Reworked Habitability... Reworked again.

OK, everyone.  With the upcoming addition of the next three planets, I can rework the Reworked Habitability sub-mod a bit so each planet has its own box on the grid.

My main goals were to keep the feeling of difference and that the center is still a bit better while making the corners a bit more competitive and worth taking.    The number on the top left is total habitability on all planets, for reference vanilla Stellaris has 320, so all planets are a bit higher than vanilla.  Also as planets get closer to a corner the planets get some extra bonuses for their homegroup.

I also have a second concept keeping it much closer to vanilla habitability, gaining a lot of some planets for less.  This is based on types of planets where all of my planets fit into a sub-planet system (ie Lake, Retinal and Forest are Continental types).

Anyways, if you use this sub-mod and have any thoughts, either about where the planets are on the grids, or how I can improve the system please let me know!
