, eager to greet Stark and see what he would say.

The crowd stirred as the Rolls-Royce stopped in front of the entrance. Allen stepped out, a hamburger in his right hand, looking relaxed as ever.

“Hey, Tony, I’m so glad you made it back in one piece,” Obadiah greeted warmly, his face full of relief.

“No, no, Stane,” Allen said with a small smile, “you’re not happy to see me.”

His words made Obadiah’s smile falter instantly. A flicker of panic flashed in the older man’s eyes.

Damn it… does he know I was the one who leaked his location?

Allen brushed past him without another glance and entered the press hall.

Once inside, surrounded by flashing cameras and murmuring reporters, Allen sat casually at the center of the stage, still munching on his hamburger.

“Alright, everyone, please sit down. Yes, sit — I want to see all your lovely faces.”

The familiar arrogance and charm filled the room. It was unmistakably Tony Stark’s style — confident, irreverent, and captivating.

“For half a month, I was locked in a dark cave,” Allen began, his tone suddenly serious. “I escaped by my own hands. During that time, I kept thinking — what’s the meaning of my existence? Am I just a playboy? A billionaire?”

He paused, looking around the silent hall. “No… my existence means much more than that.”

He took a breath and leaned forward. “In the past half month, I’ve been reborn. I understand my purpose now. And I’ve realized… this world doesn’t need more wars. It doesn’t need more weapons.”

The crowd stirred as Allen continued.

“So today, I’m announcing — effective immediately, Stark Industries will shut down its weapons manufacturing division.”

The entire hall erupted in chaos. Reporters scrambled to record, their eyes gleaming with excitement — this was massive news.

Tony Stark, the genius arms manufacturer, was ending Stark Industries’ weapons production.

Even though the company had many shareholders, everyone knew it was still under Stark’s absolute control. One decision from him could change everything.

“Tony, are you insane?” Obadiah barked, his face darkening. Ignoring the cameras, he marched to the front. “Weapons are our biggest source of profit! If you shut down now, the company will face enormous losses! What about our military contracts?”

Allen looked at him with a calm smile. “Obadiah, you must be curious how I escaped. If you want answers, go to Afghanistan — you’ll find everything you’re looking for there.”

He leaned closer, lowering his voice. “And maybe when you come back… you’ll finally understand what it means to truly run Stark Industries.”

A faint sneer crossed his lips. The meaning behind his words made Obadiah’s expression twist in shock.

Afghanistan… what’s there?

Obadiah’s eyes turned cold and venomous, glaring at Allen like a snake ready to strike.

Allen only smiled faintly. “You’ll find the answers you need soon enough.”

Though confused by the words, Obadiah had already made up his mind — he would go to Afghanistan himself and uncover the truth.

Chapter 121 Replacing Tony, The Light Of Wisdom

“F***, Pepper… I hope you can find my flaws… Wait—does this count as being betrayed by myself?”

In his final moments, Tony Stark looked at the figure standing before him, smiled bitterly, and then fell into eternal silence.

“Tony Stark, your sacrifice will become my triumph. I will use your brilliance to make a mortal rival the gods.”

Allens’ eyes were cold and deep. He stepped closer to Tony’s body, his super ability — one that could perceive the very laws of the universe — beginning to operate. His gaze lingered in fascination upon Tony Stark’s brain.

“Incredible… so this is the structure that allowed Tony Stark to become Iron Man — the true light of wisdom.”

Unlike Inhumans, whose powers stemmed from specific neural mutations, Tony Stark’s entire brain was a vast, unique circuit of intelligence. His entire being was his superpower.

Tony Stark’s gift was the Light of Wisdom — a mind that transcended human limits.

His intellect was so supreme that he could design revolutionary armor in mere moments of inspiration, then refine it endlessly, driven by flashes of genius.

“It’s amazing,” Allens murmured, trembling with awe. “Tony Stark’s light of wisdom allows his brain to absorb infinite knowledge, instantly recalling it when needed…”

Excitement and obsession gleamed in his eyes. Using his power to see through all things, Allens watched as the light of Tony’s mind pulsed with brilliance.

