These were all the steps taken to create the lastest patreon reward for TibCove!

• 1-Sketch: As you might now, I usually create two sketches whenever working on something that focuses on clothing, in this case I made a separate sketch just for the dress, considering it was a clear requisite for this artwork. This character has some very generous proportions, so I also thought it'd be a good idea to first concentrate on the base body and then draw the dress on top of it.
• 2- Lineart: After everything is good to go in the 1st revision, I include all the clean lines and fix those little hiccups found on the sketch phase.
• 3- Flat colors 1: A very straight forward part where I just color all sections according to directions given
• 4- Flat colors 2: In this scenario, I just happened to find a texture that was literally the same as the ref I was given (talk about luck!) so I decided to just put that in the dress as a texture and bend it accordingly to the fabric!
• 5- Gradients: After all colors are in, I add gradients to them to complement their quality.
• 6- Shading: Now I move on with 3 transparent layers for the shadows and highlights, they were colored to fit with the scenario I had in mind (daylight), so that involves some red shadows (set to multiply) and yellow hightlights (set to clear)
• 7- Lightning effects 1: Now to add some bloom and reflection in the parts that are more likely to reflect the sunlight!
• 8- Color correction: A little something I thought would be necessary was to change some values to make everything look like a really sunny day.
• 9- Lightning effects 2: And finally, I add some further layers with some environment shadows and some extra shiny stuff, because this lass is under some real sunlight ;)
