Japanese style "normal" CG painting and the transition of DD style ......
So not much action on the mod making side of DD

The idea for this has actually been around for quite some time.
But there has never been a more suitable solution
This week, I've been sorting through all my previous ideas.
I came up with a more workable process
Firstly, we will use an earlier Japanese colouring scheme for basic colour matching and shading ......
This type of colouring is a bit behind the times, though
But the colouring is quick and the basic colouring can be considered as a sort of finished draft.
It can be used in a number of ways
The individual parts of this basic colouring are then broken out and
Convert to greyscale for thicker colouring ......
After marking out the shades, use some layer techniques to replace the previously marked colours.
This allows for a quicker, more "modern" colouring.
And later adjust to the DD style by overlaying black lines ......
As opposed to the old method of making a direct grayscale draft.
It's almost like the whole process of colouring is split up and more streamlined
Also each step is a bit easier ......
It should help me with some of my more complex character drawings, and
and to complete the few remaining town figures for DD.
Creating more mod images ...... hmmm

其实这个方面的设想挺早就有了的，
但是一直没有比较合适的方案
这周整理了一下以前的各种想法，
拿出了一个比较可行的流程
先用比较早一点的日式上色方案进行基本配色和标出明暗……
这个类型的上色虽然有点落后于时代，
不过上色的速度很快，同时上完基本色以后也可以视为某种程度的完成稿，
可以用在更多一些的地方
然后将这种基础上色的完成稿的单个部分拆出来，
转换为灰度稿，进行厚涂上色……
标出明暗后再使用一些图层技巧把之前标注好的颜色换上去
这样就可以比较快的做出“现代化”一点的上色，
并且在之后通过覆盖黑色线条调整为DD风格……嗯
相对旧的直接制作灰度稿子的方法，
差不多是把上色这整个流程分得更细并更加流水线化吧
同时每一步也变得更简单一些……
应该有助于我之后绘画一些复杂的人物立绘，
以及补全DD剩下的几个城镇人物，
创作更多MOD图像……嗯