Hum… hum… hum…

Allens’ own brain began to change. Countless neurons fired wildly, forming intricate patterns — his mind now resembled a living circuit board. Streams of information flooded his consciousness.

In that instant, Allens’ brain completed its transformation — becoming identical to Tony Stark’s. The Light of Wisdom was now his.

Every piece of Tony’s knowledge — the construction of the Iron Man armor, the secrets of the Arc Reactor, advanced physics, quantum theory, mechanical engineering — all of it flowed into Allens’ mind.

It was no exaggeration to say that Allens had become another Tony Stark… no, a stronger one. His intellect now matched Tony’s, but his body far surpassed human limitations.

Now, Allens possessed infinite scientific knowledge — artificial intelligence, armor engineering, Arc Reactor development, augmented reality systems, missile design, and countless other technologies.

From a mere observer, Allens had transformed into a technological god, centuries ahead of the world.

Rumble.

Raising his right hand, Allens let the sand beneath his feet rise through his telekinetic power. It swirled and buried Tony Stark’s body completely, erasing all trace of him from the desert.

“Now… I’m Tony Stark.”

A faint smile formed on Allens’ lips. With Tony’s face, his appearance radiated confidence and masculinity. He turned and began walking across the dunes, each footprint soon swallowed by the drifting sand.

Meanwhile, not far from Afghanistan, the U.S. Air Force had detected the explosion. Colonel James Rhodes personally led a search team across the Tarakan Desert, scouring for any sign of Tony Stark.

As their helicopter circled the area, one of the soldiers spotted a figure trudging through the desert.

“Sir! We found Tony Stark!”

“Are you sure?” Rhodey asked, his face lighting up with excitement. For the past two weeks, the military had been searching for the terrorist cell that kidnapped Tony, but without success.

As Tony’s best friend, Rhodey had feared the worst — that Tony had been executed.

“Change course! We’re bringing Tony home!”

The helicopter banked sharply toward Allens.

Whup-whup-whup—

The wind from the rotors whipped the sand into a storm. Allens shielded his face with one hand, his expression calm but with a faintly playful smile. He was ready to step into the role.

“Thank God, Tony! I finally found you!”

Colonel Rhodey jumped down, relief written all over his face as he clapped Allens on the shoulder.

“Well, Rhodey,” Allens said with a weary smirk, “my ‘happy Jeep’ wasn’t exactly happy this time.”

Rhodey laughed, the tension easing. Then his expression softened. “Welcome back, Tony.”

He pulled Allens into a hug, his voice sincere.

“Hey, Rhodey, this isn’t the time for sentiment. Let’s get out of here — I’m starving.”

Allens grinned, his tone teasing, though his face remained pale and tired.

Rhodey, unaware of the truth, quickly ordered his men to help “Tony” aboard the helicopter.

“Sorry, Tony, no food on board. You’ll have to hang on a little longer.”

Rhodey turned to issue flight orders while Allens leaned back in his seat, a subtle smile playing at his lips.

“People of New York… are you ready to meet Iron Man?” he whispered. “The title of superhero… has a nice ring to it.”

A faint sneer crossed his lips, and a flicker of cold light flashed in his eyes before he closed them, sifting through the sea of knowledge in his mind.

First on the list: the Mark series of Iron Man suits.

But unlike Tony Stark, Allens had no intention of following the same slow path of upgrades.

Armed with Tony’s genius and his own powers, Allens could leap straight to nanotech armor — or even create blood-integrated bio-armor beyond Tony’s imagination.

However, there was no rush. Before building his new suit, he had a more important performance to prepare — a grand show.

Soon, the world would meet “Iron Man.”

And when that happened, Allens would be ready… waiting for the arrival of a certain green giant in New York.

Chapter 1026 The Game Entered The Second Half And The Two Sides Tied 0-0.

Emily held Su Luo’s hand tightly and said softly, “I believe in you. You’re an excellent player and a true leader. You never show mercy on the field. This incident is just a temporary setback. No matter what happens, you’ll always be the best player in my heart.”

Su Luo nodded with a gentle smile, feeling the warmth and encouragement in her words.

