Water update!
Changelog:
- Improved the opacity calculation of the water surface
- Added humidity bloom to underwater
- Reworked the underwater lighting balance
- Tweaked the look of underwater light shafts from outside of the water
- Tweaked the distribution of underwater light shaft beams
- Replaced the underwater color tinting with a more subtle one
- Reduced the brightness of the water surface
- Reduced the atmospheric fog closer to the player
- Fixed water having incorrect light shaft blending when viewed behind glass
- Fixed waterlogged surfaces looking gray in some situations
- Added an option to disable FXAA
