I hope you are all doing great! Today I have the first chapter of Steel-Toed Slippers. Another one of those "Short comics" that I wanted to make. That kinda just ballooned into a longer comic. I plan on releasing a bunch of pages at a time for this one. It's going to end up being 3 chapters. But they are going to come out basically during weeks when I don't have enough time to work on Winds of Change or Satin Wars.

By the way, Satin Wars Chapter 1 is the next comic update. I'm planning on releasing that next Friday!

This is another comic that I made right after I finished up with MY TOY. Another comic that I thought "Hey I'll just make a short 20-30 page comic before jumping into my next long comic..." Well it's become longer than I anticipated so I'm breaking it up into chapters. I hope you enjoy this story!!

Today is a great day! It's the start of a new adventure! And Winds of Change is going to be quite the adventure I think! I hope you are ready for the premier of this comic and ready to see the journey that Will and his friends go on in Winds of Change!!

Maideneir Blog Post #5: What I like about making my own comics!

Hellooooooooo Everyoooooooone!!

I'm kind of surprised that I haven't done one of these in a month! I'm just working very hard at my real life job, the time just kind of slips away. But I thought for today's blog post I thought I would talk about what I like about making comics so much! So for starters, one of the main reasons that I decided to start making my own comics was because the comics I was reading were starting to make me mad! I would think to myself "Why is this character so DUMB!!" And it would frustrate me. Not to call out any other creator, but my least favorite trope in gender change comics is where the main character has tits and they're just like "Oh man, my pecks are so flabby!" Like no sir, you have titties how do you not realize!?

It got the point where I was reading some of these comics and I thought, just for once I want to make a comic where the main character is pretty much aware of what is going on the entire (Or most of) the entire time. The picture I uploaded with this post is from chapter 7 of A Gray Day. It's the first time the hormones really start working their magic and of course Gray realizes this! Because why wouldn't he!?

Anyways, that one little annoyance that I had every time I read a gender change story led to me making my first comic. And one of my core principles is that the changes someone is going through are noticeable. Even in MY TOY for example, there's a reason that Alex didn't notice the changes which was the demon magic. BUUUUUT, as soon as he went home both Aubrey and Ken immediately noticed that Alex looked different. But Ken didn't want to think anything was wrong and Aubrey was being oblivious. BUT then Lisa immediately knew! I don't know, I just don't like the "Main character is oblivious, and everyone around them misunderstands the situation" trope. I see it waaaaaaay to often in these types of comics.

I guess my last observation on this is that even with the demon magic kinda screwing with Alex's head, he did notice that he was changing. He just couldn't figure out what was happening to him. I mean, thinking back to all the comics I've made, I don't think once I've had a comic where the main character didn't realize they were transforming into a girl. Anyway that's all I have to say about that I suppose! I hope you have a wonderful day! And look forward to the first chapter of Winds of Change dropping tomorrow!!

EDIT: I forgot to tie my thoughts back into title for this blog post haha! Basically why I like making my own comics is because I can do what I want with the characters. While some people may not like a certain direction a story might go or something. Ultimately I still have more love than hate I think. And even when I got a little bit of hate for chapter 15 of MY TOY I stand by that it was where I wanted that story to go and ultimately I'm happy the way MY TOY ended. And for me it's the satisfaction of writing something I feel like I don't see much in the gender bender comic world. And the satisfaction of telling a story that I've come up with that makes me so glad to be here making my own comics!!

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!!

HELLOOOOOO EVERYOOOOONE!

I would like to announce that after MY TOY concludes next week, that the next comic that I will be working on is Winds of Change! Some of you might remember this from way back when, I think in like 2023. I started it, didn't really vibe with it. But I liked the idea, I was just burnt out on making comics after A Gray Day. So now here, 2 years later, I will be rebooting this comic! You don't have to read the 2 chapters I put out, because I am starting from scratch.