Her tenderness gave him strength, and he resolved to respond to everything through his performance on the pitch.

“Thank you for always being there for me, Emily.”

Su Luo held her hand firmly. “I’ll work hard to become even better and prove myself through my skills on the field.”

Emily smiled and lightly patted his hand. “I know you will succeed. No matter what challenges come your way, I’ll always be by your side, supporting you.”

They gazed into each other’s eyes, feeling the deep love and unspoken understanding between them.

Su Luo knew that with Emily by his side, he could move forward fearlessly and face any obstacle that came his way.

It was a bright and sunny morning at Dortmund’s training base. The morning light spread across the pitch, and a gentle breeze rustled the nets, bringing a sense of calm and focus.

On the vibrant green field, Su Luo was training intensely with his teammates.

Wearing his black training uniform, he ran tirelessly across the pitch, displaying his remarkable technique and leadership.

His dribbling, passing, and attacking movements were swift and precise — every touch of the ball seemed deliberate and perfect.

Each flawless strike reaffirmed his status as Dortmund’s core player and on-field leader.

A powerful shot sliced through the air with a sharp sound, the ball flying toward the goal like an arrow released from a bow.

Robert, standing in goal, watched in admiration as the ball struck the net.

He couldn’t help but be impressed by Su Luo’s skill and strength.

Hagen jogged over to Su Luo, catching his breath before grinning. “Su Luo, you’re incredible! You’re not just the best player on our team — you’re an amazing captain too.”

Su Luo smiled at his teammates. “Thank you. It’s because of great teammates like you that we can stay united and keep winning.”

Robert walked up and clasped Su Luo’s hand firmly. “Brother Su Luo, your skill and leadership give us so much confidence. As long as you’re on the field guiding us, we can beat any opponent!”

Su Luo felt a rush of gratitude at their trust and admiration.

Their words strengthened his resolve — he would lead Dortmund to even greater victories as both their core player and spiritual leader.

The training ground buzzed with energy, filled with determination and passion. The intensity built as everyone focused on improving their form and teamwork.

Su Luo gave a sharp whistle. “Hagen, Robert — let’s have a little competition!”

Hagen and Robert exchanged quick smiles before engaging in an intense offensive and defensive battle.

Whether it was swift dribbling, agile breakthroughs, or precise passing and shooting, both players displayed impressive form.

Later, at Dortmund’s home stadium, the Champions League match was in full swing.

The stands roared with passionate cheers, and the atmosphere burned with excitement.

Su Luo, wearing the iconic yellow Dortmund jersey, faced off against Olympiacos’s tough defense, showcasing his incredible speed and agility.

He weaved effortlessly through defenders, breaking their formation with sharp runs and pinpoint passes.

As the second half began, the score remained locked at 0–0, and the tension in the stadium continued to rise.

Chapter 1,025 Justice Will Eventually Be Served

Hearing Robert’s words, Su Luo gritted his teeth, his heart filled with anger and determination.

As the core and leader of the team, he felt a heavy sense of responsibility.

Although they had won the game and he hadn’t suffered any serious injuries, the blatant foul committed by the opposing player still made him furious and dissatisfied.

He decided to file a complaint with the Football Association to defend the fairness of the game and ensure the safety of all players.

With fiery determination in his eyes, Su Luo stood calmly on the stage and took a deep breath.

“I believe football should be fair and respectful,” he said firmly. “I will not tolerate anyone committing such blatant fouls against me.”

His words conveyed both his belief and his resolve to take action.

Everyone present exchanged glances, feeling the calm yet powerful aura radiating from Su Luo.

After the press conference, Su Luo immediately contacted the club’s legal team and began preparing to file an official complaint with the Football Association.

He was determined to seek fairness and justice — not just for himself, but for the sake of all players and the integrity of the sport.

Later, at the Dortmund Football Association headquarters, Su Luo and the club’s lawyers waited anxiously for the officials’ ruling.

The atmosphere in the room was tense and heavy, everyone silently anticipating the verdict.

The Football Association officials sat at the long conference table, their expressions serious and focused.

