【重要】ディスコードに入れない不具合 【Important】 Malfunction in not being able to enter the discord.
明確な原因がわからずご不便おかけし申し訳ございません。
以前に私のディスコードと連携したことがあり、現在も支援または再支援して頂いた方で不具合が起きている可能性があります。
試して頂きたいこと
①PCブラウザからPatreonの【$5プラン加入前】にPatreonとDiscordの連携解除してください。 ②【Discordからも退室お願いします。】
③$5プラン加入し、PatreonとDiscordの連携してください。
④PatreonからDiscordへの招待が来るのでそのリンクから入室。
ご不便をおかけして申し訳ありません。Patreonの支払い情報の反映にラグがある（最大24時間）といった情報もあります。ご不明な点があれば、コミュニティからDMお願い致します。 今後も快適にご利用いただけるよう改善してまいります。

① Please unlink Patreon and Discord from your PC browser [before joining the $5 plan]. 2) Please leave the room from Discord as well.

Discordロールが自動で付与されない方へ 現在、以下の条件に当てはまる方にDiscordロールが自動で付与されない不具合が確認されています：
対象となる方： 以前から支援していて、最近**$10→$5プランにダウングレードした方** まだプランを切り替えていない既存会員の方 問題のないパターン： 5月1日以降に新規で加入された方 一度メンバーシップをキャンセルしてから$5プランに再加入された方 解決方法（どちらか一つでOKです）
方法①：一度キャンセル→再加入する（確実） Patreonのメンバーシップを一度キャンセルします その後、改めて**$5プランに再加入**してください ➡ この方法が最も確実にDiscordロールが付与される方法です
方法②：PatreonとDiscordの連携を再接続する（効果がある場合あり）
Patreonの設定ページにアクセス https://www.patreon.com/settings/apps 一度「Discord」を解除（Remove） もう一度Discordと連携し直してください ➡ この操作でロール付与が再トリガーされる可能性があります

このたび、Patreonのプラン内容を見直すことにいたしました。
より無理なく、長く活動を続けるための調整ですので、ご理解いただけると幸いです。
【今後のプランについて】
■ $5プラン（変更なし）
投稿から1ヶ月以内の作品を閲覧可能
■ $10プラン / $15プランについて
2025年4月30日をもって、$10/$15プランは新規受付停止・廃止します。
$10プランの過去作品閲覧権は、廃止後はご利用いただけなくなります。
$15プランのリクエスト特典も終了となります。
※4月中に$15プランでリクエスト頂いている分に関しましては、完成させてお渡しいたします。
【変更理由】
・リクエスト対応が想像以上に大変でキャパシティオーバーしたため
・毎月の作品投稿に集中するため
・新技術の勉強・制作の時間確保のため
【今後について】
$5プランだけにします。
【過去作品について】
公開できる作品についてはBOOTHや他媒体で月ごとに販売、
みたいなことを将来的にはするかもしれません。
…しないかもしれません。
Discord内だけでのみ公開する作品はお見逃し無く…

$10/$15プランにご加入中の方は、$5プランへの移行をお願いいたします。
退会される場合は、閲覧権限も一緒になくなりますのでご注意ください。

As of April 30, 2025, we will stop accepting new applications and discontinue the $10/$15 Plan.
Past work viewing privileges for the $10 plan will no longer be available after the discontinuation.
Request privileges for the $15 plan will also be discontinued.
We will complete and deliver the $15 plan requests received during the month of April.
【Reasons for the change】
・Responding to requests has become more difficult than we had imagined and we have exceeded our capacity.
・To concentrate on monthly submissions
・To secure time for study and production of new technology
【Future】
We will only offer the $5 plan.
I will only offer a $5 plan.
I may sell the works that can be published on BOOTH or other media on a monthly basis, like
in the future.
We may or may not do that.
If you are a member of the $10/$15 plan, please move to the $5 plan.
If you cancel your membership, you will lose your viewing privileges as well.
