Well it finally happened -- Gumroad officially terminated my account.
The bad news is that as of this moment, I don't have a distribution platform for the Storybooks we've produced. Meaning that the only way to grab a copy of a Storybook on release is through Patreon!
However our community has come up with a little plan to mitigate the situation. While a more permanent solution to distribution is being worked on, we've decided to implement a special sign-up bonus for any new members that choose to join us on Patreon!

Operation: Firestorm (Pt.II) has been officially extended for another three weeks! I honestly didn't think that option was going to win in the polls, but I can't complain.
Because the story is a tournament arc and the total length is split into four different fights, making it into a longer story benefits each individual engagement - giving all the girls extra screen-time! And this group of ladies is pretty special eh?
In fact, I believe once we complete the set, it will also become the longest Storybooks produced to date!
Additionally, I'll put into motion that little plan we talked about last week. Starting next week, I'll be giving out one free Storybook from our catalogue to new members as a signup bonus. I'll work out the terms and conditions for that and make the official announcement next week, but expect a little bonus for current members as well, so don't miss next week's Weekly Update!

By the end of its production run, it will officially have a total of 30 images. For reference ... Operation: Firestorm (Pt.I) had a total of 32. So this is the moment to decide if we want to add a bit more meat and muscle to the bones.
Each week literally adds +4 images at the current production speed. So, if we add one more week, that gives us 34 images total. Two weeks, 38 images. Three weeks, 42. Etc.
So what will it be, agents?

So I've been thinking of adding a benefit for new Patreon subscribers, essentially gifting them a copy of a past publication as a sign-up bonus.
I will continue looking into alternatives to publish our stories, but that is a subject for another post. In the meantime, if we implement this benefit, newer members will be able to get to see a glimpse of our built up catalogue until the issue is fully resolved.

I'm reaaaally interested in extending Operation: Firestorm by one or two weeks (adding +4 or +8 extra images) which would make it extra meaty compared to other stories, but don't worry about that right now. I'll let you decide after next week's Sneak Peek!

The masterplan proceeds smoothly, so we have progress on all fronts.
However, I must admit that my gut is telling me to add one or two weeks to Operation: Firestorm. Every week is +4 additional panels now (twice as many as before), so what we gained in production speed with the latest Hex 4.0 upgrade - could be reinvested (at least partially) into scale!
Remember, because we are working on a tournament arc, the total number of images is split among 4 different fights. So adding a few extra shots will benefit each individual fight, adding extra meat for an even juicer experience. But hey, we'll decide later as we approach the finish line and we can see the bigger picture.

Hello agents! From now on you'll be getting Sneak Peeks from our primary series - Operation: Firestorm (Pt.II) every single week!
I'm personally very excited about this change, as the Strikeforce series always had the longest production run as well as the most content in terms of image count and combat scene variety.
Thus I firmly believe that regular weekly updates will allow everyone to keep track of the action as well as speed up production output considerably.
What used to be a 2+ or 3+ month deadline has officially turned into a one month deadline, meaning the final product is merely 4 weeks away. (Cue Background Voices: "Whaaaat? That's craaazeeeeh...")

Are you having a great weekend my dear agents? Because I am. With the Hex 4.0 in full effect we are cruising through our objectives as planned!

The Hex 4.0 is now fully operational. Support Tiers have been officially updated and the new production scheduling is underway! Additionally some of you may have noticed that I've reactivated our Discord Server and linked it up with Patreon, so it will update your role based on your tier (or so they promise).
As of now, nothing major is happening in Discord, but I do want a fail-safe channel of communication with you if DeviantArt/Patreon/Gumroad explode or something like that.
So the purpose of the Server will mainly be a way for us to stay in touch in real time, share ideas and keep up with the news.
There are 4 channels within it ...
1. The Threshold - is just the entry point. System notifications and welcome messages, that sort of thing.
2. The Watch Tower - is a READ/REACT only channel where everyone including Sleeper Agents can get Countdown updates and any Mission Critical announcements. This is where I'll sound the alarm if something majorly critical happens as well.
3. The Ops Center - will discuss the main storyline as it develops. In this case, everything Strikeforce/Firestorm related.
4. The Sanctum - is the new iteration of the Wishing Well from the original Discord Server. This is where you can feed me with inspiration for the weekly Wild Creations and we can talk about those as we move forward.