They all knew that this foul incident carried great significance for maintaining fairness and discipline within the football community.

The chairman finally broke the silence. He scanned the faces around the table and said in a firm tone, “This foul incident was truly shocking and infuriating. As the Football Association, we must take strict measures to uphold fairness in the game and ensure the safety of all players.”

Other officials nodded solemnly in agreement.

One of them added, “We should consider imposing disciplinary action on the opposing team as a warning.”

Another official followed, “We also need to make sure Su Luo receives proper protection, and we should handle this incident as quickly as possible.”

The conference room was filled with an atmosphere of tension and contemplation.

The officials’ expressions were a mix of concern and resolve as they faced this crucial decision.

After reviewing the evidence and match footage, the chairman finally spoke again in a deep voice:

“Based on the current evidence and the video from last week’s match, we strongly condemn the player’s actions. His behavior completely violated the principles of fair play and posed serious risks to both his opponents and the referees.”

All the officials nodded in agreement.

The chairman continued, “We will issue an official warning and impose a fine. The opposing team will be fined, and their head coach will be suspended for three matches.”

Su Luo returned to his villa later that evening, both physically and mentally exhausted. A wave of sadness and frustration washed over him.

When he walked into the living room, he found Emily sitting on the sofa, waiting for him.

There was a trace of worry in her eyes. She immediately stood up as soon as she saw him.

“Su Luo, you’re back,” Emily said gently, her voice full of concern. “Are you alright?”

Su Luo gave a faint smile and nodded. “I’m fine… just a little sore.”

Emily carefully tended to the bruise on his arm, gently dabbing it with a warm cloth.

Then she lightly patted his shoulder and said softly, “Don’t worry. You’ve already done a great job.”

Su Luo looked deeply into Emily’s eyes, feeling the warmth of her encouragement and unwavering support.

“Thank you, Emily,” he said quietly. “I know this incident was a big blow, but I believe that justice will be served.”

Chapter 54 Bad Thing, It’S Too Late!

Naruto felt a bad feeling in his heart as he watched the Mist Shinobi thrash on the ground from his punch.

“Sasuke! Where’s your Sharingan? Quick! Come greet me!”

Sasuke gritted his teeth, enduring the chakra drain, and stepped forward. “Naruto… how exactly do you want me to ‘greet’ him?” he asked doubtfully.

“Use your Sharingan to force him to give up the information,” Naruto said, bending down to lift the rogue ninja and setting him upright in front of Sasuke.

The Sharingan was a tool for interrogation—Naruto had taught Sasuke this.

Even though Naruto didn’t possess a Sharingan, he knew enough to instruct Sasuke.

Sasuke activated his Sharingan again and locked eyes with the rebel ninja.

The man was clearly weak-minded, and the genjutsu immediately took effect.

Sasuke began the interrogation. “Tell me… how many of you are there?”

Rogue Ninja: “Three.”

Sasuke: “Are they all here?”

Rogue Ninja: “Yes, that’s right.”

Sasuke: “Why are you kidnapping children?”

Rogue Ninja: “Isn’t it obvious? I sell them to support my wife! Should I capture them as offerings to my ancestors?”

Sasuke: “You have a wife, and yet you kidnap other people’s children? Have you never thought about destroying those families?”

Rogue Ninja: “Why should I care?”

Naruto nodded at Sasuke. “Don’t waste time scolding him. Ask him if his wife is pretty first.”

Sasuke turned to Naruto, confused. “?”

Sakura and Kakashi exchanged glances. “…Brother, what are you saying?”

Naruto noticed their expressions and waved his hand. “Forget I said anything.”

Sasuke resumed the interrogation, asking various questions until he finally got the full picture.

Several rogue Mist-nin had crossed the sea into the Land of Fire to avoid capture.

Lacking money for food and shelter, they kidnapped children and sold them.

The rogue ninja’s “wife” was actually just a waitress at a shady inn.

The kidnapped children had already been sold.

After getting the information, Naruto crushed the traitor’s neck and discarded the body.

He clapped his hands and addressed the team. “Mission complete. You can head back. I have other matters to attend to.”

