I'll be interested to see how this affects sounds/music that are "owned" by copyright trolls rather than traditional licensing companies like ASCAP.

On a side note, don't copyright holders realise even pirated use of their material indirectly boosts their sales? I know a lot of small bands here in the UK have become much more relaxed about their copyright, realising that people who illegally obtain their people would either have never have listened/viewed it otherwise, or go on to buy a legal better copy.
