Welcome to Saddle Rock Homes. Here we have a 3 bedroom 2 and 1/2 bath, 2 story home. One of the bedrooms is on the first level and is perfect for your sims family. However, this first floor bedroom can also easily be converted to a home office. The laundry room is on the second floor with the other bedrooms and the two full bathrooms. I couldn't wait to use the platforms from the update. This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom Modern Family Home. It sits on a 30x20 lot. It features a sunken fire pit and an elevated pool and deck. Along with a covered BBQ area. It also has a lot of recolors I did that have never been released. This is an old remodel and décor home I did a few years back, but never got to share it as my CC was all merged back then. This was originally a empty home I downloaded from the gallery.
