This mod adds functional amusement park management event to The Sims 4.
Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:
In CAS give your Sim the Amusement Park Operator trait. Located in the lifestyle category.
Setup an amusement park any way you like. The amusement park can be on your residential lot, generic, park, and misc other venue types in the game.
Use your phone to start a social event.
Select: Manage Amusement Park
The trait unlocks a new social menu: Amusement Park.
You'll have two sub menus: Amusement Park Guests, and Park Staff.
The interaction will always be present from your Sim even when they're not at an amusement park. Be aware.
You can talk to guests and staff.
Your Sim will get random buffs that will alert them to issues within the amusement park. It'll make your Sim a little tense. You can get rid of the buff by talking to staff about the issue.
Example, if a ride is broken, get staff to fix the ride through the social menu.
You can add 3 to 5 staff. They're role is set to maid. So they'll go around and hopefully clean things if the park gets dirty.
You earn $14,000 per successful gold event. Only gold reward available.

There isn't cc but it's still listed as modded.

If your Sim can't enter the lot, please remove that club and replace it.
Added a second entrance door as well on the updated lot. For some reason the foundation blocked the entrance.
Stairs added to the back for stripper entrance. If it's not there in your build, just place some stairs there and should be fine.
Strip club. Brothel area. Red Room. Prn Studio. Strip Club office. Empty rooms and top floor shell.
No CC but Select custom content for it to show up in the gallery.
Pack heavy. If you don't have a certain pack replace the items with what you like.

You can setup a warehouse or get one I built available on the gallery. Be sure to toggle custom content for the lot to show up. ID wickedpixxel
It's mostly no cc, so just replace anything you like. I added a different color for top and register for deco from get to work.
Make sure the lot is generic or residential.
Use your phone to launch an event.
Goal the event to storage fees.

I got an email from Patreon today letting me know someone reported one of my adult mods. They removed access until I either changed the content of the page or set it to a tier. I can see where this will go and updated all my adult mods to a tier.
Moving forward the adult mods will remain tiered to comply with the policy and avoid them being reported.
I'll set them free on my website. I'll post which are free in the daily update section so you'll easily know how to get them.
I'll also create a full section on the website for free adult mods. Will make it easy as possible to find them and download. I'll use mediafire for the downloads.
This has always been their policy so it's on me. I should have had this system setup long time ago.

This mod add small town themed traits and social event to The Sims 4.

There are a variety of small town save files you can use to create your small town. Just search google for "Sims 4 Small Town Save".
Use the Small Towner Mod to give multiple households different traits. These traits allow the locals to have new social interactions, random buffs, and a small town gathering that can be hosted.
All the traits are in CAS, located in the Social category.
Small Town Gathering Event will require several items. Grill, Stereo, Chess Board, and Bar.

This mod adds a new custom aspiration and job events to The Sims 4.
In CAS give your Sim the Passive Income Aspiration from the new category Easy Money. Include the Automated Empire bonus trait.
The aspiration is optional. You can work from the job events anytime without the Aspiration. The Passive Income Aspiration will reward you with a trait that loots extra money at random times.
The title of each gig has been added to each aspiration tier. Just complete 3 tasks from each gig to complete the aspiration.
Use your phone and launch a social event to get access to the job events at any time. Available to teens - elderly.
Start the event, add your Sim, and use a base game computer. The computer interactions you'll need to goal each event are located behind the Earn Extra Money pie menu.
Then you'll see the 4 available jobs. Select the pie menu associated with the social event you're working.
The work events are scheduled to last up to 24 hours. Just click out of the event when you get gold reward.
Each computer interaction will take 25 in game minutes to complete. They trigger the goal successfully at the beginning of the interaction. You don't have to complete the interaction.

This mod adds a new cas trait in the lifestyle category, Happily Single.
Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:
In CAS give your sim the trait: Happily Single
This trait will unlock new social interactions from the "Happily Single" pie menu. These are all friendly interactions.
You're Sim can talk about their single lifestyle. Hopefully won't annoy other Sims.
Several new random buffs and proximity buffs.
At random times your Sim will get happy buffs about being single.
When you're Sim is near a romantic Sim they'll also get a happy buff about being single but still react to romantic interactions and gestures.
With this trait, the romantic relationship will decay a lot faster. They'll always return to wanting the single lifestyle.

