Chunk Pregen V1.8 B1

So a bit of work was done since the last post. I improved the logic a tiny bit and also solved some issues that were caused. But on the Porting side i was for the beta a bit lazy and did only the nessesary things for now.
No worry on the release all  versions that were supported will stay supported.

But here is the changlog:
Version 1.8 B1:
-Improved: Stability with Chunk Generation.
-Fixed: Issues with the Result log not being accurate.
-Added: Backup logic that jumps in if the logic decides to crash.
-Changed: Generation logic cleaned up and improved.
-Fixed: Extra Thread Stability increase
-Fixed: Potential Memory leak fixed when PostProcessingOnly is to fast. (It had 50k chunks loaded at once)
-Changed: ShowTaskList shows now how many tasks are stored and also prints out each index instead of task after task.
-Fixed: MassGen Tasks caused areas that werent fully generated. (Up to a couple thousand chunks)
-Added: GCSub Command which forces Java to clean the Memory. (Might be a bad idea not sure)
-Added: WorldBorder Generation.
-Fixed: Spawn parameter alone in the command was causing issues.
-Fixed: ChunkSorter was not java 7 compatible.
-Added: AutoRestart System that stops the server/client completly if memory is low. (Can be disabled / decided how much memory should be free)
-Added: Fix For ChunkCascading causing issues with the pregenerator (causing ungenerated chunks) Thats not fixed for good.

So a tiny bit of a upcomming roadmap what i plan to do and what i hope to do.
- Structures Should be accessible through the WorldView option.
- (Maybe) Biomes should be accessible through the chunk view.
And that should be about it. I run out of content and also honestly a bit of patients for long big updates ^^" I dont mean that bad but in this case a fix update with a bit of content should be better right now.
