Sneak Peek: Cabin in the Woods: RETURN OF CARLA!

This is all SFW - but it's a long-awaited moment: the RETURN OF CARLA! And there's a lot of catching up to do!
(And you all know this story - it won't be safe for work for TOO long ;) )
I've got a lot of plans for the upcoming parts, but before we bring more characters to the cabin, is there anything specific you all would like to see? I won't make any promises as I do have some plans, but feel free to comment below with any ideas you might have - they might just be integrated!
Not TOO FAR in the future (Not sure how long, but at least another few months), I will be opening up an opportunity for two more characters to enter the story. I plan on auctioning another spot like I did for Jack here, and the other character will be a chance for patreon patrons~! I will either do a community funded build-a-character OR randomize one person to specify the character in full as a reward to you all who have been supporting me <3. Comment below with which of the two you all would prefer!
ALL new characters will have to meet some basic qualifications to keep them in tone with the setting, however :)

2021-01-29 01:26:20 +0000 UTCI do think it'd be interesting to see some (more) interactions/involvement with the original cast in the ways we've discussed here, certainly, although that said it's also not their story anymore too. Like I mentioned before, restraint can be bittersweet, but sweet nevertheless. It's certainly possible for there to be too much of a good thing.

2021-01-14 21:11:41 +0000 UTCHmm, that's a good question. Truthfully my original direction was comparatively minimal; I wanted to be surprised by what happened too! There were a couple small places where I chimed in but overall it was pretty minimal beyond the overarching concept. My goal was simple: make TF more real. We see TFs all the time but so rarely the after-effects, living with it, existing with it, and especially when it's a partial TF it usually progresses so fast that it functionally doesn't matter. That's part of why the TFs are so slow in the first series; by stopping after each and having some normal life scenes, you see it being real for the character, you know? As far as the animals go, I'm pretty boring. :) Foxes and donkeys are my favorites, as noted from the fact that both other series I commissioned from Arania are donkey TFs as well. What can I say, I'm pretty vanilla. Truthfully if I were to have anything extended in the original, it'd actually be the routine daily life stuff. Again, that was a major point of the series. Boring, and not the answer most people would want, I know, but there it is nonetheless. I think in a world where blatant porn is wildly accessible, people forget the value of a bit of restraint honestly.

2021-01-14 04:03:50 +0000 UTCWell, I saw most of what I wanted from the original, given that I commissioned the original series. :P But I'm always interested in hearing more ideas and what people want/wanted to see, it's interesting to hear and can lead to really good discussions like that. Personally speaking, resisting, day to day activity, mundanity, these were deliberate themes of the original as they, to me, made the transformation more "real", as it were.

I don't want too spoil anything if you guys prefer to be surprised, but I have a plan for the next scene after they rip the panel off the wall that finding a note would fit in perfectly with! I'm also definitely jotting down these other ideas and will certainly consider these! I'll definitely have at least one close call recollection - I already had an idea for one, but possibly more :)

2021-01-13 23:40:59 +0000 UTCWell, the easiest thing would be Carla reminiscing in the cabin, and she goes to one of their rooms and finds that character's own journal/notes. Somewhat repetitive of a plot device, I'll grant, but functional and established as one. Similarly, if you really wanted more sex scenes with previous characters, just make it a daydream. Carla's brain is pretty addled by this point, I would expect, and so it wouldn't take much for it to "wander", if you follow. Heck, you could even have some of the original characters "interacting" with the new characters in this same way.

I'll give it some thought as to how/if it could be worked into the sequel - but you're right that Piper had the strongest connection with Dee, and Keith after her - so she got particularly "evil"/vindictive after they both were gone.

2021-01-13 04:09:56 +0000 UTCClose calls could still work, or even just moments where the characters interacted or noticed each other doing something animalish could be cute. I agree with Jamie though, Piper and Dee seemed to interact the least between any of the characters, and no one ever reacted to Dee sprouting fur after page 249 before she changed again. So if I had to be specific, I'd say it'd be cool to see Piper sort of console Dee after she grows fur, (maybe she has trouble getting used to wearing her dress with more nipples lol) and maybe Carla eavesdrops on them from around the corner. That way Carla would actually see Piper in a positive light for once and maybe that could explain why she still gave her more chances after so many evil moments, but idk. I don't mean to be too specific here, and if it messes with any current plans with the characters it isn't the route to take of course, I just think it might be nice :3

2021-01-13 03:29:59 +0000 UTCI'm definitely open for suggestions for missing scenes/Carla recounting some memories of things we didn't see in the original story: I can't have any sex scenes to completion because we saw all of those, but I'm open for other ideas!

Like something that might have happened with the original characters in the original story, but we didn't get to see? It'd be nice to see the old characters mid change again :)

2021-01-12 20:56:59 +0000 UTCI know personally, I think I like the idea of a random person getting their character better, as it somewhat fits the involuntary nature of the series itself. No real say or control over it, it'll happen or it won't. Just a nice thematic linkage, as it occurs to me.
