Patch for build 0.2 and 0.3 of Ethereal Sunder

This new patch fixes the issue of the game crashing if you load a game file from version 0.1.X in a newer version.
The patch for build 0.2, called 0.2.1, is available for download on the itch.io page of the game.
The patch for build 0.3, called 0.3.1, is available in the cloud storage that was provided in the Build 0.3 Early Access post.
