I think I mentioned this in a subsequent video, but later I remembered that actually I worked with him TWICE. The second time he was the director and funnily enough Christopher Walken was in that too

2025-01-18 02:52:09 +0000 UTCAlso I don't know if you saw my comment on the community post but I will say that the show definitely has that mystery box set up but all signs point to the show having set up answers and it's not just spitballing. One of my biggest fears was when I heard the buzz about how good the season 1 ending was and kinda assumed that all the mysterys would be explained and paid off at the end, but that worried me because when you lay your whole hand out it's really hard to give people a reason to keep watching in later seasons. All I'll say is the show definitely takes it's sweet time answering questions, and when reveals do happen, it often leads to more questions, and season 1 did not have any of the issues I was afraid of. I just really have a good feeling about the direction of the show. I think we are in good hands

The slowburn turns a few people off near the beginning but everyone in my life that I've convinced to watch this all the way through get floored by the end. Don't want to talk too much about later stuff of course but I will just say that the finale is one of the most stressful episodes of television probably ever, and from the reviews of season 2 (episode 1 just came out yesterday actually), it somehow keeps getting better. Can't wait to watch this tonight
