Q&A, feedback and Bright Lord

Hey everyone!

First, a few words about the recent feedback I got from you. Besides the recurring comments like:

• we waited too long for such a short update,

• not enough sex scenes,

• where's the Android version,

...the overall feedback of the last update was mostly positive, which makes me really happy. Of course, there are always things that need improvement, and we'll keep fixing them as we go. Probably within a week or two, the first progress bar for update 4.0 will be up. Everything's on track, so we're aiming to release it before Christmas.

To answer a few other questions: this will be a bit bigger update than usual, definitely more comprehensive, and it will address some of the questions you've had. As we originally planned, we aim to release the full game in the first half of 2026, and that hasn't changed. We'll probably wrap up Riley's story by episode 7 or 8, depending on how many extra scenes and content we decide to add.

Now, I'd like to talk about something important to us—the second project we've been working on alongside Steps of Debauchery. First, let me assure you that Riley and Steps of Debauchery are still our main focus, and no other project will affect the development speed of the game. If we've chosen to support or join another project, it's only because we've been able to hire more people or work on it in parallel.

As some of you already know, the project I'm talking about is the game Bright Lord, developed by KissKiss Studio. It’s had its ups and downs, so we decided to help bring it to completion, ensuring it doesn’t get abandoned like so many other adult visual novels. Our support included proofreading the entire script, improving and compressing the game’s code, creating a completely new UX/UI, and translating the game into 7 languages. The story and graphics are still being handled by KissKiss Studio, so this hasn’t affected our work on Steps of Debauchery.

You’ll be able to see the results of our work soon, as Bright Lord will be released on Steam on November 8th, with all the new features we've added. I encourage you to add it to your wishlist now!
