Celestia & Luna finished! Image set, character customization & more

Hello everyone!

Celestia and Luna has been finished and this will be my final work in progress for the updating on the mare/alicorn model. At this point I have gone through and implemented all the features I wanted for the female ponies, as well as solved all the bugs and errors I have encountered while trying out new things.

In the attachments there is a .zip file of 26 images. In the image set you can get a good look at the alicorns and their details such as fur textures, muscle definitions, hair, etc.

The rest of the files are related to topics discussed below.

I have mostly been active on the Discord server since I did my last Patreon post, where I have recieved lots of helpful feedback on my work in progress. Which have helped me finalize and improve the ponies.

What's next? Everything is now set up so that I am free to make new characters, image sets and animations. This will be polled so that I know whom of the Mane 6 and which animations you would like to see next.

Updates for Mare and Alicorn:

Below I have compiled a list of features that have been implemented on my new pony models in comparison to my old/original ones.

Texture/Material Updates

• Fur has been visually improved by being more detailed and varied in color, it is now also highly customizable.
• Cutie marks are visually part of the fur (just like any other color change). This is noticable by the fuzzy fur edges where a change of fur color happens.
• Fur and hoof shinyness can be adjusted per character. (Rarity and other posh ponies can have more shiny, brushed fur or polished hooves).
• Makeup can be applied for ponies who want to embrace the glam look. (As seen on Celestia and Luna).
• Muscle (displacement texture) has been improved and is customizable for each character.
• Modified eye texture to be more vibrant in color and with prettier specular highlights.
• Horn models have improved microdetail, and highly customizable material.
• New wing material that is customizable into many color patterns.

Model Updates

• Added detailed interiors for throat, vag, cervix and ponut.
• Hooves and ankles are now less blobby and have more definition.
• Face topology has been remodeled to work well for facial animation.
• Face has been tweaked for more definition around the jaw area.
• Several new horn models have been made for different horn lengths.
• New wing model that is highly customizable.
• Several body modifications have been added to make each character unique.
• Strand based hair for high quality hair visualisation.

Animation Rig Updates

• Completely new rig with better tools for animation, which makes animating a smoother experience on my end.
• Far more bones have been added in the new rig, which allows for fine controls of the face, ponut and vag areas.
• Animations are modular and shareable between characters, species and sexes.
• The new rig allows characters' heights to be changed.
• Ass, crotchboob and overall soft body jiggle/physics has been updated.

Character Customization for Mare and Alicorn

Below I have compiled a list of character customization options that are available for current and future characters. This list is helpful when deciding what new character's should look like, and what options are available for making them look unique. This list can be used as a template for anyone who would like to tell me their preferred settings of a character. This will be updated over time as new options are added or expanded upon.

• Height, currently Fluttershy is slightly taller than Twilight (I see her as a tall, slim, beautiful/model like pony). Celestia and Luna are both very tall and tower over any regular pony.
• Wing length/size. Longer wing span.
• Unicorn horn length. Celestia has the tallest horn, second is Luna, both of them are much longer than any regular unicorn horn. So the available length is very varied.
• Muscle can be adjusted per character, specific muscles can be hidden or shown with varied intensity. Fluttershy only has minimum amount since she's a soft pony, mainly you see the anatomy at the back of her legs. Celestia and Luna on the other hand has a lot of muscle visible. Twilight has some muscle visible, but it's lowered in intensity in comparison to the alicorns.
• Thicc-ness and body width. Many things can be changed with these parameters; wide/slim shoulders, thick/slim legs, thick/slim ass, thick/slim back. And these parameters can be mixed with muscle, to create different visual outcomes.
  Fluttershy has very thin legs and slim body in comparison to the other ponies, which makes her appear taller and a bit frail. She has a wide ass, but almost no muscle visible. This makes her ass look plump and soft.
  Applejack will pack more meat on her back legs and be the opposite physique of Fluttershy, which results in her having wider/thicker legs.
  Applejack may also have a similarly wide ass, but because she has lots of muscle this will look like a very strong pony, and not soft and plump like Fluttershy.
  Celestia and Luna have the biggest differences to their bodies thanks to being alicorns, but they have relatively slim legs and wide plots.
• Alicorn likeness. Ponies can change their body to look more like an alicorn (without changing their height). The face can also look like an alicorns', independent from changing the body or height. This is applied on a scale of 0-100%.
• Fur/wing color patterns. Any type of color change is possible to add to a characters' fur. Wing color pattern can be varied too as seen between Fluttershy and Luna.
• Makeup/glam. Shinier hooves, combed shiny fur and makeup is available. Celestia and Luna currently use makeup.
• Crotchboob and nipple size. Both of these can be changed independently of each other. Celestia currently has the biggest crotchboobs, but they can be made a lot bigger. I have attached a test video of some crotchboob jiggle physics where I use large ones. They tend to clip a little bit the larger they get, but it's inevitable at that size. Can be made beyond the size in the video by far, if a character ever needs it.
• Vag and ponut size/shape. Ponut can be changed in size and depth. Vag can be changed in plumpness, and vertical height of the opening can be changed.  If you look at "vag shapes.jpg" you can see these options being used, as Twilight's ponut is smaller, and her vag opening is vertically longer than Fluttershys'.
• Lady's wink. Size can be changed by a lot.