Passive Income Aspiration - Change the gameplay a little with the mod. Instead of rabbit holes I'll have separate mini job events you launch from your phone. That'll give you functional tasks for each passive income opp. Goal the event for a reward trait that loot the passive income buff with random money and a reward money boost.
I'm working on those. Small delay until those are complete. New release window is hopefully late Thursday night.

Passive Income Aspiration - wrapping up this mod and heading into testing. This aspiration includes new passive income opportunities from the computer. Each time you setup the passive income, it'll give your Sim a buff that will go away after some time. This buff will generate the passive income at random times in random amounts.
Maybe your Sim has a regular career but needs a little extra without a lot of extra effort. (Pixxel Pervert)
Expected release Wednesday.
I'm also working on the Small Towner mod. It'll include a pack of small town themed traits. The small town gameplay can include different households with the friendly face trait, small town pride, front porch lurkers, gossip fiends, and many other personalities and characters.
Each will have unique social interactions, buffs, and reactions. (Pixxel Pervert)

Ownable Brothels Mod adds new dedicated brothels for The Sims 4.
How To Become A Brothel Keeper
Self click on the Sim you want to become a brothel keeper. Located behind the Action social menu select "Become A Brothel keeper". This will give your Sim the needed trait.
Recruit Brothel Prostitutes
From the Manage Brothel menu, select Recruit Into Brothel Prostitution
Using your phone start a social event. Select Run A Brothel event.
This event can last a full 24 in game hours.
Setup your brothel anyway you like.
Set the venue type for the brothel to Generic or use your residential home.
To goal the event click on any of your prostitutes and select the "Manage Brothel Prostitutes" social menu. These interactions will only show up on Sims you recruited.
You earn $8000 per event. Must get gold.
You can add Wicked Whims for the brothel prostitutes to have sex with the sex buyers.

Prn Star - New casting couch audition event. You can do rabbit hole auditions with an agency or choose to get the part guaranteed. Fixed multiple issues with the director's chair.
The assigned director's chair was renamed to: Prn Star Gig Director Chair.
Prn Director Gig - Just realized I named the director chairs the same. I got rid of one and will have to remake this one. The chair isn't available for a day or two.
Updated Tuning For Most Gigs including:
Sex Toy Maker - Looking for new sex toys to add. Once I have the suitable 3d objects I'll add them. Saw a few on a 3d site but they require blender skills I don't know how to do.
Prostitution - couple of back end interactions will appear no matter what trait you have. I've tried to figure out why but I don't see any reason for it. Unable to fix at this time. When you get the prostitution trait, all back end interactions appear.
Be sure to use Wicked Whims Mod to have sex with agents and during the prno shoot. You may have to update settings to remove any rejections. Make sure you have the sex animations you want.
Note: Events only pay for gold. If you get bronze or silver there isn't a payment.
I've hopefully covered most past reported issues but if you find something please let me know.

Prn Director v19.1 (gameplay guide coming to the website very soon)
Give your Sim the Prn Director trait by self clicking. Select the trait.
The first thing you'll need to do is hold auditions and hire the lead prn star and costar. You can do that with the Prn Director - Hire Movie Crew social event. Launch a social event from your phone.
During the event you'll need to use the "Manage Audition" social interactions. This is located behind a new "Pre Production" menu from the main Prn Director menu.
You'll also see the Hire Prn Crew menu. These interactions will give other Sims the needed trait to be your prn star and costar when shooting a movie.
I advise on selecting a few for each position. I noticed that select people for the shooting event would be blank sometimes. That particular Sim may not be available for some reason or in another world. Selecting multiple will help make sure you have a full crew to launch the event.
The Audition and hire crew event is free.
The prno movie shoot will cost $10,000
Once you have a few actors you can launch the next event called: Direct Prn Movie ($10,000)
To end the movie shoot and produce the raw movie footage, click on the movie camera, select Cut! That's a wrap.
Edit the movie footage from the computer or your phone. The phone entertainment category.
Edited movie footage can be uploaded on the computer. You'll earn $25,000.
2 issues - I added text popups to a few interactions. That might get annoying. Please let me know.
A few of the social interactions seem to have autonomy. I'll remove the autonomy soon so your prn director sim won't keep hiring people all the time.
Find the director chair: Prn Director - Director Chair. Prn Director - Movie Camera.
New interactions added to both objects.
Note: The camera operator is removed in this version. The director can use the camera to shoot the movie. They can also use the director chair to move the movie along.
During this movie shoot you can use wicked whims mod to make the actors perform as you'd like.

