[Poddy Life Advice] - Quitting my job for a chance at a better one

0:00 - Should I quit my stable job for a chance at getting a much better job?
14:01 - How the hell do I not get far behind in WOW while being a dad?

In regards to the 2nd question. There are guilds out there for you. My guild for instance is mainly people 40+ years old. We raid 2 nights a week for 2.5 hours. We just hit AOTC last week and plan on hitting some bosses in mythic next reset. We have a new dad in the guild who when he says "need to feed baby", we slam a break timer and take our break. It only happens once since we don't raid long. It's a slower progression path but you still get to see a lot of the content. This xpac did make things a lot harder for guilds like ours but we're still getting there, we're just a little more beholden to the strands buff as opposed to being able to outgear the content with M+. I actually think the raiding side is easier since it's scheduled, same time each week. M+ you're stuck with whoever is online at that time, pugging or find a guild that schedules M+, all of which seems much more difficult to do on the regular.