THE 2ND BIG ANNOUNCEMENT!! As some of you might remember, after I gave up on Winds of Change I started a different comic called The Satin War. It's the comic that introduced Gianna who you all know was in both MY TOY and MAMA. Well, After My Genius Daughter Turned Me Into Her New Mama concludes two weeks after MY TOY, The Satin Wars is going to replace that. So we will have 2 comics running simultaneously just like we do now! Because I like not working on just one comic at a time! Again, you won't have to go back and read the few chapters I did post because I'm rebooting this one from the start as well!

OH MY GOODNESS A 3RD ANNOUNCEMENT!!!! I have a short comic that I'm going to be releasing soon, Steel-Toed Slippers. A little while ago, just for funsies I made a character based on a very close friend of mine who also enjoys comics of the gender bender sexy variety. So we got to talking, and came up with the premise of this comic together! I'm not sure exactly how long it will be, but I'm thinking in the range of 40-50 pages. That comic will be released in 2 parts after I release the first chapters of Winds of Change and The Satin War!

Synopsis:

• Winds of Change: Will is a down on his luck telemarketer for a clothing brand called "Urban Veil." He can't keep a steady girlfriend and he's failing to achieve his dream of being a freelance musician. But his life drastically changes when his best friend Will, offers him 20,000 dollars to test a new device that he has developed. Will, unaware of what the device actually does, agrees to test the device. A device that he comes to realize not only can make him more of a man, but one that can also make him more of a woman...

• The Satin War: Captain AJ Teller is a highly respected officer in the Army. His Superior officer, Colonel Ishta Vistrallin, highly praises AJ assuring that he has a bright future. His troops equally respect him, except for one troublemaker. Klarke Bausmen, has a chip on his shoulder thinking AJ doesn't respect him enough. And he'll do anything to knock Captain Teller down a few pegs. He finds his chance when he finds out AJ's deepest secret...

• Steel-Toed Slippers: After a night of joking with his best friend about waking up as a woman, Mike finds himself living the punchline, his body transformed overnight with no explanation. Forced to push through a grueling day of hard labor in an unfamiliar, softer form, he struggles to keep up, but the real battle begins when he's alone, confronted by new sensations and desires creeping into his mind. At first, he wants answers, a way back, but as the days pass, his resistance fades, his old self slipping away beneath the weight of silk, curves, and pleasures he never imagined. The question is no longer how he changed, but if he even wants to go back.

Maideneir Blog Post #4! A Gray Day Discussion!

Helloooooooo Everyone!

I hope you are having an amazing day! Today I'm going to start talking about my comics that I have released. Where better to start than the first comic I ever made, A Gray Day! The picture is the chapter 12 title card and it was my favorite one I made for this comic. So what can I say about A Gray Day? I really enjoyed writing it and I learned a lot through the whole process. But I think for this post I want to focus on my favorite character in this story, Bella!

So fun story about Bella's name. As some of you may know, I make my living professionally playing the trumpet. And I named my trumpet way back when I first got it. Of course her name is Bella. So when I started writing this story I knew I had to name a character Bella and I'm happy it was Bella! Because I think she is one of the best characters in this story, and even my favorite from all the stories I've written!

What I like about Bella is her sense of morals and her kindness and compassion for others. Throughout the story, especially in the beginning, she's almost a psudo-antagonist. She's the one who pushes Gray into crossdressing. She's the one who lies to Gray to keep him with Mavis. But through it all she is trying to save the time-line. And several times she expresses how she doesn't want to be doing these things, but they are necessary. And when she finds out about what Mavis is doing she does her best to try and stop it. Even though that means that she would have to find a new way to fix the future.

She makes mistakes though the story, but she always tries to find a way to fix them. She tries to hide her feelings for Gray, but can't. And I think that makes her very compelling. She's not perfect, she has all these powers, but she still fumbles at points. But in the end she figures out the way to save Gray, now Gia. And she sacrifices herself to do it. After all the mistakes she makes, she sacrifices everything to make up for it. And that's something I really love about Bella! Also, she has hands down the cutest character design I've ever made, in my opinion! I think she was the first character I ever designed as well.