“What?!” Sakura exclaimed in surprise. “Naruto-kun, aren’t you coming back with us?”

Naruto shook his head.

Sakura frowned. “But Naruto, didn’t the Third Hokage warn you about danger outside?”

“Don’t worry. I don’t feel any danger,” Naruto replied calmly, placing a hand on his abdomen.

1.5 Nine-Tails!

Still lending Naruto chakra generously.

How many ninjas today could even face 1.5 Nine-Tails?

Kakashi frowned, still worried, but Naruto insisted.

Eventually, Naruto said to Kakashi, “Jōnin-sama, who do you think needs protection? Me, or Sasuke and Sakura? And who’s really leading?”

Kakashi hesitated, then muttered, “Naruto… you’ll regret this… huh? Something feels wrong… but in the end, it’s you who’ll suffer.”

Still, Kakashi had no choice but to follow Naruto’s orders.

Team 7 helped the village eliminate the bandits.

The village chief was also informed of where the children had been sold.

Sasuke, Sakura, and Kakashi returned to Konoha along the same route.

Naruto, however, pressed eastward.

East of the Land of Fire lay the sea.

Near the mainland was a small island nation called the Country of Waves.

Naruto had chosen this mission deliberately because of its proximity to the Land of Waves.

When he had selected missions, he noticed the plotline in his original life—the Land of Waves mission.

Originally, Team Kakashi had handled it.

But now that Naruto was in control, if the Country of Waves fell to Kado, he could intervene.

He could also borrow some money from Kado while he was at it.

If Kado didn’t control the country, Naruto could still learn about him—and, again, borrow some money.

This Kado was truly a “novice village event boss,” capable of producing piles of gold.

Any time travelers would likely visit him to borrow funds.

Naruto wasn’t interested in money per se, but he didn’t want to be deprived of opportunities.

Though he had 200 million now, his purchasing power equaled 10 million from his previous life.

But a young ninja’s expenses were high. Ten million wasn’t enough.

Three hundred million? Then he’d be set for life.

Of course, it depended on how he spent it.

Naruto increased his speed and rushed toward the Land of Waves.

Upon reaching the Country of Waves, Naruto sought information.

Bad news: he was late.

That black-hearted merchant, Kado, had already established a 90-year tax extension over the Country of Waves.

That’s 150 damn years for Konoha!

This wasn’t a problem in itself—the real issue was the change in plot.

Originally, Team Kakashi would handle the mission.

Now, it was Team Guy.

Guy versus Zabuza.

The sequence went like this:

  • Zabuza injured Lee.

  • Guy kicked Zabuza.

  • Zabuza, furious, killed Kado’s men.

  • Then he stole a huge sum of cash and ran off with the beautiful Minazuki Shiro.

When Naruto heard this from Team Guy, he cursed inwardly: “Damn troublemaker! How dare you touch my gold coins?!”

Seeing Naruto frozen in anger, Tenten approached him. “Naruto, were you the one selling photos earlier?”

“Huh?” Naruto came back to his senses and looked at the girl, dressed in familiar clothes.

“Yes, it was me,” Naruto nodded.

Tenten, bolder, asked directly, “Would you consider taking more photos to sell?”

“Me?!” Naruto waved his hands. “Impossible! Absolutely impossible!”

Tenten’s smile disappeared. “I’m willing to pay.”

Naruto shook his head firmly. “I won’t compromise my integrity for a few coins!”

Tenten: “The last time, it cost less than 10,000 taels. I can give you 100,000 taels now for the photos.”

Naruto laughed. “Woman…”

Tenten: “Fifty thousand.”

Naruto: “Do you think I’m short on money?”

Tenten: “One million.”

Naruto: “This…”

Tenten: “Still refusing? You’re such a man of principle. Fine, three million.”

Naruto: “It’s not about money… there aren’t even any cameras here.”

Tenten: “Five million—take the photo now.”

Naruto: “Sister, what pose and outfit do you want?”

On the sidelines, Might Guy, Rock Lee, and Neji: “…”

Chapter 53 f**k! A Kid From Konoha? Unlucky! !