Ownable Brothels v5 - I've got the issues figured out and getting the mod wrapped up. The mod has new gameplay. Added brothel rooms you can send the sex workers via rabbit holes. This will give you even more income potential and easier management.
Clients will have their own requests if you ask them. Based on their response you can send them to a rabbit hole room and earn the money or have the sex worker perform what they requested. I'll have the release post completed sometime today or tonight. (Pixxel Pervert)
Sexy Gigs v19.1 - This is an update to fix any overlooked issues from the latest version and add more gameplay. The new gameplay is for the Prn Director gig. Added new interactions to the director's chair.
New auditions to hire a prn star. You can audition multiple potential actors and costars. Select which you prefer through an event. You can also hire the camera operator during these auditions.
New interactions with the camera operator during a movie shoot. New interactions during the movie shoot with the prn star and costar.
I will set a new release date to 4.23 Wednesday. That gives me plenty of time to make sure everything is working and a full retest of the mod. If you have any issues in v19 please continue to share them. I'll get them fixed if possible.

This mod adds the Healthy Reminders trait to the Sims 4.

Select Enable Self Checkups to give your Sim the Healthy Reminders trait.
The Healthy Reminders trait will unlock random buffs that remind you to take care of yourself in a variety of ways.
You can also self click on your sim to select different healthy checkups. These will boost the mood of your Sim.

This mod adds transactional relationships to the Sims 4.
Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:
Your Sim will need plenty of money to develop romantic relationships. Start by creating a Transactional Connection.
Click on the Sim wants to start a relationship with. From the action menu select "Create Transactional Connection".
This will give your sim and the other required traits.
Your Sim will get the "Transactional" trait
The other Sim will get "Love For Sale" trait.
You can remove the transactional connection through the same Action menu.
The Transactional trait unlocks new romantic social interactions. Use these interactions to hopefully buy the love you want.
Each interaction will cost you money. The amount is random but can go up to $250.
Whenever you are near your love interest it will remind you that they only love you for what you can give them. You'll become very tense and need to spend even more money to keep the relationship.
You'll also go through several random emotions as the draining of your wallet takes a toll.
All interactions have a response.
Note:
The proximity buffs have the "rock group small 01" text. I'll try to get this removed.

Click on the Sim your Sim has a crush on.
From the Action menu select " I got a crush on you". This will give both Sims a trait.
Once your Sim has their crush, they'll have a new menu. Crush Crash Out. These are all mean interactions for crashing out.
Whenever your Sim is near their crush, they'll get heart palpitations buff.
They'll also get a random buff of embarrassment over having a secret shrine of their crush.
You can get rid of the crush whenever you want from the action menu.

-Unzip file. Keep all files in the folder. Place the folder in your Sims 4 Mods Folder.

This mod adds a digital detox aspiration to The Sims 4.
Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:
In CAS give your Sim the Digital Detox Aspiration found in the Disconnect category.
The bonus trait is "Touched Grass". You'll get random destressed buffs.
Optional: Tech Free CAS trait located in the Lifestyle category. This trait will enable new Digital Detox social interactions. Not required for the aspiration.
Tip:
If stuck on tell joke aspiration goal.
The aspiration goal Tell A Few Jokes, will pass from the funny menu category. Select Tell Gross Joke, Knock Knock Joke, or Tell Inside Joke.

This mod adds a functional nightclub bouncer career to The Sims 4.
Compatible with latest patch.
Now requires XML Injector:
In CAS give you Sim the Bouncer trait located in the Lifestyle category.
You'll need to add the "Troublemaker" lot trait to the nightclub. This will spawn underage Sims into the nightclub.
Use your phone to start a social event.
Goal the event to earn money.
The ask for I.D. interaction will only show up on teen sims in the nightclub.

This trait unlocks new social interactions and computer interactions.
Use the All In One base game computer.
Use your phone to start a social event. Select the Security Guard Shift.
List of venues you can be a security guard at.
