I really liked the the tiny house 2 build so redid it. I added a second level with 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. The floor plan on the first floor is pretty much the same. However it is fully remodeled and redecorated. Packs needed but not required are: Get Together, Seasons, Perfect Patio and Backyard Stuff. This home sits on a 20x15 lot. I was working on the 2nd bedroom to this build and I didn't see a bedding set I wanted to use so I made this one. There are 4 swatches all shown about. There are 8 pictures as I wanted to show the carpet as it also comes in solid colors as well as the matching prints. The only Pack needed is Parenthood for the shower bath combo. (My recolors are merged into one file with the picture frame, as the link for this mesh no longer works). The two meshes below are needed for mines to show up. I have been snowed in for 3 days. We got 19 inches of snow. So I have just been simming. I was able to finish this build and I am so happy with it I wanted to get it out to you all ASAP! Definitely on of my favor builds. Welcome to THE BLOCK. There are 4 individual 1 bedroom homes and laundry rooms all on one lot. The brown one on the left is the one I fully furnished. It is ready for your sims to move in and get some roommates for the other ones. This lot is 40x30. The cars on the street are not included as I used TwistedMexi's tool mod to put them there.
