A Conversation with David Hayter (Early Access)
On this week's episode of Metal Gear Mondays... we talk to David Hayter himself.
We did it, you guys. Somehow... we actually did the thing. This is a really special one.

Metal Gear Mondays attended its first ever convention this year—Renton City Retro out in Renton, WA. After Cam Clarke extended a very courteous invitation, we ordered our tickets, booked our flights, and prepared for the weekend of a lifetime. Won't you come join us?
Note
This episode uses the most amount of audio source devices we've ever had on an episode. The sources are of varying quality, as we had no clue we'd be conducting so many interviews. Please be kind and understanding—we did the best that we could in post, but we'll gear up properly for our next event episode, funds willing.
All the best!
Sam and Alessio continue their journey into the belly of this 1980's beast. Special guest: Alessio's wife, Kristen.

In 1990 Seth Godin Productions published the second title in their "Worlds of Power" line of Nintendo novelizations for children: Metal Gear. Nothing can prepare you for the surreality and oddness tucked away in this document. Brace yourselves for Metal Gear in a way that you've never experienced. We're on red-alert!
This episode made possible by Sean "BoxLooter." Thank you, Sean!
Sam, Alessio, and Isaac bring you this week's Patriot Club episode from Sam's living room outside of Seattle, Washington. Things are a little more informal than usual, but still fun... we hope!

Metal Gear Mondays got Quinton Flynn on the line for this episode of the show. We had a ton of fun, even after dealing with some technical issues. Apologies for any sound quality issues—we had to revert to a conference call line to make sure we got everything recorded in time.

Per OUTER-OP #2, the cast of the show is curious about something: the outro. Do we keep it, do we cut it, do you hate it, do you love it? We want to know.
After 100+ episodes it's becoming a little bit of a bore, but if we must truck, we shall. What would you prefer?
Isaac rejoins the main cast to discuss our wrap-up thoughts on Metal Gear Solid V. Talk of Metal Gear Online also included!

The time for listener responses to MGSV is nearly upon us.
I know that we typically give you guys a deadline of the 15th of every month, but for this month the deadline will be 7:00PM Central Standard Time on May the 14th.
We're looking for your thoughts, comments, questions, observations, or general musings to either MGSV, Ground Zeroes, our recent slew of interviews, or any other Metal Gear topic.
Thanks!
Alessio
And that's a wrap on Metal Gear Solid (1998) for Metal Gear Mondays for quite some time. We've now covered this game three times. Phew!

We did it! We finally covered Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain... and, it didn't feel too much like eating our vegetables.
What did you think? Did you love it? Did you hate it? Drop us a line before May 15th at contact@metalgearmondays.com and use the comment section below to suggest some questions/topics for the OUTER-OP. The topics with the most likes will be chosen first, but we'll try to get to them all.
Hey there!
So, a few things:
1. We're on the hunt for upcoming EXTRA-OPs topics—please feel free to suggest 1 or 2 in the comments section below. We'll store all of them for future use, so don't waste your chance to suggest!
2. There's a really good chance that we'll be interviewing Debi Mae West (Meryl) in the very near future—so... what questions do you guys want us to ask her? We'll try to get at least one from each Patron in the mix.
Thanks!
Alessio
