I am currently working on the world map, both in its construction, distribution and the UI (icons and sprites) that would be on top of it.
By June I will probably be working directly on the assets that would conform it.
Unfortunately this past week I have not been able to draw much in general due to back pain, which continues to frustrate me but I have been improving little by little.
I've taken the opportunity to make progress on the comic. I'm currently more than 20 pages in. Hopefully this week I will be able to get back to normal activities.

Hello as we are in the middle of the year I thought of an interesting activity that I once saw from a Japanese artist on pixiv... or was it tumblr.
Anyway, this will be something simple in this post you can ask me any question you want and I will answer them the last week of May. Sounds like something you can do any day doesn't it... but in this case the answer will be accompanied by a simple drawing.
The idea would be more or less like this:
Details to take into account for the questions:
- The maximum number of questions per user is 3.
- You have until the last week of May to ask questions (Thursday, May 22nd)
- If the question has a somewhat broad answer, it will still be accompanied by a drawing but the text will have some emphasis.
- The answers/drawings will be answered in a publication on May 22nd. Collecting the questions.
- You can ask whatever you want but be cautious and respectful.
With all this cleared up. Questions will be taken from this post, so write what you want to know or want me to illustrate with a simple drawing.

Hello, how have you been?
One blink and it's already the last day of April hehe. But well it has been a busy month although in my case, I was a little overwhelmed by some big orders I had from some clients. That made this month a little bit tiring for me.
But I've been improving my sleep schedule, so I should stick with that until I can rest like a decent person.
Back to this month's news, volt n blade has resumed its activities, the game programmer came back from his vacation at the beginning of April.
The musician and I finished several tasks such as the sound effects and I have completed all of Yuuka's sprites. So in this month I will start working on other sprites.
(If all goes well during these months, a video preview could be shown this summer)
Unlike Volt n Blade, the comic didn't have many advances, as I said I had many orders and I had to give priority to certain things.
There was not much to comment on in these notes, April was another month of working and resting from some projects due to large orders. In my free time I've been able to play dragon quest 3 remake, I've been liking it a lot.
Before I finish I wanted to tell you that as we are going to the middle of the year I will do an activity related to questions. At the beginning of May I will comment the activity more in detail.

I'm excited for the new kirby air riders... too bad the prices of the games (switch 2 games) are not the best... and that Sakurai probably won't play the characters from the kirby games he didn't direct.

2025-04-05 11:45:56 +0000 UTC View PostI've been wanting to do a survey with the girls from the Mega Man games since last year, so since you're already using the bunny theme in March, April has a free theme.
If I had to define this month I would define it as one with a lot of wind, dust and insomnia. It's not that I go to sleep very early, but the truth is that I go to bed later than usual. But this coming April I will try my best to sleep earlier.
I also had to move my desk because it was always getting dusty from the wind.
About the development of volt n blade, I'm currently reworking the Stage 1 mid-boss sprite, it should be ready by April. Although probably after that I will have to work on the interface and some other documents.
So it is very likely that there will not be many sprites in April. Although if all goes well by summer there will be significant progress.
I was able to advance a few pages of the comic this month, I'm almost to the twentieth page, which would be almost half of the comic.
By the way, the volt n blade programmer is currently on vacation in Japan. And I leave a drawing of me in the real life Moriya temple. The truth is that I am very grateful to him is a very beautiful detail from a good friend.

As a bonus this month I bought the “capcom fighting collection” I've been playing darkstalkers a lot like when I was a teenager. I discovered that I'm pretty good at playing with Q-Bee and Huitzil. I will continue to play it although I also want to start the Dragon quest 3 remake which I bought at an affordable price with lots of quotes this month.
(seriously that remake is very expensive I don't understand how squarenix didn't lower the price a little bit, I guess I'll buy it because I'm still retrofan of old games)

I have had the opportunity to advance a little further in the comic.
It has been a busy month
I have finished redoing all the enemies in the “Stage Tutorial”. I may add some extra details in the future when the programer start programming that part but for now everything is finished. This month I will start redoing a much larger sprite of the first stage.

Hello again, I was completely forgetting that February has less days hehe. I almost left the month's notes for the non-existent February 30...
But leaving that aside.
This month has been one where I resumed the commissions after almost a month without having them open.
This results in me having a lot of work lately, but that is normal every month. 
About the other projects, this month I was able to redo the sprites of Volt n Blade, which makes me very happy and also the project has been advanced. The programmer was able to make a small sample of the game on youtube. It is still an alpha so there are still a lot of things to add and polish.
about the comic I didn't advance as much as the other month but I have continued drawing it, I hope this month I can reach half of the pages (25 to be exact). Although it has been an interesting challenge... but I swear that the second episode will have less pages.
With nothing more to say, we will see you next month, have a nice weekend and...

I have continued with the reworking of the minor enemies from the tutorial stage. I finished with the 3 that appeared in the 2021 demo.
I added a new one for the players to see that there are enemies that are destructible.