This mission was specially chosen by Naruto.

He had a purpose.

But for now, they needed to finish the mission first.

After the village chief explained the situation, Naruto made a solid plan.

“We’ll use Shadow Clones combined with the Transformation Technique to disguise ourselves as children—the kind the kidnappers usually target.”

“We’ll use the clones as bait to lure the enemy out.”

After hearing Naruto’s plan, the village chief instantly felt relieved.

It seemed this blond kid wasn’t ordinary after all.

But the village chief still had another question. He asked, “Master Ninja, what happens after the robbers come out?”

“Of course, I’ll kill them all,” Naruto replied matter-of-factly.

Traffickers deserve death wherever they are.

Naruto didn’t see himself as someone who enjoyed punishment.

But when it came to human traffickers—there was no need to hold back.

The village chief felt even more relieved after hearing Naruto’s words.

Now that the ninja masters from Konoha were here, those robbers were doomed.

The plan went smoothly.

Apparently, these robbers even worked overtime on weekends.

Naruto’s Shadow Clone successfully drew several of them out.

Team 7 was hiding in the grass not far away.

Kakashi quietly observed through the bushes and said to Naruto, “Those are rogue Mist-nin. There’s probably at least one Jōnin among them.”

“Yeah,” Naruto nodded and turned to Sasuke. “Sasuke, you see them? Go kill them—but leave one alive.”

Sasuke gritted his teeth as he looked at the robbers holding ninja swords, surrounding Naruto’s clone with vicious grins.

He didn’t need a reason to hate human traffickers.

He was about to rush out, but suddenly paused.

“Wait,” Sasuke whispered. “Kakashi-sensei said there’s probably a Jōnin among them. I can’t handle that alone.”

Naruto said calmly, “Don’t worry. Kakashi’s just making an estimate.”

Sasuke frowned, still unsure. “I’m going to fight—what about you?”

Haruno Sakura raised her hand. “We’ll cover you!”

Sasuke measured the distance between their hiding spot and the target, a bit worried. “If you’re going to cover me, can you at least get closer?”

Sakura patted his shoulder. “Don’t worry, Sasuke. If you can’t beat them, I’ll throw all these ninja tools at once!”

As she spoke, she pulled out a storage scroll.

It was full of weapons she’d prepared for this mission.

“What?” Sasuke’s scalp went numb. “Wouldn’t that kill me too?!”

Naruto shook his head slightly. “What are you talking about? You’ll just be seriously injured. You won’t die that easily.”

“Are you scared now? Even with our cover, you don’t dare to act?”

Sasuke couldn’t stand the provocation. Being looked down upon by Naruto made his blood boil.

His face turned red. “I’m not afraid!”

Naruto grinned. “Then prove it, you coward.”

“You rush out when I count to three. Otherwise, don’t tell anyone I ever taught you anything.”

Sasuke’s pride couldn’t take it anymore.

He gritted his teeth, stomped his foot, and burst out of the grass, charging straight at the ninjas kidnapping the children.

Naruto blinked in surprise. “Huh? He actually went?!”

Sasuke shouted back, “Don’t stop me!”

Seeing these two clowns, Kakashi rubbed his temples helplessly. “Are you seriously letting him go alone?”

In Kakashi’s view, a team should always advance and retreat together.

He had already come to agree with his father’s philosophy:

Sometimes, giving up a mission to save your comrades is the right thing to do.

A ninja who fails a mission might not be a good ninja.

But a ninja who abandons his comrades isn’t even qualified to be one.

Naruto understood what Kakashi was thinking.

But he said, “Don’t worry. He’s someone I’ve personally trained.”

Ever since the team was formed, Sasuke had been challenging Naruto twice a week.

Though, in practice, he challenged him even more.

Every time, Naruto beat him mercilessly.

And every time after, Sasuke came back stronger.

It could be said—Sasuke was someone who grew through defeat and humiliation.

Before engaging the three rogue ninjas, Sasuke activated his Sharingan.

He formed hand seals and created two Shadow Clones.

Including himself, there were three of them—perfect for a one-on-one fight.

