Obviously youll learn more as the series goes, but he is the villain and they have to kill him to survive. Maybe this will change, but as of ep 1 this is how it is

2025-01-14 02:42:00 +0000 UTCYeah me neither this is my first time hearing it and a lot of the voice don't really match how I feel their personality are like the teacher in the dub is a lot more whimsical I think is the only word I could use to describe it and I feel like all the dub voices match the tone of the show a lot more in my opinion, I noticed that there was a lot of moments where people are talking and I couldn't physically keep up with the subtitles, and if you want to rewatch the first three dub episodes on your own time to see if you like them more than all the better, plus this is one of my absolute favorite anime like top 10 maybe and I think I've only found like 2 other youtubers who watched it in dub so if you did that would be amazing since those other YouTube I feel do go as deep and introspective as you do and I love hearing your thoughts on one of my favs! :)

2025-01-14 02:35:13 +0000 UTChonest was hoping this was going to be in dub since we rarely get dubbed anime reactions in general from most YouTubers and here as well and since we just finished watching Dandadan in dub it would be nice to have another dubbed anime right after and while I hate people who complain about watching an anime's in a certain language I will "Die on this hill" that this anime should be experienced in dub, I'm not yelling at you to switch over to dub but If we had a choice I would probably be on the ground begging for the dub Lmao, plus the English cast for this one is stacked like I mean the teacher is voiced by Sonny Strait aka Maes Hughes from FMAB! and this anime I would say is more laid back compared to others we have seen so not having to reading every time someone talks would be nice.
