I'd buy that manga and watch that series. Like they call each other brother and sisters so if they wanted, same dad for lihan and rei but obviously a different one for ashe but all the same mom. They don't even have to fall for him but a recurring male that's strong and helps them often that they could share who's dating them but also helping him get stronger and help him see he didn't need to be with his sisters but can go for any other women out there and leave naturally

That is also why, despite loving the ntr, i would love to see a another spin off one shots where after each of the stories involving them, they escape their situations. Like a rescued party series you can call. Where they either get out of the situations by themselves, or have help in doing so. Heck, you could do multiple ways for each one of the previous stories for how they get out. They are supposed to be S-rank, the two of them. So they could have contingency plans, that come into play after a time or when a certain action happens. Or their strength allows them to eventually break free. Or the villains Mcguffin isn't actually cracked up to all it supposed to be and eventually stops working on them. I mean, i already see so many ways they could escape their situations. Heck, even if they couldn't, the guild could step in, since they are S-rank and help rescue them, since such powerful assets would be consider a high priority to rescue. Heck for these type of situations, you can go with that Rei and Ashe, since they consider Lihan their little brother, their family. The true reason why they allow themselves to fall and be cruel. Is because they both realize they feel both sibling love and romantic love for him and want a sexual relationship with him, horrifying themselves, giving them self loathing and self hatred. And even when they see him be turn on by them, it actually makes them feel worse, since they would believe themselves corrupting him and want him away from them. And after sometime after they get him away and try to lose themselves to pleasure and work. They see Lihan again after sometime and it doesn't matter whether he's doing great, ok, or badly, they want to be a party with him again and feel how hollow the current thing is. Could be a start of them actually being with him or them vowing to control themselves better. Heck with Lihan doing badly it would make them forsake what they are doing right then and go to him. Vowing to protect him, help him stand with them, and also vow to protect him from themselves, etc...

So in turn they finally have lihan find out and they tie him to a chair and make him watch and all the usual stuff like insulting him. For his cock cage though..... He'll never get stronger to fight for them and since it's remade it doesn't have its magical properties anymore and he's stuck with it after he gets kicked out and he keeps both girls plus other girls they recruit into the party for him

It'll turn out with Philip ruining Rei and Ashe, turning them into cruel husks who will make fun of Lihan and then willingly evict him from the party via a signed form while Philip fucks them... or something equally as cruel.