Agents. It is happening. Everything at the same time. Which is kind of crazy, but here we go.
Classified: Maid for Combat is OUT NOW, and I really wanted to make a joke about it being cancelled, but today is too exciting and important to mess around like that XD. So check out the relevant post, and as usual, Classified-tier supporters will get direct download links through DMs shortly.
Now, as we move into the Hex 4.0 system, let me remind you of a couple of super important things to keep in mind.
1. The old VETERAN and ELITE tiers are officially merging: But what this means technically though, is that the VETERAN tier will shut down, the ELITE tier will be rebranded as the SECRET AGENT tier and drop in pricing. So if you wish to stay in the loop and follow along with the primary content flow you'll have to manually change your subscription into the tier called - SECRET AGENT.
2. Because I know some of you might still need some time to adjust, I'll leave the old VETERAN tier open until Monday for you to make the jump, after which it will be closed indefinitely.
The shift might sound painful but in the end, it really is for the better.
For example, as we focus our production on the primary storyline, did you notice Countdown Trackers for Operation: Firestorm have gone from an ETA of 2 months and 3 weeks to just 1 month and 1 week? Yes, I did the math and this does mean that in about 5 weeks you'll have Operation: Firestorm in your hands (or screens actually)! After all, I did say we'll more than double the production rate, yes?
That also means that every single week I'll be able to share Sneak Peeks from Operation: Firestorm and any future stories that follow the Tournament saga.
Additionally, for ultra fans, remember that the new T3, called DEEP COVER AGENT, will also receive goodies on a weekly basis. Specifically my wild little experiments, exclusively here on Patreon. Some of it may be expanded panels from stories we know and love. Some might be one off experiments featuring brand new characters and settings. Some of it may be seasonal specials. Some may be done by popular demand! But what will be a certainty, it's that ALL of them will be super spicy just like we like it here at the Hex.
Finally, let's not forget the brand new experimental T4, also known as the INNER CIRCLE. A way for you to secure a limited commission slot that allows you to dream up a singular one shot using any of the characters we already have modelled for a super special Patreon-only price. Just remember, I must be able to publish them publicly.
I originally planned to open just 2 such slots, but as of now, I think I'll go with 4 and see what happens. It's a wild time!

