Chunk Pregenerator V1.7B1.1

Well thanks to some really important bugreports that did require a bit more of a Rewrite then i expected i decided to make a new version related to it.
We have more things improved, a lot of things fixed, and also already a lot of new things.
Now for those who want to know this version is max 2 weeks under development. Actually its 1 week planned but i just in case 2 weeks so we have a lot breathing room if stuff goes completly wrong.

Version 1.7 B1 & B1.1:
-Changed: Processing logic to no longer Split Terrain & PostProcess step.
-Fixed: All the Bugs with sliced chunks.
-Improved: Generation speed by around 50%
-Improved: Skipping Speed for Chunk Creation tasks by around 10000% (250k chunks in seconds)
-Added: Big Option for the UI (because on small UI it wasn't readable)
-Added: Options for Loaded Chunks & Loaded Files the UI as information print.
-Added: ShowRegionFile command that will tell you how big the regionFile is and how many chunks are present. (Not what state they are),
-Added: ShowTaskTime command for showing how long the Pregenerator is already running.
-Added: Running Time for the UI.
-Removed: All related Text info for postProcessing is now no longer shown because step is the same.
-Added: skipchunks Command which allows you to skip a selected amount of Chunks of the Current task.
-Added: If a small b is being used in a Task Command at offsets or radius it will count these numbers as block related positions
-Added: setskipmarker command that allows you to save the current process state.
-Added: loadskipmarker command that allows you to skip once the amount of chunks that was being saved.
-Fixed: A crash with /pregen clear
