Severus Snape (advanced level)
Added 2025-03-22 20:00:10 +0000 UTCHi everyone, I'm Javi, and today I'm bringing you a very special video.
I'm going to paint this bust with the goal of achieving the greatest possible realism.
If you're expecting a simple video, this isn't it. To achieve this level of detail, you have to work very calmly and, above all, with great subtlety.
The model is courtesy of the geniuses at FRKN, and after many hours of work, brushstrokes, and patience, I've achieved a result with which I'm truly satisfied.

Throughout the video, you'll find before and after shots that will help you better understand the process.
It's not a quick tutorial, but if you pay attention to the nuances and changes in tone, I'm sure you'll find it very useful.

In fact, it's been there from the beginning; it was one of the first textures I added. You can see it in the video around 3:26. Towards the end, I decided to enhance it slightly with the same color. You can check out the video, but be warned: this takes me several days to film. Maybe I'll come back to it at some point and emphasize it a bit more so it looks better on camera.
