Y0 Co-op Update
Added 2025-09-27 15:29:25 +0000 UTCSmall patch this time, trying to fix some concerning bugs people have reported
My attention shifted back to Yakuza 5 co-op at the moment, giving it a medium scope gameplay and narrative update, porting gameplay code from Yakuza 0 co-op while also improving its code that Yakuza 0 co-op may benefit from (it has come full circle)

-Try to fix a rare instance of input not working on main menu
-Try to fix a rare crash when returning to the menu
Unfortunately these are all "tries" and not fully sure they are fixed because i have never been able to replicate them on my end, here's hoping that did the trick...

The select/back butto on the controller will respawn the player which can fix losing input after doing these

2025-09-28 16:38:32 +0000 UTCSo I want to share some details about this mod version for me Mod Settings: keyboard and controller = 0 All controllers = 1 Alternative input = 1 Starting remote play from the main menu doesn't get any inputs for both players Starting remote play from a save finally inputs work but~, -- second player loses connection after a random encounter fight, pressing pause, heat action and walking into a save booth -- for some reason the pause and select button for p1 and p2 are flipped which means p1 cannot open menu or map while in-game.

2025-09-28 09:10:48 +0000 UTCI may be stupid, but now every encounter that isn't scripted crashes the game. Inputs work perfectly for both players, but as soon as a non-scripted fight happens the game crashes.