Alright my sexy agents, the time has finally come, Hex 4.0 is about to launch and I'm here today ready to tell you all about it. Don't worry, nothing is changing immediately, the official switch of operational parameters will happen on the release of Classified: Maid for Combat (which is ... next week), but because it's right around the corner I feel it's time for you to know is going to happen so you can prepare yourself for it.
But first things first, some basic housekeeping. Both Operation: Firestorm (Pt.II) and Classified: Maid for Combat have made their weekly progress. Meaning, Maid for Combat's production is officially a wrap, leaving just one customary week for "packaging" for the official launch, next week (on the 6th of July). In the meantime I have an Operation: Firestorm - Sneak Peek ready for you today!
Now back to the MISSION CRITICAL portion of this announcement.
As we spoke before, the industry (both in my day job and in my undercover Hex-job) is changing, and we must adapt to the rising tide if we are to survive. So after a ton of planning, calculating and many many many flowcharts and excel sheets (Fun™), I've come up with a new content creation plan and pricing system for the Hex.
Now ... I know I say 'new' but it's not really new-new. I guess a better word for it is 'optimized' or perhaps 'streamlined'. The MISSION is and has always been QUALITY above all else. And though we've experimented with one-month-one-story and multiple-stories-many-month systems, the main thing I've personally struggled with is delivery time vs story length.
Some stories felt like they were too short (which prompted us to extend or expand, thus adding time to the production schedule) and some stories (specifically the Strikeforce Series) can take up to 5 months to complete.
I don't regret any of what we've done so far, but with the lessons learned I feel it's time to 'optimize' once more. And though we've been wrapping up pending projects and shutting down some of the tiers, this does not actually mean we are going to do LESS content. If anything, it only means we'll get a BETTER content flow.
I tried to be as concise as I could but because this is a complex switch this is what it is.
The Plan is ...
We will go back to the LASER FOCUS on a single main series, much like the olden days, however, instead of restricting ourselves to a single month deadline, we'll adopt the countdown system and pre-plan the right number of images that need to be created for each story. So the length should ALWAYS be just right.
Merger ---
For that reason, Tier 2 (Veteran/Strikeforce) and Tier 3 (Elite/Classified) will merge into a single New Tier. Important: Tier 2 (Veteran) will be shut down eventually, so I recommend T2 agents to relocate to T3 in due time to gain the full benefits from the tier. This in part has a lot to do with how posts are linked to specific tiers, and if we move T3 to T2, a lot of the content will just be unlinked for a lot of you. Alternatively, anyone moving from T2 to T3 will in fact gain access to a bunch of posts.
Pricing ---
The new combined price of the New Tier 2 : Secret Agent, will be $8. This is the halfway mark between the old T2 and T3. Then again, production for that tier will be sped up considerably as Strikeforce inherits all the production slots from Classified and Black Book.
Content ---
The main story will of course be Operation: Firestorm as we turbocharge its production, so expect the Countdown for that production track to get readjusted to reflect this. I'll do the math for it as soon as Maid for Combat is out of the gate! Additionally, because it IS the main product, you can now expect Sneak Peeks for it EVERY SINGLE WEEK (instead of sharing the spotlight with other series).
Extra Content ---
Now ... you thought Black Book was going away? Well then you are ... not wrong, it is technically going away. But its spirit will remain with us. What do I mean by that? I really enjoyed having an outlet to try wild things and explore different themes. THEREFORE. The old Tier 4 (Shadow Agent) is now going to transform into the New Tier 3: Deep Cover Agent.
Adjusting pricing to $13 (from $15) you get the main production line content, but also, EVERY SINGLE WEEK I plan to put out a wild card image. Call it a crazy experiment, this tier is for super fans and those who trust my work and want to get a glimpse of the offshoot things I create outside the main series.
I may be inspired by one of your suggestions and make a single one shot image , or even revisit an old series and just make a bonus image for it. Hell, if enough images of the same scene are made, it may even become its own mini-series (like a mini Black Book perhaps?). And yes ... these will be of the ultra-hot variety for the most part, and it will very likely only be available as a Patreon Exclusive.
Official Commission Slots ---
Finally, I am also planning to make Commission Slots an official component of the Patreon offering. For the longest time I worked commissions based on variable pricing depending on number of characters, scene complexity, outfits etc. Meaning the price would fluctuate and require fuzzy math. No more!
I am standardizing the cost of every commission piece as $100 as that is the average for most of the things I've worked on. However (and this is where Patreon comes in), because I will offer limited monthly slots through this platform that will grant you a single commission for the cost of $50.
The only rules are: they must involve characters and locations that I already have modelled, and I must be able to publish them publicly.
This of course is super experimental (and a bit scary) so I will only have TWO limited slots open at the start. If there is demand for more, I may open more slots. If nobody wants them, then the whole idea will be scrapped.
Conclusions and TLDR ...

This is the Extended Edition of the Black Book: Tie-Breaker story. I've included 5 bonus images (of the jucy kind) for your pleasure, and this is the final form of the storybook so today is also the day this story goes on sale on the Gumroad store (for as long as that lasts anyway).