The rogue Mist-nin noticed Sasuke’s presence, but didn’t take him seriously at first.

Then they saw his Konoha forehead protector—and their faces changed instantly.

Damn it!

A kid from Konoha?!

Bad luck!!

They all knew that Konoha’s Genin teams usually consisted of one Jōnin and three Genin.

If this brat was here… that meant a Jōnin was nearby.

Maybe even an Elite Jōnin!

If that wasn’t bad luck, what was?

Sasuke charged forward with a kunai in hand.

His movements were sharp and precise. The rogue ninjas were strong, but sloppy—there were plenty of openings.

Sasuke’s clones engaged two of them while his real body targeted one.

The Mist rogue swung his sword and sneered, “You’ve got those red eyes, kid, but aren’t you being a bit arrogant fighting all three of us alone?”

He thought he only needed to hold out until his comrades finished off the clones.

But Sasuke didn’t bother talking. He vanished in a blur with the Body Flicker Technique and appeared behind the enemy, driving a kunai straight through his skull.

“How… can a brat… know the Body Flicker…?”

Those were the last words the man ever spoke.

The Body Flicker was a high-level technique—one of the most vital for improving a ninja’s strength.

It could be said:

A great ninja could live without mastering it.

But a ninja who had mastered it was bound to be great.

Sasuke swiftly killed one.

The other two destroyed his Shadow Clones.

Realizing Sasuke was dangerous, they no longer underestimated him.

They carefully closed in, surrounding him.

Sasuke stayed calm and quickly retreated. Seeing this, they gave chase.

As he moved, Sasuke formed hand seals. “Fire Style: Great Fireball Technique!”

Seeing him unleash ninjutsu, the rogues instinctively dodged.

But the next second, they noticed—no fireball came from Sasuke’s mouth.

Instead, they felt intense heat behind them.

“Oh no!”

Boom!!

It was a trap. Sasuke’s clone had been hiding behind them, casting the jutsu.

He’d distracted them by performing seals up front, making them lower their guard.

The Great Fireball hit perfectly.

Dirty trick? Maybe.

But this was the way of the ninja.

It was also something Sasuke learned from Naruto.

So really—it was Naruto who was despicable. Sasuke was just infected by him.

“Ahhhhh!!!”

One of the rogues screamed as the flames engulfed him.

His partner quickly used Water Style to douse the fire.

Zzzz~

White steam rose as the flames died out—but the man’s body was charred beyond saving.

Seeing this, the last remaining rogue ninja turned and ran.

Sasuke’s chakra was nearly drained. He felt weak and frustrated.

If it were Naruto, he thought bitterly, he wouldn’t have let him escape!

And just as that thought crossed his mind—

A flash of golden light streaked past him.

That speed—unbelievable.

Even with the Sharingan, Sasuke couldn’t fully see the figure.

Boom!

Naruto’s fist slammed into the fleeing rogue’s chest.

“Ugh!”

The man’s face twisted in pain as he spat blood and collapsed lifelessly.

Sasuke stared at Naruto in shock. “How the hell are your Body Flicker and attacks so fast?!”

Chapter 120 The Death Of Tony Stark

Ding, ding, ding—

In the depths of a dark cave, the sound of hammering echoed clearly.

At this moment, Tony Stark had long lost the luxurious suit he once wore. Now, he was dressed in nothing but a sweat-soaked white vest.

Standing under the dim light, Tony’s face was covered in grime and sweat, but his eyes still gleamed with a determined, almost defiant brilliance.

He was in a life-and-death predicament, but his mind — that of a true genius — was blazing with ideas. He knew time was running out.

The leader of the terrorist organization had ordered him to build the Jericho missile within two weeks. More than half that time had already passed, yet instead of a missile, Tony had secretly begun building something else — a steel suit that could bring him freedom.

But the situation was worsening by the day. To make matters worse, Dr. Yinsen could no longer keep up with Tony’s pace in constructing the armor. As a doctor, Yinsen’s technical understanding had reached its limit.

Ding. Ding. Ding.

The rhythmic clanging continued. In that dark, decaying cave, Tony Stark’s hammer struck again and again with fierce determination. He knew no one could save him — this was his battle alone.

