Track Version 0.7 release!

IT IS HERE.. long awaited but boy oh boy is it here, the previous release was a bit.. iffy, this one however makes it so ANY car can drive the track! Which was my first goal for this version. I've tested this release with some friends already and it is a blast! The server now also supports more cars, so a larger collection of cars to choose from to drive on with fellow Driver/Influencer tier Patrons! (that you can connect with through our Discord!)

Of course a lot more has happened, lots of new items have been added and layout changes have taken place! All to make the track more lively and fun to drive!

A big change is that, while not being given the proper values yet.. the textures have improved! We now have normal maps! So the track looks a lot better! I'll try to post pictures on here or on Discord soon! :3

And of course a special thank you to all the support I've received! Both in the form of Patreon support, and kind words on Discord, I appreciate it a lot! ^^

Patron information

As I prepare everything to start offering the track, a few things will, or have been changed.

For starters, new Patrons will now be charged right away. this way they don't have to wait until the end of the month to get access to the track once that becomes a reward for a new tier :>

For people that are already a Patron, nothing will change. They'll be charged on the first of November, for the month of November, it's not like they'll be charged for October and November at the start of the next month.

All of the current Patrons have received the track, keep in mind that the current 1 dollar tier does not give access to the track in the future, a new tier will be put into place for that :3

..speaking of new tiers, there will also be an even higher tier for people who want to be able to influence the track, get a say in what they would like to see regarding certain things, and possibly let all Patrons vote on which idea, of the people in that tier, they like the most ^^

pssst.. also.. word on the street is that there'll be an online server for Patrons to play on with eachother..

1: Oh crystal ball, what will the future hold for the track!

A lot on the horizon, a lot of ideas boiling in my head! But for the near future a few things are planned or even already underway!

So, first off, new items! I like making models for unique sections of the track, that keeps the entire lap interesting, so even if just for one corner, I like making models to set that corner apart, I have a few things in mind to add, like that BEAUTIFUL straw hehehe!

I think the handdrawn textures add a lot of life to the track, they give it character and you can park the car and just appreciate the fine art that they are, so, more of those to come!

Normal maps basically mean, that the materials will look a lot better in various types of lighting, very important mhmmm!

Some parts of the track are NOT to my standard, yeah they work, buuuut.. It could be better! Corner by corner the track gets perfected and for the nearby future that'll be no different!

I like to make little renders of new things I add, but they're not notifiable to post on the #updates channel in our Discord (https://discord.gg/uCwQWwN7QG). Soooo an Instagram/Twitter will be the place to see those in the nearby future!

Lastly! Patreon tiers! First off I'd like to thank all of my current Patreons for the support, it means the world to me! and the people who can't support me through Patreon, I am also greatly appreciating all the excitement you all generate around my track, it reminds me of why I wanted to make this track!.. so.. yeah.. thank you hehe :3
BUT! back to the script! Patreon tiers! Soon I'll be making a tier for Patreons of that tier to receive the latest version of the track! Once I have more versions I might also make a lower tier to get access to an older version, we'll see.. but yeah, soon your toy-car-action-thirst can be quenched!!!!
