Added 2022-07-28 12:17:30 +0000 UTCI meticulously synchronized the console audio from the Booster, CAPCOM, Flight, and RETRO feeds with footage from dozens of sources to come up with an experience close to what you would have gotten being on the inside of Mission Control on a headset for the launch of Apollo 11 on the morning of July 16, 1969. Fantastic work, Fran. Or should I say, FRAN-tastic! You’ve created a historical record that enlightens as to the intricate team work the Apollo launches required. And Bruce McCandless’ call to the Armstrong home (I believe it was) was a delightful human touch.