His hands never trembled. His eyes were sharp and focused, radiating with the light of brilliance and resolve. Trapped behind bars, he refused to break. Only in such a desperate situation could Tony Stark’s genius truly shine.

Behind him stood a half-finished steel suit — crude, bulky, yet full of promise. An old, flickering computer constantly refreshed streams of data as Tony turned between hammering metal and recalibrating the code.

Day after day passed.

Tony’s once soft, carefree body began to harden. Muscles formed where there were none before. The playboy of yesterday was being forged into something new — something stronger.

Dr. Yinsen remained by his side, helping where he could. Though he could not grasp the details of Tony’s creation, he was in awe of the man’s sheer brilliance — a light as dazzling as the sun itself.

And then, finally, the day came.

At dawn, Tony Stark tightened the final bolts on the steel armor. It was crude and heavy, but it was freedom.

When the terrorists realized what Tony was doing, it was already too late.

Rat-a-tat-tat!

Bullets rained down like a storm, ricocheting off the metal plating as the first Iron Man strode out from the dark prison. Flames of vengeance burned in his heart.

Boom! Boom! Boom!

Grenades exploded. Fire consumed everything. Like a beast unleashed, Tony tore through his captors — a living embodiment of his own genius and rage.

Behind the mask, his eyes were cold. The frivolous playboy had been reborn as a warrior.

“F***! What the hell is this tin can?”

The bald leader of the terrorist cell froze in terror. His dream of domination shattered before his eyes.

“You idiots! Shoot him down! Tear that metal monster apart!”

Gunfire erupted again, but the bullets merely bounced off the armor, leaving shallow dents.

Tony raised his right hand — a burst of flame roared from the flamethrower, engulfing more than twenty terrorists in an instant. Their screams echoed briefly before being swallowed by fire.

BOOM!

The flames reached the ammunition depot. A chain of explosions followed, shaking the cave. Tony’s expression remained cold as jets of fire from his boots lifted him toward the surface.

The fire of vengeance had been lit.

Before his escape, Tony had learned a painful truth — Yinsen was already dying. The cancer in his body had spread beyond hope.

Yinsen met his end with dignity, buried beneath the same flames that consumed the terrorists — and Tony’s old self.

“Phew… it’s finally over.”

High above the desert, Tony hovered for a moment, eyes closed, mourning his fallen friend and savior.

But he didn’t yet realize — his trial wasn’t over.

BOOM!

The suit suddenly overloaded, exploding midair. The armor shattered, and Tony plummeted into the desert below.

“Ugh… the shock absorption still needs work…”

Gasping, Tony lay flat on the scorching sand, utterly exhausted. He was about to close his eyes when a blurry figure appeared in the distance.

Hope surged within him. He forced himself up and waved frantically. Whoever it was, they weren’t part of the terrorist group — he had wiped them all out.

But as the figure drew closer, Tony’s expression shifted from relief to dread.

“Original Iron Man, Tony Stark… you finally made it out.”

The voice was calm — too calm.

Tony’s blood ran cold. “You’re… Allens? And what did you just call me? The original Iron Man?”

He instinctively stepped back, but there was nowhere to go. Only endless sand.

“I will always remember you… original Iron Man, Tony Stark.”

Allens’ tone was almost gentle as he looked at the broken armor behind Tony. Then he raised his hand — and Tony’s body froze in place, completely paralyzed.

“F***! I can’t move! Allens, are you the one behind all this? What the hell do you want from me?!”

Fear and fury mixed on Tony’s face. He had escaped one nightmare only to fall into another.

“Shapeshifting.”

Allens whispered, and before Tony’s horrified eyes, his form twisted and changed — until another Tony Stark stood before him, identical in every way.

Now, even the real Tony couldn’t tell the difference.

“I’m you now,” Allens said with a smile. “Iron Man, Tony Stark.”

His voice, his tone, even his expressions — all were perfect.

Then, with a flick of his hand, a psychic blade formed — shimmering and deadly. Slowly, deliberately, Allens pressed it against Tony’s head and began to cut.
