Steam + Rework, Update #03

Not a hellova lot to report on, as I've only had this week to do some work (was out abroad for work the week before). I'm about half way through the episode, with one of the bigger scenes about to be completed soon. There'll be a small change where the episode originally ended, but only those that have Lily as their roomie will notice this. I'm bolting on the part where you have the initial interaction with Lily and Mr. Meowgi to EP1, and end it when Lily leaves. That means EP2 will start with with the MC unpacking and setting up the room. Nothing big, just a slightly better flow. All the real-life people posters have been replaced, so it's now Steam safe and ready for re-render.
Unfortunately lost about 80 supporters, and it's dropped a little below the minimum sustainable goal (ouch!)π¨. Secondary machine is expected to be delivered early in March and I started preparing for a server setup setup with Perforce version control, to keep files safe and backed up with multiple revisions.

2025-02-23 16:53:15 +0000 UTCAs always, you have shown that you are one of the worlds smartest game developers π€, whether it is for software, hardware, or planning in general (some of my info came from discord). As for loosing supporters, I would not take that personally. There are always some, who are there, just to get an update and then bail right away. They do it to every developer π. The same thing will happen on Steam. They will buy the game, and then want a refund, right away π.
