Since she started to trust Dusty and rely on him, him turning his back on her had a huge impact. It's like you said - everyone is not OK in this show. And so everybody have a tunnel vision and basically only see their own problems.

2023-09-25 21:29:25 +0000 UTCpolicing in australia definitely has racism as a part of it. first nations people make up 3% of the population, but about 30% of the prison population. however, i think it's fair to say that australian police departments are a lot more aware of public relations issues and if that video were to be published on social media or in the media, the police officer responsible would definitely lose their job and possibly look at charges being laid. i think in terms of accountability, australia definitely takes a more stringent approach compared to the US. that doesn't excuse the behaviour though and the fact they don't do enough to address it. also, the key difference between the US and australia and policing is guns. you see and hear a lot about police shootings in the US and innocent or unarmed people from minorities being shot dead. that isnt the case in australia as gun ownership is very limited and it's difficult for people to get a firearms licence. as a result, there's a lot less negative, racism-driven violence resulting in death than there is in the US.

I think he is a manipulative dick. He plays Amerie and Harper against each other, turns Harper's no into a yes (library), and then the mess around the threesome which looks like he broke up with her because she enjoyed herself (which is double douche if he initiated it). You should say what you like and don't like and sometimes it is too much for you and you need a break but he blamed her which is not ok

As a bisexual woman, I definitely interpreted the Malakai locker room scene as a sort of bisexual awakening (for lack of a better phrase). I had a similar experience where some singular event causes you to become really aware of the same sex attraction you experience. This becomes extra confusing if you were only consciously aware of your heterosexual attraction which *I think* is what they are trying to get across. Also, I agree that the actor who plays Malakai did such a fantastic job! My heart just breaks for him over and over again (especially in these couple episodes). The next episode is so good I cannot wait to see you guys react to it!