Black Book: Tie-Breaker is the compounded result of a series of polls we ran on our Patreon community a few months ago. This project is also the reason why I got my account banned from P-x-v - for making images so realistic that could be mistaken for real-life photographs. A badge that I am now very proud of!
This time around we aren't portraying super spies, elite soldiers, martial art experts, mysterious ancient magic or crazy technology. Just two very fiery, very competitive and veeery intense young ladies ready to put everything on the line to one-up the other.

Hello and good day agents! It's indeed a good day today! Yes I'm totally PUMPED today, because today ... is the OFFICIAL release day for the Black Book: Tie-Breaker [eXteNdeD EdiShUuuUuun]!
Ok so I do know, not everyone is happy about that but hey, it's a special one ok? Some of you may remember that I literally got banned from P-x-v for the teaser I posted for this story. It was just the cover art. So imagine if they actually saw what's inside of the full storybook ... crazy.
I mean, "Realistic images that could be mistaken for real-life photographs." - P-x-v Staff. Isn't that what we actually wanted all along?
At the same time, this one is special because it's the last of the Black Book stories as we are going to change the content deployment program for the Hex in the coming weeks, favoring faster production of the MAIN series.
That said, I do have some other surprises planned for you, but I'll save those for the official full announcement for Hex 4.0 coming up in a couple of weeks.
For now, let's celebrate the epic send off of the Black Book series as it provided a wonderful opportunity to explore new ground, and also, stay tuned ... because the Classified series is just one week away from production wrap up!

Today, we have Grace giving Divya a taste of submission in this little Sneak Peek for the girls of Group B! How did we get here and where do we go from here? You'll find out in the coming weeks.
It's going to be mostly Operation: Firestorm Sneak Peeks from now on, as the Classified: Maid for Combat story has reached a point that I literally can't post here without extensive censoring.

Helloooooooo my dear agent. Welcome back to a Weekly Update. I've got nothing but good news today so it's a good day!
By next Saturday, the extended run for the Black Book story will be complete, and I'll have not four, but FIVE extra panels for it (I just really couldn't hold back from playing with that idea just a bit MORE than intended). So by the time it hits virtual store shelves it will have 25% more mmmphhh than the original run, and of course, any active Shadow Agents will get an updated version of the Storybook too.
The Classified Series is almost complete, literally 2 weeks away from production wrapping up and we are moving full steam ahead with Operation: Firestorm.
As a reminder, once the Classified: Maid for Combat launches we'll have a restructuring to the content production system and the Strikeforce Series will receive a boost to its own production speed as it will literally inherit the Classified production slots.
We'll talk about that in detail as the time comes! Just know that I have a wild plan for how everything works when we upgrade to the Hex 4.0 format.

Keen eyed agents probably noticed that this fight arena is different from the usual combat square. This time, the girls from Group B are forced to fight on a series of the stone blocks extending across an artificial pool. One wrong move and they will fall into the freezing water below. Will this be a problem for them? Spoiler: Yes it will.
Here's a shot of Morgan struggling to keep her balance as Alexis unleashes mayhem on her downed opponent.

Hello agents! Welcome to another Weekly Update ...
Another week of full progress has ended and there is nothing unexpected to report, so I'll just give you all a reminder of the changes that are coming up ahead.
The Black Book project is going through a bit of an extended run, we are adding a few panels in there because we decided the opportunity was too good to pass up. In a couple of weeks though, as soon as the extended run is complete, the full Storybook will release on the wider web in its Extended Edition and every Shadow Agent will get an updated copy!
At that point, I will be closing off the Black Book project (and Patreon Support - Tier 4/Shadow Agent) as we go through some internal restructuring as we talked about in this post. So do take the time to manage your subscriptions accordingly!
I do have a plan for what lies ahead, but the first priority will be to deliver all the products we have lined up as they are right now before rocking the boat.
That said, do expect a poll or two in the coming days to lay down your wishes and expectations, as they will shape the future of this community.
